My modified tops look fantastic, and I love the way they naturally light up the inside of my Jeep. The acrylic panels may seem small on the outside, but the view from the inside is huge. It's amazing how they make the interior seem so much more spacious. It feels like I'm driving a totally different vehicle.There was a very, very, very long wait (due to parts back-orders and other COVID-related issues), but Chris is extremely responsive to all correspondences. He's always eager to discuss product details and the manufacturing process, as well as provide customers with order updates. I appreciate doing business with a company where the owner takes their time to personally call or write customers.A little patience as a buyer will result in a fantastic driving experience. You'll love having your own JeeTops.

Jeetops is a great product opening up the cabin for sunlight and providing strength to the top and added quiet ride. I am very satisfied with this sunroof for my 2024 Willys!

After numerous web searches and E mails with various vendors I came across JeeTops.Chris took the time to explain their process and assured me that there would be no issues with their product.I sent In my deposit and shortly after received my box with loaners to use during the manufacturing of my new roof.In 2-3 weeks,I received me NEW TOPS! They look and perform just as I had hoped. Now I finally have that Sun Roof look I ve been missing in my Wrangler.I couldn t be happier with my new roof and JeeTops customer service. If in doubt don t hesitate to call or email them.

Wrangler JLBy far, the craftsmanship and customer service exceeded my expectations! I dealt exclusively with Chris and I felt well informed and at ease throughout the entire process. I had follow up maintenance questions and received immediate support within minutes of contact. I couldn t be happier with my experience. Highly recommend. Excellent company and pleasant staff. My favorite Jeep mod.. by far!!! great for letting light into an otherwise dark Jeep interior, (especially if you have tinted windows)! Living in the Pacific Northwest where we endure long dark winters, and overcast and rainy skies most of the time, every bit of light I can let into the cabin really helps. No regrets, no buyers remorse! I would definitely purchase these again. Two years since purchase, no leaks, no cracks, no issues.Love my JeeTops!

My favorite modification on my Jeep Wrangler has been customizing my freedom panels with JeeTops! The moment I found JeeTops while looking through some pinterest posts, I fell in love with the tops and was interested in getting them for my Jeep. I went on the website and then later called JeeTops and spoke with Chris Hinrichs. Chris spent a lot of time with me on the phone talking to me about the JeeTops and how they are made and encouraged me to watch some of the videos posted on facebook. I also followed other Jeep owners who have sponsorships who also have JeeTops on their Jeeps. I spoke with Chris a couple of times and he was awesome to work with. Within a two week period I got loaner panels, sent my panels to Chris, then got my new JeeTop panels back, and sent Chris his loaner panels back. It was so easy and well worth the two week wait. I live in Colorado and I have had the JeeTops for well over a year now and absolutely love them! They have been through snow, ice, extreme cold, hot summer days, rain, and extreme wind. I have never had any issues with them at all. No leaks, no extreme sun or brightness because they have such a great tint on the outside, no extra heat inside the jeep. I have seen many DIY kits and other tops advertised, but never have I seen any with the same craftsmanship and high quality as the JeeTops. They are cut in the natural areas in the panels and do not compromise safety or get cut too close to the seals on the panels. They look so awesome from both the outside and the inside. I love that when it is too cold and the tops can't come off, that I have such awesome views of the sky and gorgeous Colorado scenery. If I ever get another Jeep, the first thing I will do is get JeeTops again! I would highly recommend to everyone!

Unprofessional bullies! However they did a good job on the tops, but the rest of the experience was a nightmare, from the payment processing till the end . Very unprofessional, be careful!! Make sure you get what you paid for . The credit card company was in constant communications with me and them and eventually I got my deposit back. They lied and lied and were extremely rude. On top of everything they never even apologized for their unprofessionalism.

I couldn t be happier with the Jeetops. It's one of those things that once you have it, you can t imagine not having it. Chris and the Jeetop crew were fantastic and helpful with all my questions. It's been raining buckets in the midwest and i have not had any issues whatsoever. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks

JeeTops is a must have. They have given me the sun-roof I was missing and provided an open feeling to my Jeep. It no longer feels like a cave. Chris and the team's work is above-and-beyond (two major storms and 18 days of flooding, not a drop!) and the customer support was outstanding.

