every time I have come here with an emergency I've never had a problem and if my issue has been simple I generally feel I have in and out service with no bologna, hands down the best yet. I really regret ever paying Tom and darrells transmission for a scam.

On Friday of Labor day weekend we were headed up north. We ended up blowing 2 tires on our toy hauler trailer 10 miles from Hayward. We gave them a call and they had 2 tires. We showed up, 2 guys helped us, and we were on the road again in less than 15 minutes. That was incredible service!!! Price was also great. Thank you again for helping us out.

Great like new muffler and oil change he did with my oil and filter .He put on half quart Marvel Mystery Oil.Getting quote he does cabin filters mine very old dirty.Ford doing recall work on my Ford Fiesta and timing belt water pump other things I need and just did cabin filter free as i had alot work done Ford here.So yes Hansen was very good guy found I needed oil drain plug.Csr between Ford work and with new muffler and more Ford recall work and Hansen muffler exhaust doing oil fill synthetic oil change car since Friday running much quieter smoother.Dan.

The best place in town for oil changes, tires needs and diagnostics! Fabulous people and cater to you. May not get an appointment same or next day but that because they are that awesome. If you do have to wait a couple days, its well worth it. They do a great job getting you in as fast as possible. High five to the workers and owners.

I came in under extreme conditions, without an appointment. They were very accommodating and fast. I didn't expect to get turned around nearly as fast as I was. The price was also reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased with Hanson's!

I am supremely satisfied with the service we received and with the honesty of this shop. My wife took the truck in for muffler and exhaust pipe repair, and twice the repairman came and showed my wife what needed repairing and what did not. They certainly had the opportunity to take advantage and perform an extensive replacement, but to their credit, only performed repairs that were were necessary. The price and service is excellent. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Got my exhaust done here. Went from the manifolds straight piped to some glass packs. Dude charged me 50$ more than the original price. He said " ran into some O2 trouble"Just to crawl under there and find that his absolute booger welds were leaking all the way back to the mufflers

Hanson's is a first class shop. The people there were super helpful and very friendly. My van had problems while I was visiting Hayward and a good friend recommended Hanson's. BEST ADVICE EVER! They worked with me on repairing the vehicle and gave me a discount on the price and didn't charge me storage fees when I had to leave the vehicle there for over a week before I was able to get back to Hayward and retrieve it. Hands down the best auto repair shop I'VE EVER dealt with

The crew at Hanson Tire is honest, patient, friendly, accommodating, and hard-working! They have turned away work from us on more than one occasion when we were told by our dealership that we needed certain repairs (that we did NOT need). They are fast, efficient, and will not try to fluff up your bill or add unnecessary repairs to your list! Highly Recommend!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I totally would. I called Hanson's on a Saturday morning just before 9am to ask if they could repair a screw in my tire. I brought the tire in and Brian had happily met me to take the tire to repair it and said, "I'll be back in just a few minutes". I wasn't even sitting for 5 minutes before he rolled it back out to me. As he put it in the back of my truck, he told me there was no charge. (as my husband was coming to pick me up due to my flat tire, he hit a deer). I kindly told him to at least give me something for the trouble. He refused to take any form of pay and told me that I had been through enough with the flat and the accident with the deer. Compassionate and caring. Now days, it's very far and few between to find a company with such incredibly caring staff. Thanks again, Brian. And thanks Hanson Tire. I will definitely be back!

My trailer tire blew out and they didn't happen to have a load D tire. I went and bought it down at the L&M Fleet Supply. L&M was too busy to mount to the rim and said it would take all day. I brought it back to Hanson and they were happy to help and put it on within 15 minutes. It was awesome. The people are kind and trustworthy. It got me back on the road fast too. They were open on Friday, July 5th (holiday weekend for most), which was outstanding too.

Usually go to Naylors but based on reviews I decided to check out Hanson. Had to make several appointments to get a repair done and it was just the most awkward service I've ever experienced. The guy working on my car acted like I was interrupting his lunch break, I felt talked down to, and I was never greeted or even called by name (except for when it was time for me to pay.) Drove away after finally getting my car serviced and I immediately was still having the same issues. I called and politely said my car was still not driving right and asked for advice and was given attitude about them not having time to look at my car again right now like I was really expecting them to drop everything for me. Anyways, I'm giving 2 stars because while I was waiting I noticed they changed some guys oil pretty fast, so that's cool, I guess.

We live in the Twins Cities and were up at our family cabin for the weekend over the 4th. On Monday, my Nissan got a flat and knowing we had to leave the next day (when everything would be closed) we had to act fast. Luckily we got referred to Hanson and caught them in time before they closed for the holiday. Out of pure genuine care & concern, they stayed open and fixed our tire right away. They didn't even charge us! I would drive 3 hours from my home just to have service here for all our vehicles. Just completely blew me away! Thanks for being such a great business!

Went to this tire shop and waited around 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Not to mention the employee who walked out of the shop, looked at me waiting to be helped at the front desk, then abruptly did an about face back into the shop without saying a word. Quite welcoming. After the wait, I spoke to the mechanic who refused to even touch my coilovers on my vehicle because they weren't 'in the dealerships specifications.' He also claimed he could not grease my suspension because they have no grease inserts (not true). They hadn't even looked at my vehicle but somehow pulled those excuses out of nowhere. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually wants to help and values their customers. Got the work done elsewhere with no hassels.

This is a great place to get tires, and they'll also mount tires for you if you choose to buy them online, and they let you ship the tires directly to the shop. They are certainly more affordable than some of the other shops in the Hayward area, and the mechanics are very good and fast!

Great Customer Service, while getting a tire rotation they were able to spot our outer tie rod was about to snap. Smart and Efficient bunch for great prices.

Wow!!!!! That should say it all. Awesome.....good luck getting in though. Lol!!! They are busy mechanics.....A Guy did my 75 vette brakes and it's smooooooth now!!!!! Didn't get his name though, but made another appt. For more work.

Put my new tire on my rim which happened to be cracked and never bothered to tell me, which could've turned out very bad for me. And they knew it was cracked because they put weights opposite the crack to offset.
