I got a very bad flat on 53 headed up to Hayward for a trip. Luckily I had a full sized spare and was able to get to town. I called this place first on a recommendation and I'm so glad I did. I have a somewhat rare size and brand of tire. They were able to have the tire delivered in 2 days and installed in less than 30 min. Excellent service!

If I could give zero stars I would. Went to Northern Lakes Auto Center to have new tires put on my Chevy Malibu. It was priced the same as the Chevy dealership with removal of the old tires but Northern Lakes could get me in same day and I really needed the new tires put on. After they installed my tires, a warning light on my dash came on and said something like service tire monitor. One of the four tire pressures was also now just a dash and did not show the tire pressure, while the other three still showed the tire pressure. I made an appointment to have it looked at because it happened when they put my tires on. The light was not on prior to them putting my tires on and it was on immediately after I got my car back. Brought my car in and they told me the battery had magically died just as they were putting my tires on and I would need to spend $130 to fix it. I told them I didn't want them to fix it because I felt like it was their doing and I would not pay that amount. After they had looked at my car, all four tire sensors were no longer working. So they broke the remaining three tire pressure monitors while checking what was wrong. Now they will just tell me those batteries magically died just as they were working on my car again and I would have to pay them $130 per tire to have it fixed. I called the dealership and it is a $40 dollar part. I will go to the Chevy dealership to have their mistakes fixed. I will never return to the Northern Lakes Auto Center and you should avoid it if you don't want them to break things on your car.

Very fast and friendly, was the fraction of the price I was quoted by a couple other places...AND they fixed what another auto place failed to fix. Highly recommend this place.

They told me what was wrong with the car, but because it was a hybrid, refused to do anything about it.