Chris and his crew are true miracle workers, and masters of their craft. They took a "below-average" internet sunroof kit, and made the tops look factory fresh. The installation was better than I could have hoped for, with a craftsman's attention to detail Really top notch work. I've had zero issues with the ops - no leaking, no air, and no problems cleaning them after getting them incredibly muddy. Make no doubt, These are the tops you are looking for!

3 words... WORTH... EVERY... PENNY!JeeTops has truly outdone themselves with this product. Every Jeep owner should have at least a front set of these panels. For me these are a complete game changer.Just received my front panels and I must say the quality and craftsmanship is out of this world. Very professionally done. They arrived sooner than I had expected them to in perfect mint condition. They fit my 2013 Wrangler Unlimited like a glove. My only regret is that I did not order the rear panel as well but that will have to be a purchase for another day. Well worth the cost after seeing the final product. Plus they have a 5 year, 50,000 mile warranty- shows they really have faith in their product as well and I can see why.I live in Pittsburgh so the weather is not always perfect for topless rides- with these new panels it lets the light into the jeep cave and totally changes the atmosphere. No worries about sunburns either... they thought of that as well. It truly is the best of both worlds!!I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them and can not wait to hopefully be able to order the back panel too.Superbly done JeeTops I can t thank you enough!... and if you are a potential buyer reading this review... you should seriously consider this product!!! Totally worth it!!

I ordered my tops in April, it is now September and I still do not have my tops. I personally had to reach out for updates on my order vs just being given them, which is ridiculous when you look at how long I have been waiting. Chris has kept on telling me that they just don't have the parts, if this was the case why did you take all of my money vs just a deposit? Why are you still taking orders from tops when you are so backordered.This morning I emailed Chris asking for another update on my order. He called me, leaving me a passive aggressive voicemail, "So I could hear from the horse's mouth." (I don't answer unknown numbers). He also texted me the same thing. I politely asked him for a refund, considering it has been several months and I need a hard top due to the rain in my area/my canvas top is now way past its lifespan. He ignored my request for a refund and tried gaslighting me to keep my order. I thanked him for the information and repeated my request for a refund. He read this message (I have the read receipt on my phone) and ignored my request a second time. So I asked him to confirm that I will be getting a return and what the timeline would be. After this message he turned off his read receipts and ignored my request. I have also emailed him. This means that in total, I have now asked him FIVE SEPERATE times for a refund with no response. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, my bank, and the Attorney General.

Chris was absolutely great! I can t believe I waited five and half years to get these tops. They look like the inside of a B 24 bomber from World War 2 everything is plexiglass, smoked and beautiful. The workmanship is outstanding and I absolutely love them! I recommend these to everyone and the price is great! From the time I ordered, it took 18 days turn-around to get my tops back. This is without replacements. Don t attempt to send them in a box you think is appropriate. Jeetops will send you a shipping box that will insure your tops are safe both ways. Absolutely fabulous! I have been dealing with Chris since 2012 when I got the tops for my JK. Chris has been amazing to deal with and the tops have had no issues. During a storm a branch fell on top of the jeep and cracked the glass. I did not know what to do as I did not have any spare freedom tops so I reached out to Chris and he immediately sent out a loaner top to me and offered to replace the cracked top on a priority basis. I have since purchased the new JL and am waiting to get the Jeetops for that. I expect a long relationship with Chris and I highly recommend him and his product.

First I would like to thank once again JeeTops for the excellent customer service provided, they truly went out if their way to ensure I knew every detail of the process. Now to highlight how quick the service and turn arround time was. In total inwood say from the moment in received my temp loaners to the moment they received my personal tops and worked on them and then returned them, it was a total of 2 weeks, considering all the shipping and labor i would say that is a fast turnaround. I received my windows in perfect condition and to top it off it was raining so I could test them out right away to make sure nothing leaks, so after 2 weeks if rain infinity was reassured that the product was well built and ready to withstand the elements of nature. I would highly recommend this product to all. There hasn't been one person that has gotten in my Jeep that hasn't been amazed at the fact that I have a sun roof in my Jeep. Great job jeetops and thank you.

