Jensen Towing & Repair is an exceptional place to get a car repaired. I can t thank them enough for their professional and courteousness when we had a flat tire on I-94. They were able to replace the tire very quickly to get us back on the road home. They were very accommodating since we also had our dog in the car, too. Many thanks from us for the work they did.

All my vehicles are serviced at Jensen Towing & Repair and have been for over 10 years now. I won't go anywhere else as anything needing Repair is brought to my attention prior to and changes done and has wallet friendly prices. Friendly staff and I receive a reminder text of upcoming appointments that are very helpful so I don't forget my appointment amongst a busy schedule.

One surprise after another. Traveling from Fl to Mn on 94 when we started losing tire pressure. Made it to Hixton Travel Center. A very nice young man & his friend whom helped me w/ spare advised that we go to Jensen Towing & Repair, because they are nice. They were right. 1)They were nice enough to fit us in about 30. 2)Made us feel at home. 3)Very nice tech fixed flat, put spare & jack back in place, even reset tire sensor. 4)Bill was $36. What wonderful people, everybody saved our trip. My wife & I thank you.

Jensen Towing & Repair lived up to their name! I was towed, and repaired.Our minivan's battery light came on while we were on the highway. We needed a tow, and Jensen's came out. Darren (spelling?) was so kind, and easy to talk to. He got my two boys, and our dog safely taken care of.I ended up leaving the van in care of Jensen for most of a week. On day 1 Jensen contacted me to inform me of the repair, and the cost. They completed the repair the same day! (We needed a new alternator).The shop staff accommodated our entire transaction over phone and email because I couldn't be there in person.I'm very pleased with me experience at Jensen and am glad that they're around for people like me, why may only use there services in a time of need.Tanks to Zach, Darren, and Maggie (shop office staff-person?) for working with me, and for communicating so well. These guys are amazing! Our car popped a tire on the way to madison and they showed up to tow us to their shop to get a new tire within 10 minutes of calling. They were super friendly, kind, and informative. Rick even gave us a hug before getting back on the road! Took care of my broken radiator (and me!) as I was passing thru on my way home to Minnesota. Lent me a car since I had to drive to hotel for the night to wait for parts. Great folks, great service, so glad I broke down where I did. So glad

These chaps not only towed my truck, they were open, transparent and kept me informed. They know their stuff too. My dodge ram had broken down with a knackered water pump. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a left to the nearest motel and had it fixed the next day.I m an engineer who usually works on my own stuff, and can tell you they know what they re talking about too

I have had towing and repairs done with Jensens a few times now after deer collisions They are always friendly, respond quickly, and do quality work. Highly recommend.

Rick Bunnell was incredible! He helped my dad get my uhaul loaded and ready to go after he had hit a deer last night while on his way to help me move. The guy that towed the car and trailer was also super nice and helpful, though cannot remember his name... if I could give 6 stars, I would! 6/5 would use again and would recommend to anyone else in a heartbeat.

Johnson s towing and repair shop lives up to its name. They made a very stressful situation go smoothly. It was after hours. They got me towed , found a place for me to stay and eat and had me going the next day by 1 o clock. If you ever going to break down? Jensen Towing & Repair of Hixton keep erasing the following true story:I love how they erased my comment on how shady and crooked this company is. Tried to tell my my engine seized and needed a new motor for 12k. I m from out of state so I guess they thought they had a fish on the hook. Got it to my mechanic and it fired right up with a new battery. Jensen s mechanic showed me the oil he drained and it was all metallic. Guess what MY mechanic found the truck full of? Good oil!Rick the manager (or whatever) also won t return phone calls so that they can rack up storage fee charges at $55/day.Crooked mechanics that WILL rip you off. Avoid them like the plague!!!!!Oh, about that storage : they also conveniently left my truck unlocked. Real secure storage you got there.AVOID!!!!

