Terrible service, when i went inside the employees were rude to me and barely wanted to speak to me. They just wanted to keep playing on their phones. This happened 3 months ago. Terrible.EDIT: This is not fake, the owner cannot handle that his establishment is falling apart. Do not let him fool you. Do not waste your money here, his 5 star reviews are clearly bought.

After that demo ride I left Ski Doo and went back to my roots arctic cat. Hands-down R&R motorsports the best service in the business Randy and his team can t be beat!!!!

Great place to find your next powersport vehicle. Whether you're a summer enthusiast, or winter, they have what you're looking for. They not only have the vehicles, but offer an exceptional parts inventory and service department. All while being a smaller family run business, where the customer feels appreciated.

These guys ALWAYS take care of us in an emergency situation. They earned our official business this weekend as we had a breakdown and had to leave a sled there until we go back in a couple weeks. Absolutely the best service and products you can ask for. Thank you R&R!!!

One of the best dealers I have ever worked with! Everyone is friendly and seen multiple times their staff going the extra mile to deliver parts, pull a sled in quickly to verify problem and get them back in the trail.Nice selection of clothing on the shelves and fair pricing.I ll be back!

Great service and nice people! Needed to get a replacement heated shield for a snowmobile helmet. Had called the day before and they had it waiting for us when we showed up the next morning. They also installed it right away. Would definitely go back to them again.

Rented from this location two times. On both occasions everything went very well. Both their pontoon boat and ski boat ran great. The staff is really friendly and when we called them for help starting the ski boat in the cold weather they drove right out. Also should mention only some rental companies deliver to any lake, these guys did, at 10am and picked up at 8am.

Randy and Nina are the best people on Earth. Period.I last purchased a new snowmobile from them back in 2013, and regardless of spending $15,000 or $0 in their showroom, they treat you the same.Their two sons help operate the business and are friendly as well.If I buy another Arctic Cat machine, it will only be here because of the service, and the friendship. They are dealers of products that come with a promise to support the buyer. They are your advocate, which I've had the pleasure of learning first hand, from experience.5 stars isn't enough Imo.

Rented an awesome boat over the 4th of July. Nicest people to work with. I actually had a boat issue and they were at my cabin in 20 min to correct the issue. They were also very prompt in delivering the boat and picking it up. I would definetly recommend using them.

Took an f1000 to them for repair. The guys couldn t even pull it over(weak) I m guessing. Easy not blown and the CRANK sure was not bent like you guys said. Few days after picking up I got it fixed and put on 500 miles by the end of winter on it. Crank fine. Compression like new. That s how I get treated so I sold it and now I am giving my money to YAMAHA!

I have to be there worst customer with that being said. These guy's ALWAYS have excellent service. They go out of their way to make sure your satisfied. Would highly recommend them.

We took our 2012 f8 there because of a vibration and to look of the wireing and when we got it back it was running wores then when we gave it to them. But they were really nice people

We rented a ski boat for the day and everything went smoothly from the set up through the return of the boat - very nice people to work with and very convenient location for boating on Lake Minocqua - all had a great day and great experience with R & R Rentals!! Very likely we will rent again!!

Awesome customer service. Twice this weekend we had issues with two different sleds two different days. We were able to walk in and get sleds serviced so we could get back on the trails.

Mary Is upset that she wrecked a PWC of ours and had to pay for damages knowing full well that there was no insurance available. Maybe she should learn not to hit things. Also there is no insurance that will cover Rental Boats in our area and it is illegal for a rental business to offer their own personal insurance.

Very poor experience in for a few clutch parts was told you didn't even do that anymore it's very funny we do it all the time needed some shock bushings was told those don't wear out I've replaced very many of those over the years then I was told they snow cross-raised very funny they didn't even know what the classes were. 2020 discount card from Arctic cat it would not even accept it

Dad brought snowmobile to just get the skags put on. He took snowmobile out and one of the skags caught on train track. Luckily he was going slow enough that he didn t get seriously injured. Did wreck sled. Company was rude and didn t offer any resolution.
