Our RV was running poorly and we still had a long way to go we called several Ford Dealers it would take up to 3 weeks to fix or take it to Milwaukee. We called Reliable Truck and Auto they said they would work on it. Steve put the cool looking machine on it and showed us what our RV needed done . It was misfiring from 5 cylinders he changed all the coils and plugs in all cylinders and and oil change in a few days thank you Steve for everything

They got me out of pinch when a sank my 34' RV in my yard. They came out and with a mid size wrecker, professionally ran the cables to not damage my RV and got it out. My tire blew on 33 and I was in a pretty dangerous spot to get it changed myself. Reliable auto came out and took care of me quickly and professionally. Turns out I would have needed them anyway as my spare had no air in it. The charges were reasonable and what I expected, the service was better than expected.Would highly recommend Service: Tire change

I had my minivan towed twice in one day and they were very nice to work with! The first tow took a while but there was flooding on the roads so it was understandable. The dispatch worker is super friendly and professional. We have used their service a few times through AAA. Every time the driver is friendly and efficient. My vehicle ended up being too expensive to fix so I needed to just scrap it, so they even offered to buy it from me for a fair price. It saved me such a hassle! I'm very satisfied with their services. Highly recommend!Service: Car towing

Excellent customer service!! I woke up to a flat tire. Called Reliable and was given an ETA. Tech arrived, removed the flat, put air in my spare and put that on in less than 10 min. He showed me the nail and thought the tire could be repaired. I was going to take to their shop but he offered to take for me and said I could expect a call with an update. Less than an hour later, he was back with my patched tire and explained how he fixed it with the newest double sided plugs and switched the tires again. He went out of his way to help me. Because of his great customer service, I wanted them to get my business for the patch or new tire. Then to save me a trip and bring my tire back was above and beyond my expectations. He said I happened to call when they weren't swamped, so I was lucky. With this kind of service, I will call them for my next set of tires!!Service: Tire change

It is Christmas Eve and I unfortunately found myself stranded with a flat tire. I used my membership through AAA to receive help, and this is who they sent me. Upon their arrival I was greeted by a less than friendly individual who clearly was not happy about the type of people he was going to be servicing. Through our entire interaction he was talking down to myself as well as my two passengers. I went on to explain to him that the lug was possibly stripped and we just needed help getting it loose so we could get my tire back on and make it home safely. He proceeded to tell me that he would only take the tire off, but wasn't going to hassle with putting it back on. We told him that was perfectly okay, we would take care of putting it back on. He concluded our interaction by saying "well you can figure it out cause I'm not taking that off". We tried to respond, telling him we had no issue putting g the tire on ourselves. To which he replied by jumping in his truck, slamming the door and taking off. I will NEVER give my business to these characters again. I have never been treated so unfairly and nasty by another human being. Spend your money with a company who will care for you as their customer, with no prejudices based off the way you look. So disgusting.

Steven was very helpful and friendly. He arrived fast and got my car loaded quickly. When i called the shop and they informed me they could not take my car he quickly rerouted us to an alternative shop. It was a very pleasant experience.

Called this place at roughly 4am for a tow, and was told it could be picked up immediately and dropped off where I needed, or if it could wait until later on that that day, or the following day, it would be cheaper.I was pleased that I could do a cheaper tow just for waiting, not to mention they were easy to get in touch with, via text or call.For the distance it needed to be towed, I was pretty surprised the cost was lower than I expected, considering another place I contacted quoted me nearly $200 more.Would contact again!

My daughter locked her keys in her car at school. I contacted AAA and they assigned Reliable Truck and Auto to us. They were there in 30 minutes and not the quoted 59 minutes! If you need a tow, these are the guys you should call. Steve and Keith were friendly when I talked to them on the phone. Keith went above and beyond to make the tow problem free. I waited around all day for Finish Line towing out of Madison, who called and confirmed they would be picking up my vehicle but couldn't get there until 2PM. Long story short, Finish Line failed to deliver but these guys followed through.Keith was friendly, knew what he was doing, professional and had a good sense of humor. He had a 190 mile tow and did it with a smile on his face. He even offered to drop my van right in my buddies shop and use extra caution not to scuff the floor. I wish everyone had this kind of customer service. Keep up the great work, Keith is an asset to your company.Thank you again for your help!Service: Long distance hauling

My wife's car died on HWY60 coming home from her job. When Steven from Reliable showed up, I was still down the road (coming from my work) so he kept his tow truck and lights flashing so my wife would be safe. After we found out the battery wouldn't hold a charge from my jumper pack, he offered to tow the car back to our place not far from there in which he did safely and effectively. He was nice and professional, and his main concern was our safety.Service: Car towing

Great service from these guys! Dustin arrived very promptly and was very professional. My daughter was locked out of her car. He very gently and efficiently was able to gain access to her vehicle and she was on her way. Would definitely recommend these guys again!

If you need a tow, this is the place to go. I live in Hartford and my car died just outside of Hartford. I had a appointment for service on my car in Hartland where I work. They drove me home and did all of the legwork to get my car to Hartland Service. Incredible customer service!!!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

The experience I had doesn't even deserve 1 star. I was in an emergency situation with my 7 year doing a subcontracting job and got stuck in snow. I did call the representative of this company about 4 times ( there is only one.), but truthfully it was dark and I was panicking. I literally requested what the cost would be and this person had an attitude. Regardless, all I needed was help and he literally hung up on me twice. I was saved by the sheriff's office tow company, but this by far was the lowest a person can go. I understand refusing service, but he was going to get my business, he just didn't want to disclose the cost...... I have also submitted my complaint to the better business bureau.

