Drew and Blaise are great every single time I come in. They always go above and beyond. One time Drew spent a solid half hour and brought out every single ujoint in stock just to ensure I had the correct one. Excellent service here is guaranteed

Had them order a part for me. On the day I was to pick it up there was some confusion trying to locate the part. Ended up getting it the next day. No big deal, honest mistake. They seemed genuinely concerned.

Great Staff, always willing to help to find the right part or tool needed for the job at hand. Special orders are quick to arrive. Over all they deserve a 5 star rating

The guys there are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help customers and even have a great sense of humor. They can find parts that are obsolete and if they can't they will help you find the parts if possible.....

NAPA Auto parts always has an answer and a part for myself, an amateur mechanic. If they don't have the part they can get it very fast.

Helpful staff, fast special orders and a good variety of common parts and tools. Fairly average parts store pricing unless you have an account.
