Terrible treatment. Went in with a leaking tire with road hazard coverage. Tires I bought there less than 3 years old with measured 7mm of tread. Low miles on them since it is my spare car. Manager Mitch said I need 4 new tires because they are dry rotted. I call BS on that. THEN they stripped another wheel stud (happened last rotation visit too) and said I have to take to another mechanic to fix. THEN, they would not honor the road hazard on that tire but instead put TWO patches on it. YEAH TWO. Service tech and counter guy said it was unserviceable but manager was determined to sell me tires. Good enough tire to put two patches on but so dry rotted I need 4? Untrue. Dishonest. I don't feel safe with two patches on a tire I paid for road hazard on. Terrible. STAY AWAY.. I will and I was a long time customer.

The kind gentlemen working at this Hartford Walmart auto care center are some of the best repair guys I've met! I stopped in on a Saturday that was really busy because I bought a set of tires from here a few months back for my girlfriends car, and one of the tires had a bubble on the outside wall. I stopped in without an appointment and they were really busy, yet took the time aside to have a customer service agent come out with little wait and checked it out. They were honest and very friendly, I believe the gentlemen that helped me was the manager of the auto care area and was a tall skinny guy with glasses that had a very pleasant attitude and made me feel he was proud of his job and not frustrated as some would be working for a place like this when they are insanely busy, having customers as myself bother them for small things as this during those busy times! They got me an appointment fast and made it very easy. Great job Hartford Walmart Autocare you got a customer for life with me!-Brian Fahrnow

What an absolute amazing experience from start to finish! I initially called to help out one of my son's friends who was having some tire issues and his job is to drive and he lives in Hartford. I spoke with Mitch who was absolutely amazing and made room for us to get the car in today. My son recently passed away and I really wanted to help his best friend get his vehicle fixed. Not only did they get us in, they did it super quick and Eugen who fixed the tires was such a pleasure. I think he's like a tire ninja, super fast and efficient! What an amazing employees to have on your team! Ed also at the desk was so nice and helpful. It is nice to have a wonderful department with such wonderful people in it. Keep up the great job Walmart! My son starts driving soon and every single tire I need replaced and my entire family's tires, I will drive from Wauwatosa to Hartford to have all our tires replaced from now on! Thank you all for being such amazing people!

On here it says they open at 7 am on Sundays. They open at 8 am on Sundays.They require an appointment for tires. They told me that West bend takes walk-in appointments.I made both mistakes when I drove from Milwaukee to here.John the mechanic was great in still getting me what I needed despite the above challenges. My tires took an hour to put on. He let me know my options for available tires and I chose from there. He provided great customer service. I am very happy with the service. I would come here again, always with an appointment first.Service: Tires

Tim and Mike were great!! Squeezed me for tire repairs before we traveling for Christmas. He is very nice and knowledgeable!

Very slow. It shouldn't take over an hour to get in for a simple oil change. There was only one car being worked on and They had 2 guys working on the same 2 tires the whole time. Just all out dissatisfied with this place service. Dont think I'll be back again. They also rarely vacuum when it clearly states that it's part of the deal and when they do it's horrible.

Excellent service today!Great,Ed,the service manager was very polite when setting up an appointment for me to get a oil change and tire rotation! He went out of his way to get me set up! Asset to Walmart auto care center!

Wouldn t take a minute out of their day to take a wheel off my old tire to put on my new one that I had purchased at the Hartford Walmart. It took them nearly 20 minutes just for checking out my tire. Now I have no way of getting to work tomorrow because of this. Never go here to get you re cars worked on if you re in Hartford there s this place called Sipples on hwy K with way better customer service that can actually help their customers in time of need. Happy to say walmart tire and lube will never see my car again.

Very difficult to get a good appointment scheduled. There's is never any cars in there and they never seen to have availability.
