Silver Lake Auto takes pictures and goes into detail on the issues you are having. Staff is friendly. They will do what they can to make sure you are a happy and satisfied customer. Prices are a little on the higher side but as long as you know that going in you shouldn t have any problems. Excellent service!

Did some major damage to my BMW when I curb-checked it. Then had problems getting my insurance to respond. Adam was very patient with their process and worked hard to get all my ducks in a row with the claims adjuster. Finally, the work was approved and Silver Lake auto promptly repaired my vehicle. Both my Allstate agent and my Allstate claims adjuster commented to me how easy Adam was to work with and how diligently he responded. Claims said Adam was the best they had worked with. Patience, great work and good at explaining to me how I damaged it. I highly recommend Silver Lake Auto.A 2nd round with an intermittent computer issue that put my navigation in the middle of Lake Michigan. They had it diagnosed and an updated insurance claim immediately. Parts ordered and as soon as they arrived a loaner when I dropped off my BMW. Replaced and running in less than 24 hours. Adam explained everything as it happened so I understood my car a lot better. Highly recommend.

Silver Lake did a transmission rebuild on my Scion TC. I valued Adam's active communication during the process, as he kept me informed what was wrong and what had to be done. And he found some savings for me at the end. The loaner car was a lifesaver. Highly recommend!

I recently moved to Lake Country and got a flat tire the same day I was to leave for the East Coast. I checked with a few other auto repair shops in the area, all of which would not be able to help me on the spot. I took it to Silver Lake Auto and they were able to order a matching tire and have it on my car within two hours.I have since taken all my cars there for repair and maintenance and continue to receive quality work and inspections. The homemade cookies are good too!

Brett was very nice. He was here quick. Gave me a quote over the phone before he came. I ve seen Brett before and forgot to give him a review when he picked me up at midnight , same vehicle unfortunately, when I was at Summit park and ride. Please give him a double review of excellent service.

I called around to multiple auto repair places and couldn t get anyone to even look at my tire, then I called Silver Lake and Adam told me to bring it so they could take a look at it. Had one of his mechanics check it out and found two nails in the tire and said I would need a new tire. I said ok and I was going to a basketball tournament an hour away the next day. Adam said hold on, made a call and set me up to get two new tires put on my car so I wouldn t have to worry on the drive to the tournament. Very thankful for how they took care of me. They gained a new customer.

The experience I had at Silver Lake Auto in Hartland was absolutely amazing!! They came and picked my car up from work and made it super easy to get my car serviced! This was my first time using the Hartland location and they sent me these chocolates as well!! If you hate having to deal with getting your car serviced bc of the inconvenience. You need to go here bc they make it so convenient! I could not have been happier and will from now on be using them for any maintenance on my vehicle!

Excellent customer service! Explained everything thoroughly and took the time to answer questions. Received a text and email when my vehicle diagnostic was completed and again when the service was completed. Highly recommended!

Scheduling an appointment was easy and I was able to get my vehicle in quickly. All work was completed to my satisfaction and staff was honest about what work should be done now, and which parts still had life left.

If I could give 90 stars to these people I would! They are the most thorough out of the entire country. I am a professional transport person and I've never seen detail work done like this in my entire life. Let alone they actually got it in when they said they would and got it out about a week earlier than they anticipated. They did a deep dive into my 2004 3500 diesel and found a gazillion problems that the dealership didn't when I bought it. They did a detailed report along with amazing picture. I will be chiseling away the work that needs to be done with these guys as much as possible. Super friendly customer service great mechanics and their tow guy was very knowledgeable. I definitely will be back. Services: Auto A/C recharge, Engine repair, General repairs, Wheel alignment, Auto battery maintenance, A/C installation & repair

Our service Advisor Adam Swanson went above and beyond to service us in a timely manner and stayed past closing hours on a Friday evening to ensure we were able to pick up our vehicle before the weekend closing! We were also appreciative of the full inspection review and analysis including picture and recommendations. Silver Lake found several service issues we needed to address that was missed by our previous auto repair provider. Glad we made a switch to a much more professional and thorough service provider. Brought my car in for a tire swap, summer to winter, in October of 2020.During my visit I got to hear my engine being reved up.They also mounted my right rear backwards, against rotation, the three others are fine. So a 0.75 success rate.Service: Tires

Silver Lake Auto is close to my work and I knew my boss had used them often. I had air continuously leaking from a tire and suspected I had a nail or puncture. They were able to get me in the same day and make the repair. I got a free car wash and vacuum out or the small and affordable fix. All the men were nice, it was taken care of very quickly, and I was impressed with the overall thoroughness they provided, including photos and updates on other parts of the car so I have the records. I expect I will be returning for future needs.Service: Auto tire replacement

After taking my car to the dealer for first service check to find they only checked lights and did tire rotation taking over an hour to wait, Silver Lake also did oil change checked everything from front to back, detailed inside and watched floor mats and gave it a car wash!
