I can't even count how many of my cars these guys have taken care of throughout the years. Their service is amazing. I trust them 100% and love the friendly atmosphere in this place. Great Shop- 1st time there being new to the area and will be back. Had a flat tire, called them and they got me right in. Left the car and they called an hour later with it done. Patched it correctly ( from the inside) and even picked me up at my house when the job was completed. Reasonable pricing. Can't ask for anything better than that.

I have been using Westside exclusively for all of my automotive needs since moving to Milwaukee 6 years ago. These guys are awesome. Their prices are very fair and transparent, they always meet their scheduling commitments and most importantly, I have never had an issue with their work. Recently had a weird noise recently on my 2015 Subaru Outback and it turns out is was just a loose part which they fixed for $50. Incredibly honest and easy to work with. In addition they have a shuttle service that allows me to drop off my car and they take me to work and pick me up when the work is done. Ryan and Shawn are a pleasure to work with and they are always looking out for my best interests and never trying to upsell me. Best auto service I have experienced in my 40 years of owing cars.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

We've been customers for years. I always feel like Ryan is looking our for me as a customer, and I trust his opinion. We've always had great, timely work done on our vehicles at a fair price. Most recently they helped me navigate an insurance claim, and were able to get my vehicle back up and running. Great place. They've always been quick to get us in for any issues we have had, and quick to get us taken care of. Very friendly staff, have gone above and beyond for us and jave been reasonable price wise, as far as shop prices go. Will continue to bring my cars to them for whatever problems arise.

I have brought many of my vehicles in for service over the years, if I cannot fix them myself or need further diagnostics. I have lways have had great results. West side is always honest they will answer any questions and will try to give many options to get you car back on the road. Great auto repair shop. They are honest, professional and can do it all. I have had many of my vehicles worked on by Westside. They don t try to upsell you. Will offer alternatives and recommendations. Their staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have always fixed things right for a fair price. We have trusted them for years to fix any of our multiple vehicles with any problems that we might have had with them. If you fell a repair is not right, take it back and they will make it right. They are a locally owned family business, and they treat you like family.

Ryan is a rock star. Super helpful. Fit me into the schedule to look at my truck. Found the problem, ordered parts from the dealership and had it fixed! All within a couple hours. Staff was super friendly and great to work with. Will do business with again.

Ryan had done some work for mutual customer that purchased a Vehicle from our Dealership. Not only was he honest, and fair, he was also detail oriented in explaining the situation as we could not come in person to look at the car. I would recommend this service center to anyone who would like a no nonsense and professional shop to work on their car and if he were closer to us, Westside would be our Service Center of choice!!!!Service: Electrical

We recently were looking to buy a Trailblazer from TL Motors, which is 2-1/2 hrs away from us, and we wanted the vehicle inspected before deciding to buy it. I called Westside on a Monday morning and they were able to get us in that afternoon. The staff were great, and the inspection was very thorough! Everything from tires to ball joints, 4 wheel drive, horn, windshield washer, power windows, and a ton of stuff more. The cost was reasonable, at only $54.95 plus tax. Even at $100 it would have been worth the peace of mind in knowing whether to buy the truck or walk away! Too bad we don't have this business locally. Their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail would be a Godsend for our area. We highly recommend Westside Auto Center, LLC, and would trust them for anything major as well.

I have been a customer for years and Westside never disappoints. Or car recently had a major head gasket failure and they advised us of all the issues, the causes and cost ahead of time. They also check your car over thoroughly and discuss possible future issues. When we left we were more confident in our vehicle than ever. Thanks Westside!

Great service. They were able to get me in on time and called me with an estimate within a couple of hours. I knew I had killed my brakes and was expecting the bad news that I needed new rotors as well as brake pads. They completed repairs quickly and on time. I'll be going back for service as it is very close to my house.

I moved here from Texas and ideally it's a pain finding a good mechanic anywhere you move but Westside Auto Center has made that so easy and care free for me. Anytime I come in, Gary takes good care of me and makes sure I get my car back as soon as possible. Couldn't be happier to have found a mechanic close to home and reasonable in prices.

Emissions TestI don't have much to say about repair work, but I went in for an emissions test and everything went smoothly. I was in and out, and on my way in no time! The staff was friendly and the place seemed very nice. The lounge was air conditioned and very comfortable, overall great experience.

Honest, professional and extremely skilled. I have been going to them for almost 20 years, and have had several weird issues with my cars over the years. They found the issues and treated me very fairly in every case. I can't speak highly enough about them.

My Toyota broke a strut on the way home from work. Didn't have a lot of extra money to pay for over the top prices for work. Ryan told me I could get my own parts and they would put them on and got me in and out next day. Truck rides great and very happy with the work and quote for the work. It came in under what he told me. I will recommend this shop to everyone that needs work done.

It isn't too often that I have a need for a repair shop (that's a good thing), but when I do, I can honestly say this is one of the shops that has earned my trust.They have done things for me in the past on my Hummer, and just recently I went in with a need for a quick safety repair because my windshield washer system stopped working correctly on my GMC in this nasty winter weather.They promptly made the repair and had me out the door quickly.Good work deserves a good word.Keep up the good work.

I have a saab, they have a guy that knows them well. They do great work with affordable price. NO, I wasnt paid to write that. Best in Hartford i believe. Staff is always friendly and on top of their game. Highly recommend you check them out.
