Feb 2024. Dropped to 2 stars. Got the $12 wash and it left a considerable amount of soap / polish behind. Not worth it above $10 just for under body wash on trucks. 2023. Specific to the car wash, very happy I can finally get my truck into a full service wash! CCLB are huge and none of the gas station washes are deep enough to fit.

Class act!I was thoroughly impressed with Hartland Service's professionalism, kindness and family-feel! Alec was extremely polite and accomodating after my car wouldn't start. He offered me a loaner car to get to work while my car was getting looked at and I can't tell you how much that helped me!I've had my fair share of auto mechanic experiences over the years and Hartland Service reings supreme.Thank you to Mike and your awesome staff for helping me out during a tough time. People can go anywhere nowadays for services, but customers go back to places that go above and beyond and make them feel good, you guys exemplify that and I highly recommend you go here for your vehicle services!-Jared

I took my SUV in for an exterior detailing and Mike restored a deep factory shine to my deteriorating paint.It included clay bar, machine polish, and a ceramic sealant. It included wheels, wheel wells, glass, plastic trim, windshield cowl, etc. He even vacuumed for me.On top of the paint being restored, the polishing took out a lot of fine scratches. The oxidation and old wax on the rubber and plastic were removed. The Subaru decals weren t left caked-up with dried polish. It s those small details that make the difference between a pro and hobbyist.The durability is TBD.

Went to the touchless car wash. Purchased the supreme with the ceramic spray. The car came out very clean for a machine wash. Vacuum was free and extremely powerful. Great experience.

An amazing one stop shop for all your vehicle needs both personal and for a company . Open, honest and upfront about all services they provide. Nick & Rachel are top notch!! Would highly recommend Hartland Service . 5 Stars !!!!!

Went in for an emissions test, whole process took maybe 10 minutes. Excellent customer service, would recommend to anyone in the area if they need service or testing to go here.

Got flat on 350 on my hotshot truck with 30 foot gooseneck trailer they came right out and put a plug in for me if it wasn't for them I would been stuck I was in middle of a job the nicest people

This is the best spot to get your car fixed. It s worth an hour drive. The only thing I would change is that this was my car instead.

I trust Hartland Service with my repairs whether it's for my everyday car, but especially with my collector car. They'll make sure your repairs are done well, and if something does come up, they'll make it right. Here's my muscle car, and I trust them with my most valuable toy!

We've been using Hartland Service for many, many years now and I have never been disapointed in the way we are treated when we call or stop in. The staff at Harland Service is a family and they treat each of their customers like family. They are, in my opinion, honest, fair and fast. They are knowledgable in every aspect and they do the best they can to ensure we get the best out of our vehicles. I cannot say enough about them but know that we will be seening them again for any of our vehicle needs. Thanks!

I d prefer to never leave a negative review, but I m hoping that this local and well established Hartland business works on their customer service skills. Recently our shop in Waukesha closed so I thought I d buy local . My first visit (and likely last) ended with the owner telling me they could not look at a nail in a tire today or even the next month since they are short staffed? I guess it was not the fact that they couldn t or wouldn t work ion it, it was his dismissive attitude!!Service: Tires

Hartland Service, nice place and nice staff. They do good work and their pricing is fair. The recent remodel has made their building more updated and looks nice in Hartland.

A change in employment has resulted in needing to find new providers for common services for the first time in 10+ years. After struggling to get responses from most auto shops in the area, I elected to use Hartland Service because they answered the phone and my questionsService was good with clear communication and timeliness expectations. Really the only downside was cost. About 30% more than Ive been charged for the same service at my previous go-to spot. I'm ok with paying more as long as I know what I'm getting.

I came here for an emissions test. It has good information on the website about emissions testing, which is available during open hours (easy to fit in with my work schedule), and the experience was very efficient.

I brought my classic mustang in for an alignment and Mike (owner) talked me through the whole process and walked me around his shop. He was working on several classic cars and was very knowledgeable about auto maintenance, repair and restoration. Not only did he complete the alignment, he also repaired the dash lights and had the car running much smoother than when I brought it in. It was an excellent experience and I will absolutely be using this shop in the future.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine tuning

Friendly, honest and quick. Took my CRV in for a strange engine noise and they identified it as a known issue that was not anything serious. I brought my 2015 Camaro SS "toy" in due to having stripes that were installed after initial purchase in 2015, removed on the top and sides of the car. They weren't UV protected obviously and actually looked "burnt". The detailer removed all of the glue and buffed out the paint job, cleaned the rims and tires. He cleaned the interior, every inch of it and it did look like I just got it off the showroom floor !! He told me if I purchased the touchup paint through a Chevy dealer, he would touch up all the nicks and scratches at no charge. They drove me to the Phoenix and picked me up there when the job was done. The price was totally reasonable compared to all the work they did and the final result was nothing but PERFECTION.I plan to bring my winter car in to have a few areas fixed on that next. I highly recommend Hartland Service and so very glad they were highly recommended to me by several of my friends !Services: Tires, Polishing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I just used Hartland Service for the 1st time on my BMW SUV. I had a engine light come on and needed to pass the emissions test. They performed a diagnostic analysis and fixed the issue. I also wanted a new battery but they said I did not need one which saved me a lot of money. Excellent service, great value and most important HONEST.Service: Engine repair

Been going here for 9 years. First went just to get emissions done when we first moved here and was very impressed with the service that day so decided to go there for our oil changes since I didn't know anyone else. The rest is history. We like to keep our cars for a very long time and they help us do that! Amazing staff, amazing service, never hesitate recommending them!!!

Excellent Customer Service!! The staff is very knowledgeable and great at communicating any issues regarding your car repairs. The prices are reasonable. It's nice to have a local business that offers emissions testing. Best car wash in town!!

When my car broke down, I was too far away from the mechanic I've trusted from the start. I was a bit nervous about how Hartland Service would be seeing as every experience I've had outside of my primary mechanic has been downright miserable, from misdiagnosed issues and poorly installed parts to bull extra charges. Thankfully, my anxiousness was misplaced. These guys are fast, affordable, and, most importantly, honest. When my primary mechanic finally retires soon here, Hartland Service will be my new go-to.

Great experience, friendly staff, and fair prices. I recently bought an old Honda and had it registered, I had to pass the emissions test but the check engine light was on and had to get it fixed. I set up an appointment and had it checked. To my surprise, they ran the diagnostics, fixed the car, ran the emissions test, and had it cleaned, all for a very low price. Definitely recommend this place if you need your car fixed!!!

Emissions test has never been easier or faster! Service was top notch. Everything was wrapped up in 5 minutes. I could get my renewal sticker here too. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant experience. Just got my sportscaster emission tested. The very professional woman that helped me was awesome. Highly recommended.