I have worked with Reliable before and had a great experience. They were quick with my quote and the work was very well done! I am currently working with them now with an issue and I have never felt so comfortable working with someone then I do with Reliable. They have done everything in their power to see me through the car issues I am having and have kept me aware of everything that is happening. They have gone out of their way to help me and I am very glad to see this through with them and trust them completely! I recommend them to anyone that may have car/towing issues! Frankly one star is even to high!This company was dispatched via AAA. Took them 6hrs to show up. They told us a rollback was coming to our location. A regular wrecker showed up. I watched the driver try and front hook and pull my truck. Since he did not know anything about disengagement of the neutral safety override he attempted to make my truck hop and skip off the parking pawl in the transmission. He then was gonna rear hook and tow. I stopped him and said you can t. Mind you the truck was going in for both upper and lower ball joints. I had also stopped driving due to them getting worse. Driver says oh I ll inspect them so I can. He proceeded to ask me why the tires are locked up. Didn t have the heart to tell him it s due to his incompetence as a tow truck driver. He was gonna then remove my driveshaft to front hook and tow. At which point his dispatch said they are refusing the tow.They never identified themselves on the phone. The driver was rude and unprofessional and lacked major knowledge to be a wrecker operator this day in age with all the electronic gear shift vehicles out here.Reliable is not a good name for this towing service

Have done business with the them since 2006 and we lived near to their shop for 13 years. I expected the business may be noisy being so close but it wasn t and even though they have many trucks go park / have access to they were never noisy or in the way of our residence / driveway.The owner and his wife have treated myself and my children like family: running over to plow our lot out unannounced when we got a huge dump of snow, making time to look at our cars last minute, always being right there to tow us if need be (like the times we got stuck going out of or into our snowy drive) and most recently keeping a car for me safe now that I live in a different state. I would still choose them first if I had any issues while in the state! They are wonderful people and run a very fair, honest business! And wait til you see all their super chill, loveable dogs when you go in the office that lay gated behind the desk! I would never use them again!!! My truck broke down in Hartford, I had no idea where to take it. I googled and Reliable was the first one to come up so I had them tow it and decided to have them fix it also. They called me with the total amount due and after a little discussion I decided to have them put in 2 batteries and do an oil change at the same time, They told me approximately $150-$170 for the oil change, I was charged $198 for the oil change and then they proceeded to fix lights, muffler hanger, windshield wipers and charged me a total of almost $400. I never approved any of this, I was told by the mechanic that this was all part of an oil change, I will tell anyone who will listen not to do business with them, they milk the job.... Also, after I posted this, the owner reached out to me and asked if I would please take this down because this is not a typical practice,(check more neg reviews, I'm not the only one) that because they were having personal issues there was a lack of communication. I was offered $100 off my bill. After almost a week I have not seen the credit put back on my account. So I am reposting my original unsatisfactory review.Services: Engine repair, Special vehicle towing

Absolutely amazing service! After blowing a tire with 3 very young children in the vehicle, I was quite stressed. The dispatcher was very friendly, and the service guy, Steven, went above and beyond to help us. He was so good to my kids, and that kept me calm. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Had a late night AAA call to get my car towed home. Dustin went above and beyond. He was understanding after I explained to him I was glad it was not the competitor (AAA usual company) sent to us. He was very nice, professional, and friendly. I also called the next day to have my car towed to get the work done on it. Thank you! Will definitely recommend to others.

We have been going to Reliable for various car repairs and maintenance for a few years now. We always shop around first, and they are consistently the lowest price. They are friendly and speak in terms that a person with little mechanical knowledge can understand. They are fast and will get you in for an appointment right away. I can't say enough how much we appreciate this business, their work, their prices, and their customer service.

I was in an accident last night and Reliable was called. They arrived promptly and the driver was very helpful in giving me the information I needed to know where my vehicle was being towed. He was very reassuring, which is great when you've just been in an accident. Once I got home (10:30 pm) I realized I had left my work keys and badge in the vehicle. I called Reliable's number not expecting to reach anyone, and a nice woman answered. I explained what happened and she graciously came and met me at her office so I could get my things for work. Totally unexpected. You just don't meet people that would do that kind of thing anymore. I offered her money to make it worth her while, and she declined. She said it was no big deal. Well, it was a big deal to me. She saved me a whole night of worry and just made it so easy. Not sure what is going to happen with my car, but if I need to get it fixed I plan to give them the business. Thank you so much.

Great experience. Called them at 10 o'clock at night and they had someone arrive within 30 minutes, which was great. My wheel bearing went out AGAIN, just had it replaced at another shop in town, so I had to have it towed back there to get it fixed right. Next time, I will have Reliable do the mechanic work because I wasn't previously aware they had a shop. After talking with the owner that came out to help me, he is obviously a very qualified mechanic. So I learned several things out of this situation. Now I just need to get my car back! :) Thanks again and take care.

I would highly recommend this towing company. They were fast and reliable just like their company name! The driver was very professional and super friendly. He introduced himself right away to everyone. He had a few good jokes as well. He made the current situation better for us. For having to use a towing service for the first time and having a great experience, I would call them again in a time of need!

This company was sent to me through AAA to tow my vehicle and the guy who called me to get information on towing was incredibly rude and not willing to try and help my situation. He actually hung up on me and couldnt even try to help me understand the process and situation. I am so upset that this happened. Knowing people can be stressed about their car breaking down and needing a tow should be enough for them to be willing to work with you on any questions you may have. I have never been treated so poorly by a buisness.Service: Special vehicle towing

Excellent communication and fast delivery. My car broke down and could only get towed 5 miles by the original tow. So I called Reliable to have it moved and they had it exactly where I wanted the next morning at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again. Thanks Collette and Kiefer!
