I had a great experience working with Kurt to purchase my new vehicle. He was professional yet personable. He was upfront and honest about rebates and promotions I qualified for and promptly made calls to allow me to get my vehicle as quick as possible at the best deal available to me. Truly a great buying experience. I would recommend this dealership.

I ve had my Grand Cherokee s serviced here for 11 years. They do a professional repair and I ve never had an issue. I just wish they had a bigger inventory of Jeeps so that I wouldn t have to go outside Hayward to buy a vehicle.

Great place very friendly sales and service department. I really felt a home town experience. In process of vehicle shopping but appreciated the nice low pressure sales, yet someone was there to answer questions. Definitely will be back.

If I could give zero I would.. my father bought his diesel truck new off the lot in 2005 and had all maintenance done there for 17+ years and all 150k miles... ended up broke down 25 miles south today with a surprise fuel leak heading to Madison to see grandkids.. they actually refused to let him have it towed to their facility for service and refused to help in any way beyond recommending another general local repair shop. Seriously cold and uncaring go somewhere else!!! Had to tow and go all the way to Ashland Ford Chrysler instead.

This may be a smaller dealership, but it is big on quality! A hidden gem among dealerships in northwest Wisconsin for certain! My wife and I recently purchased a new Ram 1500 and we couldn t have been treated any better. Salesman Kurt Wahl was impressive with his detailed explanation of the various vehicle components, not to mention the overall time he spent with us. Their service department installed several accessories on our Ram in a matter of a day. We highly recommend Hayward Chrysler!

My car warranty was about to expire so I had the dealership go through everything to check that everything was ok before the warranty was up. Derek did such a thorough inspection of my whole car. He made sure everything was in working order and checked to see if anything needed attention before the warranty ended. He did a great job!! Thank You Derek.

Hayward Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram provided OUTSTANDING service when I came in with an issue on my Jeep (purchased at another dealer). They immediately said they would put the Jeep on the rack to make sure it was at least safe for me to drive. While I was there I met Kurt, a sales associate who was just awesome! I decided to trade my vehicle a few days later and he made the experience seamless. The finance person, Carrie, was also amazing. I would highly recommend Hayward Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I've never had a more pleasant car buying experience! AND I LOVE my new Jeep!

I took my Pacifica in for an oil change, tire rotation and service on a recall. All were completed within the 1 hour time they quoted me. The service people were very pleasant and courteous. The only minor negative was that they did not do an exterior wash like many other dealers do.

Brought our 06 Silverado into the shop because the brakes were getting bad. I asked the shop to call me with a quote for that, as well as replacing a window motor and fixing our tailgate. By the end of the day I still hadn't recieved a call, so I called them and they said it was still sitting, letting the snow melt. No big deal because they did give me a loaner vehicle. The following day they were closed for holiday, but they called me fairly early next business day to tell me that it was done! I never recieved a quote or had any idea what was actually wrong. When I picked up my vehicle they told me the total was $580! They charged me $160 for them to clean my tailgate latch and clean my window track, I didn't ask for this to be done, I asked for a quote on replacement, which they didn't do. I definitely would not have paid $160 for them to clean it. As for the brakes, they replaced a single brake line and told me the rest needed done ASAP. Well I just took it into a different shop to get a quote on the rest, and they told me that the line they replaced, shouldn't have taken more than an hour and parts should have been around $30! That the total shouldn't have been more than $200. I will not be going back here, they took advantage of a situation and charged me 2x what the other shop would have charged.

Had a great experience. Only negative is that I was under the impression, due to prior oil changes their, that is was a 5,000 mile oil change. Unfortunately it was only 3,000 mile. They are very professional, but unfortunately the salespeople take one look at me, with my tattoos on my arms as and neck, and they don't even acknowledge me. As if I don't even exist. Unknowingly to them I am a United States Marine. Tattoos don't mean that you are a bad person in any way, shape, or form. Of course that's only if I am correct in saying that my tattoos are the reason why when I walked the lot while getting my oil changed that no salesperson even spoke to me, and when they walked by, not a word. Little did they know I actually am car shopping for a 2nd car. Too bad the salespeople didn't treat me with common respect.

Going in to this transaction my husband told the sales consultant Kurt that I was the one looking for a new vehicle and to talk to me. Kurt was polite answered all my questions. This was on a Friday told him we liked the Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus but not ready to make a decision just yet. So anyways yes bought the Jeep absolutely love it. Kurt Sat with me went through everything inside the car. Kurt Wall is a Sales Consultant at Hayward Chrysler ask for him if you are in the market for a new/ used vehicle. Hat's off to you Kurt and the gal who put all the paperwork together. I apologize for not remembering her name.

Will never do business with them again possibly the worst customer service from a business stand point. Called for a simple estimate on vehicle repair and she said she s not willing to help. Like what? I urge anyone shopping for a new vehicle or looking for service to not even entertain the thought of going to Hayward Wi Dodge Dealer!

I recently bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus from here & it was the best decision I ve ever made!! Looking for a new car I d recommend going here ask for Curt Walsh he ll take the best care of you!!! I greatly appreciate all the help from all the amazing staff especially Curt Walsh. I recommend going here for anything you need.

I had a 10:30 appt for a simple transmission service fluid change and filter. They later called me saying that they broke 2 of the bolts that hold up the pan, along with some other hardware and that I would have to pay for the labor and parts to fix their own mistakes and possibly even a new transmission if the bolts didn t come out. I went in quoted 260$, later that day anticipated the upwards of 3000$. Any other mechanic in the Hayward area would have called and notified the customer of a potential broken bolt before snapping the first one let alone TWO, plus some of the other hardware! They will never have my service again unless things are made right.

I have ALWAYS had good service here. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles here. Love that they have women at the counter in the parts department. They understand "heating on my feet, cold draft from below, makind a noise like klunk klunk whurrr."

Was on vacation and got a screw in my GMC's tire. Asked if they could help me out, not only did they help me out but it was super quick and a great price! Highly recommend. Thank you guys for all the help

While driving from Chicago to Drummond, my alternator died and panic stricken I called the dealership and they said they would take me right in. Not only did they take me in as soon as I got there, but they fixed it on the spot. This had the makings of a disaster, but it turned out to be the most positive experience. Everyone was nice, and Randy the mechanic was amazing. If only more businesses were run like this one.

Don't waste your time going to this location. Waiting on hold parts department 1 hour no one helping. No manager available. What dealership is that during business hours. Void this place at all.

I have never visited this location but just talking to their employee Sonya was an awesome experience. She is very helpful and represents her company extremely well! If everyone is like her that works there then this is the place to go!

Worst experience I've ever had with a service department bring our van in 2005 to repair airbags . Service light was on in the dash . Said they had to run a diagnostic test to see if it was under warranty results of diagnostic were to replace two sensors $500 they had the van for over a week after replacing the sensors they said that wasn't it they have to try something else .$500 for non repaired vehicle