A great buy. Super happy with my JeeTops. No longer riding in a dark cave. The JeeTops bring the beautiful outdoors as though riding with the top off. Even on a cloudy / rainy day, or covered with ice, it s my daily dose of sun lamp. I hesitated for a while, read all the reviews, and finally did it through the loaner program which was effortless and so convenient while keeping costs to a minimum.

I purchased Jeetops for my 2018 Rubicon JL. I waited a long time while they made the parts to make The panels. I just put my hardtop back on after summer and I m in LOVE with my Jeetops. Totally worth the wait! The sunlight in my Jeep is awesome! They have a perfect tint so they let in light without blinding you. Everyone who has seen my tops is jealous! At some point I may need to expand to the full Monty and do the back. You will not be sorry, worth every penny, I m absolutely thrilled!

***UPDATE***I left a review with the BBB. Chris responded to the review calling me a sociopath because I am telling everyone I can about my experience. I am not just going to let him take my money. As you can see from the photo below, on August 20, 2018 Chris said, "we will get your refund going today." That was a response to my refund request on August 8, 2018. I am not sure how I can mix up words. I asked for a refund and Chris agreed. Almost six months later and I still do not have my money (over $1500).***UPDATE***I have filed complaints with the BBB, Wisconsin Attorney General and the Ohio Attorney General. Chris has not responded to any type of mediation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!NOT READY FOR THE JL! I have two complaints with JeeTops/Autovation LTD. First, the communication is horrible!!! I never would have had a problem if the line of communication was better. They are not ready to handle JL orders. Jeetops/Autovation LTD should note this on their website. Instead of taking the full amount of the order, maybe they should consider taking deposits for JL tops and keep the consumer informed.I placed the order for my tops in July 2018. They ran into some tooling issues and ultimately they were far from being ready for JL tops. I had to initiate contact regarding the status of my order. I requested a refund on August 8, 2018 and I was told I WOULD receive a refund, but I never did. A month later I called Chris and he said he would give me a refund less a credit card fee!!! He told me that was common sense, but I told him that when I return something at Lowes I get my full amount back, not less a credit card fee. Not to mention, during the conversation the fee went from $120 to $150. I was and I still am waiting for a full refund.Chris wasn't necessarily rude to me. I think it's just his personality. I do not have anything against him personally, I just do not like the way my transaction was handled. At this point, Jeetops/Autovation LTD stole money from me. I also filed a complaint with the BBB.

This was shared in one of many Jeep groups I m a member of. Whomever responded to this individuals comment was absolutely rude and unprofessional. After they responding this way to this gentleman, they went and deleted the comments so people wouldn t notice what they did. I know of many Jeep owners that will now not be doing any business with this company.

New Tesla Sunshades are awesome! The Fit and Finish and the high-end Tesla fabric are the perfect compliment / accessory to my JeeTops! They cut down just enough on the intense Florida sun in the hot summer months but are easily removable to let the sun back in during fall , winter and spring!

Just got my tops back yesterday for my 2018 Wrangler JKU. Perfect! Changes the whole cabin feeling with the tops on, more light and seems roomier!! Great service and Chris the owner was very helpful. GREAT UPGRADE!

i just got mine and they're great! The keep the cabin cooler than the OEM with a headliner! It also opens the cabin up and adds a lot of light but not blinding. Great product Chris!

Jeetops are a must have. I like how there is no structure integrity change, yet have a great view and sunlight in my interior.Chris was pleasant to deal with and shipping was easier than I thought.

I bought the tops and later contacted me saying he won t honor the free shipping on the receipt wanting more money. He s unstable and doesn t now anything about customer service. I had to ask him 5 times to stop contacting me. I was even willing to pickup and or drop off 25 miles away.

Worst company ever l. Leaks everywhere on a used jeep I got that hod a 2 year old top and I ask if the had any fix and the the owner got rude to me on Facebook and only offered to have me drive it over 650 miles to exchange the top for 3500. Crazy!!!!
