Highly recommend Country Charm Floor Care. Five stars and two thumbs up. Very professional.I first chose Country Charm because they are locally owned (vs a national franchise). However, their professionalism is second to none.Easy pricing, scheduling, email confirmation including reminders, proper preparation guidelines before their arrival and after care instructions.My project was a clean up after an interior remodel which presented some extra mess and challenges. They pulled out some special weapons and some added elbow grease.Thank you Country Charm.

Jennifer is the best to work with! She is so accommodating in scheduling a service and she had exceptional communication throughout the entire process of scheduling to completion of service. Jennifer arrived exactly at the predetermined time and she took extreme care in protecting flooring/furniture/walls. My nearly-white carpeting looks and feels brand new! I have already scheduled next year's carpet cleaning and am looking forward to a long relationship with her and Country Charm Floor Care.

Had my carpet cleaned by Country Charm and I couldn't be more pleased. Looks fantastic! My 10+ year old carpet looks brand new - soft and fluffy , bright and clean. This is the only carpet cleaning company that I will ever use.

We have used Country Charm cleaners twice now for our cottage and they have allows been professionally and do a wonderful job! I haven t even had the pleasure to meet them just by phone and I m comfortable to have them go into the cottage and clean without me being there! I found Country Charm listed among the many carpet services and read reviews on all of them that had reviews. I choose Country Charm because many noted that they would have them return.Szymon showed up yesterday on time and ready to get down to work. I wasn't as ready as I'd hoped to be but he just took it in stride and kept telling me not to worry about it. After he got his stuff set up, away he went so I got out of his way.I went to see how he was doing only to be informed that he was wrapping things up! He moved all the furniture by himself and had placed protectors under all the legs too. I did a quick walkthru and I was amazed at his work. He even got stains out that my old service had given up on. I settled up and promptly informed him that he absolutely would be returning next spring!Today the carpet is completely dry and instead of looking clean.... It looks like I had new carpet installed. Sorry if this seams wordy, but as a retired contractor I have to compliment businesses that really deliver what you pay for! If I could give more than 5 stars, it's a 10!
