Great staff, great work, clean environment and very polite. They know what they're doing here. I would recommend the shop to anyone.

Terrible and costly experience. A simple coolant flush turned into $2500 (at least) necessary repair. After four days trying to "remove a bubble" it turned out they clogged the heater core. With the check engine light on we had to take it 1.5 hours away to get it professionally diagnosed. Terrible communication too - requires multiple calls just to find out car status. I requested help with repair cost, but no response. They did refund the coolant flush...but damage was done at that point.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Fischer s Auto was great! We came to Hayward on vacation from northern Michigan and discovered a tire valve issue. After being told by other local shops that they couldn t fit us in until later in the evening or until Thursday of the week (when we head back to Michigan) Fischer s assured us they could fit us in, and they did! Great service and kind people! Thank you for the help! Now we can enjoy our vacation in this beautiful area without worrying about the tire losing air!

Called about a price quote for a thermostat replacement and was toldThey would call me back, with one, I ended up calling them 3 different times then was finally told the price woulda been over $400.00 to do the job, I thought that was ridiculous and then was told they would have there special technicians re look at price to fix my car. And was told they would call me back when not busy, ... very rude m unprofessional in my book, least when owners ex wife ran the place it was professional and very prompt , now its a joke..

I would not recommend Fischer's Auto following my experience with being from out of town. Fischer's customer service was disrespectful and rude, the prices were costly, and they recommended I get things fixed that were unnecessary, taking advantage of me. I had a wheel bearing fixed, they changed my oil even though I asked them not to and charged me for it, and they balanced my tires, leading me to believe it was a possible cause of my rough ride and encouraging me to call back to the company who put on my brand new tires and get a refund. That company essentially told me I was taken advantage of, and my regular auto shop would have charged me over $170.00 less for the service of the wheel bearing, and $16.00 less for an oil change. I would not even give Fischer's a star, expensive, rude, and took advantage of a customer who does not know a lot about cars.

I am a single mother from Pennsylvania. I was travelling through Wisconsin when my teuck broke down. I was in an unfamiliar place so to meet some kind and helpful mechanics would have been nice. This is not what happened. Instead I met Brian and Keri, the owners of Fischer's Auto Repair. It was a horrible experience from the very beginning. They charged way more than was ethical or morally sound. In my situation all I could do was pay them what they were asking. I was told my internal starter had "died". Thankfully I was given a warranty that could be used out of state.Just a short four months later the starter that Fischer's installed also "died". I towed it to the mechanic where I was in Philadelphia Pa. I was told I was really overcharged for the starter that was installed. I was told it was one of those worst starters on the "market". Nowhere near the money I was charged by Fischer's.I can't say 100% this was done on purpose. All I know is I completely feel I was in some sort of con or scam by Fischer's Auto Repair.Not too mention that Keri is probably the rudest "lady" I have ever met in my entire life. I use the term lady loosely. If I was less polite I would call her something else. Her behavior sets the example for her employees as well so they behave and speak to customers the same as she does. Truly disgusting.She is such a miserable person who thinks she has the right to talk to people in such a degrading manner.BE WARNED TO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!

I went in to have winter tires put on and an oil change. I walked out with a bill for $300.00. Complete rip off. I've since found most places charge around $80 for the tire service and maybe $50 for a truck oil change. I will never return.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I was referred by my step-father after our SUV began shaking due to wheel weights that had fallen off. Despite being completely booked the kind woman at the front counter found a way to squeeze me in to have the tires balanced. We drove the four hours home the next day feeling fortunate to have been helped and treated so well.

Honest, friendly, knowledgeable. Kari and her crew solved a big car problem for me while I was visiting Hayward. They were incredibly professional, the shop is clean and welcoming, and they performed great work on my SUV. Highly highly highly recommended!!

Had some tires installed by Fischer's. They were very quick and very courteous. Relatively inexpensive installation cost. Thankyou guys

Seems like a competent shop. Issues I have are charging for an estimate when the problem had already been diagnosed. Not advising me there would be a charge to tell me I had a leaking strut which I already knew. Estimate was $1345 and Maplewood Toyota estimate was $800. Forty dollars for shop supplies come on, you can't be for real. Looking for a better value. I'm sure with all the 5 star reviews they get the job done right but then again I'll never find out.

I don't normally give bad reviews but...more than double I was quoted for mounting and balancing 4 tires is nuts. Was charged to remove tires from the vehicle, to remove dirt/mud from the rims and for the weights to actually balance the tire. All of those hidden charges are rediculous. They were very polite though.

I found a cut in one of my tires right before I had to go out of town... They did not stock new ones but did have 2 good used tires. Got them installed same day for a very fair price. Thanks Fischer's!

Fischer's Auto is Wonderful! Wouldn't use anyone else! Love going in there! They have entertainment for my kids if we have to wait a little bit and two very friendly golden's we enjoy seeing every time we are there! Not to mention their wonderful customer service. Love knowing that my car is being taken care of by people I know I can trust!

I absolutely love Fischer's Auto. I feel comfortable and confident with the work they do and I always leave feeling well taken care of. Brian, Kari and the crew understand and take the time to help me make decisions on what my car needs in a way that is condusive to my budget. I prefer Fischer's Auto over all the other competition in town and highly recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you guys for all you do and keep being the best!

My son went in for a front end alignment and they charged him 1200. in additional repairs and never actually did the alignment. Also charged him for air wrench they said broke while repairing his truck and an overnight fee. Also charged an acquaintence 600. to change 6 spark plugs. No wonder it looks quiet there now

This has been my go to place for car repairs and maintenance in Hayward. Love the people. They fit me even on short notice. They let me know what's coming down the road in terms of possible repairs. I'll keep coming back.

Fischer's is who we trust to take care of our vehicles! They keep excellent records of work that's been done and what is needed to keep our older vehicles running safely and without unnecessary expense. Their service is unmatched!

Avoid at all costs. Tried, and successfully, took advantage of me by having me by the short hairs with my car. Plain and simple, I am a young female from out of town and they saw an opportunity to make money off me. They gave me my receipt which had our "interactions" on it, which half of that stuff never happened and was made up. The fake interactions on the receipt was them simply covering their terrible behavior up. A different mechanic told me based on their "estimate" that they were going to amputate the whole foot for a broken toe, and take me to the bank while they did it. I don't care whatever they respond to this because I doubt they'll take any responsibility or ownership over my experience.

Was in Hayward on vacation about 5 hours away from home and had trouble with our truck. The dodge dealership in town wouldn't help us out so I went and seen these guys. They got us in right away and was more than willing to help us out and understood our situation. Thank you again!

I bought a radio auction coupon for an front end alignment. And when they were done they tried to charge me even though I had already paid for it. While I was there an elderly lady asked them if they could check the air in her tires.She had to take out her check book and payThem for that. Really wow who are these are these people they are that unbelievably greedy really. Wow.

I was passing through town a few weeks ago and had an overheating issue. Brian & Kari had me back on the road in no time at all. Great service with very friendly service. I would recommend to anyone.. These place was great
