I chose to use Mander Collision and Glass because of the reviews and word of mouth advice I had received. My daughter was in an accident and we had the car towed to their Hartland location. We had to go in a few times to retrieve her possessions and they were very kind, considerate and friendly. Even though the car was a total loss they treated us as preferred customers. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of any body repairs.

The Tile Group took our 2016 Ford Transit in to have a chip in our windshield repaired and like always we we received excellent service in a timely manner! Friendly and personal staff! Highly recommended! Debra M.

I had a small chip in my windshield. I called and came in right away to see if it could be fixed. They had a glass technician in the building that day and within 20 minutes of arriving, my chip was filled! Very friendly staff and great customer service! My husband and I have used Mander for a few needs with our vehicles and we will continue to go to them!

Back window needed to be replaced and spider webbing on the back bumper, State Farm estimated costs at around 1.4k & Manders estimated it at over $5k!!!! Labor being over 3k!! I called Maaco in Waukesha and they are doing the work for 1.4k.Really upsetting since Manders is my local shop.Scrolling through the reviews I did see another case where they overcharged the client. Not sure if they are just trying to scam the insurance companies but that is really ridiculous.Labor costs= not accident related. You will pay out of pocket! I m glad I got my car towed out of there. I don t recommend! 0/10.Parts cost 1.3k! Even if they would ve charged 2k -3k my insurance would ve approved it!

Car was found to be not repairable. It took 3 months of dragging their feet not working on it. They are charging $2000 above normal charges for the work done and holding the car until the insurance company pays their inflated price and charging storage every day. They said if they don't release the car they have the leverage. So it looks like I'll have to pay the extra $2000 for the above normal charges.

I had a huge rock hit my windshield on my 2017 Ford Escape .I called Mander and the price was significantly lower than the other business I called. I was able to get an appointment 3 days later which coincided perfectly with my schedule. Very pleased with the results and professionalism of the office. Windshield looks great!

This is the second time I've used Mander Collision & Glass for a windshield replacement and both times they have done a fantastic job! I called on Thursday afternoon and spoke to Sarah and she was able to get me an appointment the very next day to replace my rear window. I asked to have the appt before noon and the techs were here at 8:45. Adam & James were polite and very efficient. They were done in less than 45 minutes and did a great job, very quick and clean. I have recommended Mander to multiple friends needing glass replacement. Easiest experience I've ever had getting windows replaced.Service: Body & Trim

Fantastic job by the crew at Manders. Nick, Lucas, Waderestored my Tacoma to better than new look. Not much theycan do to save the deer, not much left after 78mph run in.I see some venison sausage in their future. One less deer forMN hunters to miss.

Had 2 small cracks in the windshield from stones. Called and able to set up an appointment within a day and the service was quick.We have used Mander's in the past for repair also on our 2016 Honda Pilot and have been very happy with the service. Cathy K

Mander Collision in Hartland was a pleasure to work with. I needed my windshield repaired because of stone thrown my way on the freeway. They came to my place of work even though my work was outside their service area. That s customer service! Then believe it or not, four days later I was dinged again on the freeway. This time the windshield needed to be replaced. They were able to have it repaired within a week. The office staff was great and the work was done well. They even took my oil change sticker from the old windshield and put it on the new one. Thanks Mander, you re terrific!Margaret D2021 Palisade

So fast and easy! Needed a windshield replacement for my 2021 RAV4. State farm sent the claim over in the evening, and they called the next morning right when they opened! I requested OEM glass, and they called back within a couple hours with the approval and ETA. Install went a lot faster than expected, and the night drop-off feature was helpful.

We recently had a stone chip in our UTV (Polaris General) windshield. Mander Collision and Glass were happy to take a look at it to see if it possible for them to repair. I brought it over to them at their request and they were able to repair it! After a short wait, they had it repaired for me during the same trip! Excellent customer service! I will be returning back the Mander for all of our future needs!

Just got back my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe from Mander Glass. Because of a seized bolt on the wiper arm, expenses and parts were adding up in order to replace a shattered front windshield.Thinking "outside the box", Adam came up with a creative solution and saved me at least 1K $$$$ !!!This is not the first time Mander Hartland has come to our rescue and won't be the last. The people at Mander are so courteous on the phone, I really appreciate that. I got quotes from several glass replacement outfits in Waukesha County including the chains, assuming they would be the cheapest. Mander was less expensive than everyone else for my particular vehicle, and significantly cheaper than the chain my insurer directed me to. They were accommodating to our drop off and pickup needs, and were able to take care of us in a timely way. So happy to finally have them in Lake Country after hearing about them for years! I brought my brand new 2023 Ram in to get a windshield under warranty replaced. The local Ewald RAM dealership didn't want to deal with the issue at all since I did not purchase from them. The Mander team went out of their way to assist with the warranty, and had amazing communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.

The service technician was amazing. They were able to replace my windshield and recalibrate it in a timely manner. The lady who I talked to before/after seemed annoyed with me. I asked for a copy of my estimate when I got there so I could show my husband and she said no at first that I would get a copy when I paid. So I said okay I ll take a photo, so then she rolled her eyes and photo copied it for me.Otherwise this place did a great job on my windshield. Also had the lowest quote around the lake country area

Awesome shop, my truck was in a collision and frankly was worried it wasn t gonna look the same after all the repairs but it looks even better than before. The guys here are super cool and get after it. Wade the GM is a great guy, would 10/10 recommend these guys for collision repair. If your vehicle goes in and it takes longer than you thought just be patient trust me I know it s frustrating but quality work takes a little bit of time and effort. Mander recently repaired hail damage on our subaru. There work was flawless (paintless dent removal) and so was there customer service.Some time ago Mander in Waukesha repaired a door ding I got on a 1 week old Forester that I purchased at Wilde Subaru.I had a coupon that Wilde gave me for a paintless ding repair. Customer service at the waukesha facility was top notch, same as Hartland.I usually don't leave reviews but in Mander's case I am happy to do so, they are a great company.

Rob N 2017 Ford F-150I used their glass replacement service and the prices were excellent, they got me in for service within 24 hrs, the customer service was very good and the work done was great.The only reason for not giving 5 stars is they do not offer onsite replacement, you must drop off the vehicle for service.

While traveling for 2 weeks I ended up getting a stone hitting my windshield and cracking it. I chose Mander Because they had 5 stars good reviews and conveniently located. I am sure they did a great job on replacing my front windshield, But cannot give them 5 stars because I had totally cleaned the inside and outside of my car upon my return home, And when I picked up My car on completion of installing the window Found both floor mats in my car totally dirty And surrounding area. The window they installed was so dirty inside and out that upon driving into the sun I could hardly see where I was going. I guess at least I would have thought they would Clean the window enough for the driver to see through it, And take more care in returning the car as they received it. I had just spent a lot of time cleaning it And was not happy that I had to Wash floor mats again And clean the surrounding area.