We were in the middle of a cross country trip when we had a tire starting to fail. We stopped at Youngsteads and they would not look at it for two hours. We stopped at Jensen Towing and Repair and they took care of us. They had a used tire in the right size and weight rating. We waited in the air conditioning and I cannot be happier. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

These people go above and beyond for customer service. They were there to pick me and my car up within 20 min, were extremely friendly and professional. They got my car fixed within a couple days in time for me to head back home (I was passing through from Indiana). Cole even came in on a Saturday when they were supposed to be closed for me to pick up my car. For a bad situation, these people helped make it not so bad. I have never experienced such incredible service in the auto industry. I was driving from Minneapolis to Madison and found myself just outside of Hixton when one of my tires went flat. My insurance company typically has roadside assistance available, but didn t have any available providers on call which left me completely stranded on the side of a busy highway. I called Jensen Towing and was promptly met by Rick, the company owner, who gave me a tow back to their shop where he was able to help get my tire replaced in a very orderly fashion. He also checked out other features of my car to make sure I would make it to my destination safely. Rick and his wife were both amazing and treated me with respect that I had never experienced from an auto company before. I would highly recommend!Services: Car towing, Tire change

Absolute crooks. They have a pretty nasty racket taking advantage of travelers in distress. They showed us metal flake in the oil they claimed to drain from the crank case. We opted to bring it home. Oddly enough there was zero oil missing, just the oil the color you d expect from a truck that had hauled an RV across four states. Oh, and after dodging calls for over a week, they had the unmitigated gall to charge storage fees.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My pickup truck broke down off the I94 west, I was able to drive it to this location to get repaired, upon arriving the mechanic was helpful and explained to me what was wrong , but a few minutes later their boss arrived to the business and everything changed, he was rude and you can tell he wasn't good at customer service. Next thing I know he's telling me I need $2000 worth of repairs, which I thought was absurd and way over priced. I decided to just pay him for the diagnostic and took my truck to KLINGERS SHOP to get repaired, they were only about 10 minutes away and boy was I happy I did. Sam who is the manager there took great care of me he was upfront honest with the whole process and he's a people person with great customer service skills, I felt comfortable. I paid about half the cost that Jenson Towings manager Rick tried to over charge me with his rude self. I would not recommend this place.

They made a bad situation very pleasant. They were very courteous, prompt, and professional. We got a flat tire and they showed up with a tow truck within 20 minutes of calling. Super nice guys. I was on a camping trip with my Class A Motor Home and just after pulling into the campsite I tried to start the motor again to move the rig a little bit more, but experienced ignition problems. I made a call to Jensens and left a message. I received a call back from Rick and he assured me that they would be available for a mobile repair if needed. After giving him all the details of my rig he was going to do some research to see if he could get any potential parts of needed. When he called back he went through a list of things for me to try and was able to signor and solve the problem remotely. I can't thank him enough for his knowledge, expertise, and honesty. His shop is about an hour away from home, but I will start taking my equipment there from now on for service and maintenence. Well worth it!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My Husband and I were driving through on our way to Michigan when our battery light came on. We found Jensen online and made our way there. We were lucky we found them! Everyone was very friendly and they got our car in right away. About the time I was expecting an update on our progress, they told us that it was all done and we were on our way again. I was 200 miles from home when my water pump started leaking on my 2016 F150 pick up .I called Jensen about towing it 20 miles to the ford dealer. They said the could look at it the next day and repair it for less than the dealer. I had an estimate from them by noon the next day. The repair was made as soon as the parts came in. The charge was less than my private local auto repair man would charge. I found Jensen to be prompt, professional, straight forward. There were no last minute add on or delays. Within 24 hours we benefited from Jensen s Roadside Assistance, 24/7 Towing and Emergency Repair services! After waiting 2 hours, for another tow company that later called to say they wouldn t arrive until the next day, a call to Jensen s was answered in 20 minutes. They also repaired an unexpected cracked rim, like we were from the community, while we waited. Whether it s an unexpected emergency or in need for a scheduled repair, Jensen s will be our only call when in the 715 area code.Services: General repairs, Car towing, Tire change

We skid into the Ditch on a snowy night after a 3 day gig in the Dells. They not only maneuvered or van back onto the road, but drove behind us to the next town to make sure we were ok! Hopefully never have to call a tow again, but if we do, Jensen is going to be the first call in that area! Thanks so much guys!
