Service people very helpful. Big store and adequate parking with handicap access. On a major highway. Does have quarter candy machines good hours.

Everything you need for your car in one convenient place. I needed help with finding a leather cleaner/conditioner. They didn't try to sell me the expensive stuff. The guy said that he uses it for his car. The product works just like they said. Thanks Tommy. I appreciate all the help.

Ok service is good was looking for coil for older car was told they have to order but after I ordered I went into store and here is an msd,or elderbrock on the shelf that would have worked for 10 bucks more. I also had to order drums for old chevy truck the original ones had slots in front to access the slack ajuster the new ones do not. But it is what it is

Was just a quick stop to buy a new serpentine belt. The staff was very knowledgeable and was quick to help me find the part I needed. Plus the price was very reasonable. Overall great experience!

Had to do an oil change for my wife's car today before she goes on big trip this weekend.. didn't even have to talk to the guys there which r always helpful if need em.. they have books everywhere u can look up your own stuff and easily find stuff..bunches of diff brands to match what u wanna spend.. was a good easy visit.

Good staff, helpful and friendly. If they don't know something, they'll figure it out. Quick parts ordering and reasonable pricing. Nice selection of parts and products for working on auto projects and repairs. Especially like the tool rental.

I love that this place is located right in town here. Over the years I have had to make plenty of stops here to get parts and accessories for my vehicles. Their customer service is excellent. I believe they also have deals on oil changing kits and a few other things. If you stop here you might as well enroll in there rewards program and get a card if you do not already have one.

This location does not come out and read check engine light codes, even though the store wasn't busy. They tell you to plug the device in, then go online to see what it means.

Let a man return my part with out me or original receipt. Doesn't have cameras to even look back at. Should have to ask about accounts before sale, and ask for name and than show ID on returns. Because the man returned my part and stole my money I don't care that it was a cash transaction they should have procedures in place for this. How many other people has this problem happened too I'm probably not the only one I will no longer be doing business with orileys thank you.

My husband and I were trailering our boat home to southern Wisconsin when a wheel bearing went out in Cable, WI. Cathy at the Hayward store was beyond helpful and friendly to boot. She exemplifies what customer service means and that store is lucky to have an employee like her. I can't say enough about how thankful we are to her for her lovely demeanor and all she did to get us back up and running.

It was GREAT! The people there worked with me and got me exactly what I needed. Proud of them! The O'Reilly's in Grantsburg WI set the bar pretty high, these people are right behind them. Hats off to well trained staff!!! Uppers at O'Reilly's should be very happy with there entire operation. Highly recommend them!

Okay, understand one thing. These people are not trained mechanics, some stores have a more knowledgeable staff than others, but they'll help you find what you need or diagnose your auto problem the best they can.Had some problems in the past obtaining correct parts for my 85 3/4 Ton chevy... the guy wouldn't listen to me and/or didn't understand me. I noticed he's since gone.The biggest thing is most people blame the parts stores...youre only as smart as what know, understand what you need before You completely blame the staff.

Absolutely LOVE the customer service!! These hard workers make sure to get the correct part for you and if they don't have it, it's in the next day with no hassle.

Fast, friendly and professional service...relaxing welcoming atmosphere....and great location being near Wal-Mart and not clogging up downtown Hayward which is good for family shopping esp for holidays and seasonal events. :)

please hire MEN that know mechanics. The woman there sold me the wrong part for my car. And when I asked the guy he knew exactly what I needed....please stop hiring these dikes who think they are men and know veichels , because they DONT.

On our 4th of July camping trip the alternator went out in our Suburban. Tyler lent me some tools and got me a new alternator. We were back on the road in no time. Couldn't thank them more for the great service!

My son's favorite place to get parts. He was a mechanic. He's gone now. The last thing he got for me was a headlight and put it in. They didn't always get him the right part right off, but had friendly helpful people.

We visited the one in Hayward WI. The staff at night isn't worth the time. The day time staff was helpful and got us the part we needed.

very poor service. Tyler Lutz is one of night workers doesn t know anything and caused a fight with everyone who walked in.
