I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE WITH DON JOHNSON!Everyone was so nice and accommodating! As a first time car buyer, it was really important to me that the process was explained thoroughly and in a way that I understood... and they fully met those expectations!!! They pretty much went above and beyond in every way possible! Thank you so much Dylan, Steve and Todd ! You guys were great!

I just wanted to graciously thank the Salesman I had tonight, he really went above and beyond helping me with getting a new vehicle for myself and daughter. He made the process so much more easier for me and played with my toddler the entire time we were there which was about 3 hours. I forgot his name but I hope he gets a raise! Fantastic employees. Thank you guys so much and I would 100% recommend this dealership.

2nd time at Hayward s shop after being with Rice like location for years. Melanie always took great care of me in Rice Lake and now being the new service manager in Hayward (good move DJ) her new team was a pleasure to deal with. Keep it up DJ

Transmission went out in my truck and my tailgate handle broke. Brought my truck here for them to repair and WOW!! No bad things to say whatsoever, the turn around time was unbelievable and while they were fixing my truck, they noticed my oil cooler lines were leaking and repaired that as well, even sent me pictures of everything wrong!! Parts shipped and installed in a matter of a couple days, that s unheard of these days. Excellent customer service to top it off. Truck drives like new, THANK YOU DON JOHNSON MOTORS!!!!!

Without a doubt the best Chevy dealer in Wisconsin, I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years this is where I go when I need a vehicle. Smart, courteous, and very helpful staff. I really like their no haggle pricing, you know what you got right off the bat. They have the best prices in the area, great service also. I really like the remodel that they did place really looks sharp.5/7/2020They are still the best dealership, I purchased a new truck a week ago. Some of the faces have changed but the quality is still there. Kaylee did an awesome job. The service department is also top notch, we had a problem with my wife's Equinox a few weeks ago, they went above and beyond to get our car fixed.This is why we keep coming back, since 1998 you have been our go to place.

They were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly from beginning to end. Answered all my questions, did their best to get the price where I needed it to be for my budget and taking the time to show me how to use all the amenities I've never had in a vehicle before. They made me feel like family. I am absolutely Loving my new car ! I will definitely go back there if needed another vehicle.

They had always went above and beyond to help, I was always happy with service, even if they were booked up, till now, the other day my Blazer was and still is making a loud sound as I drive it, just wanted someone to come listen to see if they could see what it maybe, or take a second to put it up and look for me, like in the past. I miss the old staff they would have helped, guess things are changing for the worse. Sad I had to pull the tire to see the heat shield was broken free, they could have seen it in a second on a lift and throw some screws to fix it for me, now I am riding around with this sound because I cannot reach the point without a lift, I have to drive 40 minutes to get there, would have taken no time to help. Very disappointed in them. Only giving two stars not one because I remember the way it was and how much more helpful they had always been in the past busy or not. I sure miss Connie, Chris and Eric from over the years, guess you need to stop letting the good ones get away. Only person that sounded like he would like to help but he was just filling in from other location, his ability to help disappeared after asking. Should have been, give us one minute, one of us standing around the desk, would be happy to take a few minutes to come listen to the noise it is making and if needed throw it up on one of the lifts I can see open back there to be sure it is safe for you to drive 40+ minutes home. You need to have a walk-in help for times like this, a lot of your customers live far from you and cannot afford to come and go if you cannot bother to take a few minutes to try to help. Busy or not. Things come up we do not plan to have problems they a happen, would be nice to have some place that will give you the time of day when it does.

Excellent staff and a great place to buy a car from. The ceramic coating is definitely worth the money, especially on black. Would highly recommend you check this place out.

Kaylee at Don Johnson is amazing at what she does, with a great personality. I was unsure about buying a car or where to go and Kaylee reached out and made me feel so comfortable. All the workers were very helpful and friendly. I bought a Chrysler 300 which is a beautiful luxury car. I would recommend Don Johnson!

Just traded in and bought a new vehicle from Don Johnson Motors Hayward. Excellent service as always from Kaylee M in sales and Todd A. I am a repeat customer and cannot recommend them enough. Everything is very clear and explained as far as the process of trading in and buying! Don t hesitate to work with these great people! Oh, and I LOVE my new vehicle!

We were very impressed, Kaylee was our sale rep. She did a great job, was very personable, easy to talk to and answered all our questions. No pressure. I had done considerable amount of research on the vehicle so working with Kaylee was nice. I would recommend Kaylee and Don Johnson s dealership to anyone looking for a friendly no pressure car buying experience!

This was my first experience with this dealership. They are very knowledgeable, very attentive to what i needed. Eric was a wonderful man, who knew his stuff. All others were also very professional, but truly, very friendly & helpful. I would recommend Don Johnson Motors to everyone looking to buy a car, truck, SUV. I LOVE my Equinox. We live 60 miles away, and have a dealership near us, but they were not very welcoming to help us. I'm so glad we went to Don Johnson !! Thank you again Eric !!

Upon entering the dealership, it was clean and welcoming. The lot was organized. I was greeted by Todd with a professional and welcoming personality. Eric was a big help with his knowledge and professional assistance. With minimal staff on hand and several customers in the store, they still managed to take care of my business for me in a timely manner. It was a positive experience for sure and I wouldn't hesitate to seek them out to do more business with them in the future. Thank you Todd, Eric, and Don Johnson's Motor's.
