If you've got a motorcycle you care about that needs attention, rest assured that Rick will treat your ride with care. In 2009, he rebuilt my Kawasaki ZRX1100 I totaled in a collision with a deer about 25 miles north of Hayward. Rick was in frequent contact with me and he didn't do a repair without getting my approval. His rebuild was perfect. Over 10 years later, I'm preparing to sell the ZRX (I bought a new leftover Concours 14), and thanks to Rick's talent and skill I'll get a decent price. Free of charge was the friendship I built with Rick through the process. Five star shop owned by a five star, stand up guy. Thanks a million, Rick.

Rick is awesome to deal with. He worked on my crappy little Suzuki with a vacuum driven carb. The design was just bad. He installed a little Mikuni carb on the bike and it never ran so good. It was cheap and done timely. Rick also helped to align my snowmobile drive belt when it was off a bit causing me to destroy a belt at high speed. Once again done while I waited and with a fair price.

Called in advance to see if he could mount an atv tire for me, I was told yes for 5 dollars. He was crabby when I arrived and instantly began using profanity when he was unable to mount the tire. Throwing items around the shop and threw my tire angrily on the ground. 10-15 minutes passed and still no tire mounted. Rudely asked me if the tire was the right size or if I even knew what the right size was. Muttered to himself that it was going to be more than 5 dollars so I said I can take my tire somewhere else. He then was going to throw my tire to me when I was not at all prepared for it. I got my tire and rim, some words were exchanged and I left. The worst customer service I've experienced maybe ever. Wouldn't go here to buy a spark plug. Noticed rim was bent in 1 spot on each side when I arrived home.

Extremely poor customer service and personal experience. Dropped 2 cb160 engines off to be rebuilt in January, finally received engines back from them today in July. No work was done on them, and this was their explanation "Upon deeper inspection we are not capable or interested in servicing". It took them over 5 months to tell me this, all the while I was under the impression my engines were being worked on. I had to initiate the phone calls, they never once called me about anything. In communication prior to dropping the engines off, the owner says that the small Honda twins are his specialty and has been racing 160's and 175's for 16 years and that rebuilding to street specs would be no problem. I wouldn't trust him to keep his word and I won't be going back.

Cody and Delaney are great! Cody found the exact motorcycle we were looking for. He gave it a tune up and came in AHEAD OF SCHEDULE AND UNDER BUDGET!These guys rock!

Went in for a fuel pump for an old polaris jetski. The power sports dealer down the road was unwilling to help at all, but the clerk knew right where the part was, gave it to me, and was very affordable. If I need anything else I'll be coming to him first!

Had an issue with my bike during a multi-day ride. They fixed the problem while I waited. Seemed very knowledgeable and they had all types of motorcycles in the shop.
