Emissions test done, in and out within 10 minutes on what appeared to be a busy day. It's normally a quick process but it seems as though it's getting harder and harder to find a place that will do so. Personally appreciate the overall convenience they provide.

Went for an emission test, in and out quickly even though they appeared to be really busy. Office lady and technician were both friendly and courteous.

New to the area Googled emissions tests. One I went to no longer tests went to Pro Auto. Great team the guy that did my test was very informative great help.

First time there for an oil change. They took my car in at 3pm and I was done by 345 pm. Everything was good and the staff was great. Will bring my car back.

Great work! Had my dually in for a tire change and they got all the tires back on with the TPMS in the correct spot as well as helping me out with a special request. Not to mention they put all the tires at the correct pressures!Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

I needed my front brakes done, and after calling a few places in town, Pro Auto had the best price. They got my car in pretty quick. After picking up my vehicle, I was told I needed my rear brakes done also. They took care of them a few days later. I had 3 people refer me, and they did a great job.

Extremely rude I have been going here for years and never again.when I tried to have my emissions test. The lady inside told me to wait behind a truck. I then had the owner come out screaming at me to move. I kindly said I was told to go here. He then screamed that he only gets two dollars anyways for an emissions test. refused to give me a test. Horrible service. very rude.

Took my vehicle here for brake work, had work completed on both sets of brakes.Rotors, pads, hub assembly. within 30 miles of driving car pulled to the right when braking, took back in for what I thought would be a minor adjustment. I was told that I now needed both front calipers and brake hoses replaced at a cost of $550.00? when I inquired about what might cause this and why it happened so quickly, I was told it is what it is. I asked is there anything that can be inspected or done while doing the rest of the brake job that was previously done? I was told and I quote "they just hang there, and we slap them together" there is nothing performed on the calipers while a brake job is being completed, was what I was told? Needless to say, I was more than skeptical about what I was told as well as what I was quoted as the issue and needing another 550.00 in additional repairs less than 30 miles after initial work was completed. Took car in for a second opinion to another repair shop. told them what the issue was when braking, they inspected and quoted me repair needed for one brake hose, other was suggested but not bad, calipers were good as well. Hose was replaced and brakes have been good since.needless to say, Pro Auto in my opinion was taking me for a ride.when i inquired about why this may have happened with the hose needing replacing i was told most likely when the initial brake job was completed, most likely something broke loose within the hose and caused it to plug.Never will recommend Pro Auto or be back.

Pro Auto has always been good to our family and several vehicles. From oil changes to replacement of a transmission, they have always found time for us and had great communication up front and during our repairs. We've never had an issue with their service and their staff has always been courteous and respectful to me , my wife and my son. The guys at Pro Auto Center did an over the top amazing job for me.I was traveling on a fishing trip and towing my boat. I hit a deer and had my radiator knocked out. I was 600 miles from home and 250 miles from my destination. I need to get my truck fixed to be driveable so I could tow my boat and get home on time. They received the truck on Thursday and had it driveable by Sunday, installing a new radiator and AC condenser among other repairs.They worked Saturday and came in Sunday to meet me to pick up the truck. Amazing job guys.Thank you to Aiden for getting me fixed up so quickly. Thanks to Jared for agreeing to a crazy schedule and helping to make sure it got done. I can't thank you guys enough.

The most unprofessional place of business I have ever experienced in my life. Rude employees with obviously zero integrity. Took No responsibility for inserting broken parts into my car. Instead made excuses for their ignorance as mechanics. A toddler would've fixed my car more properly and would've been more professional. Stay clear of this place. While driving my children to school, my exhaust fell and was dragging on the ground. Me being partially disabled, I knew I needed help. I stopped by Pro Auto and asked them to either yank it off or tie it up.Even though they were super busy yesterday. They kindly took the time to fix the dragging exhaust, so I could get my children to school. Not only did they stop what they were doing to help me, but they didn't charge me at all.I should have stopped here first, instead of wasting my time at a place up the road. If you ever need service on your vehicle, in my opinion, Pro Auto is the only place to go in Hartford, Wisconsin. Thank You for your help, and the kind service. I'll be back again for sure.

Friendly staff. Nicely decorated waiting area. It's decorated with antique railroad signs, gas signs, oil cans, etc. Reminded me of the good ole days! They have a TV in the waiting area. The waiting area was a bit chilly though. I was there for a oil change and I was happy with the price and service.

3rd time using their service, have used them twice for my cars emission testing. They were always very fast and friendly. This time they worked on one of our cars and really hit home how friendly, fast, honest they are with their customers. From the feeling you get when you walk into their service center to the time they spend with you walking you through the details. Keep up the great work guys!

This review is in response to April Tiks, two reviews she left below. I am responding in a review because we cannot personally respond to you. However, if you are the young lady with the Grey Chevy Cruz that would not let the owner explain exactly what the problem was with your window. We personally as a shop do not go out of our way to install defective parts. Your first window regulator failed after about Six months possibly due to ice buildup, and the constant trying of opening the window while frozen, or simply a defective part. When it came back a few days later and we checked the vehicle we found the window switch would stick at times causing it not to open, not a defective part installed. The way you handled yourself with the accusations and the name calling, is why you were asked to leave. I hope any future shops you deal with you have a little more respect for them. Thank you!

I needed to have my emissions tested same day. The place I had gone I the past now required an appointment. I was able to show up without an appointment and received friendly prompt service! I was in and out in a matter of less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend them! Definitely going there next month when our other vehicle is due .

I've had good experiences in the past so have friends of mine, but this time was the worst I've had anywhere. I scheduled on 11/1/17 to have 4 tires changed on 11/3/17. I said I work usually until 3pm, can it be done that day by that time. I was assured it wasn't an issue. I dropped it off in the morning, called them at 3:30pm to ask about its status. I was told they couldn't work on it because the tires were miss-shipped. I thought no big deal, but I would have liked a courtesy call.I then re-scheduled for them to be done 11/6/17 for around 3pm again. I was told that they would be delivered early afternoon so that would be just enough time. I dropped the car off again, still no phone call by 3:10pm. I called at that time and was told they were just bringing it in now and it will be done in 45 minutes (so by 3:55pm). I asked if i show up 4pm that would be okay, I was told yes. I was delayed and arrived at 4:10pm. My car was still in the shop. As i walked in, a tire delivery truck just showed up. I was then told that my tires were just delivered and that they were to be delivered by 3pm. I thought that perhaps my old tires were already dismounted and waiting for the new ones, so I didn't ask to reschedule. I ended up waiting until 5pm to see the car pull out of the shop. When it came time to pay, I was also charged $6.50 for replacing a lug nut.I bit my tongue, but thought good customer service would tell you to apologize for any inconvenience and maybe waive the fee of the lug nut. If that were the case i wouldn't have much issue. (they can't control shipments) But, instead I received no apology, just an excuse. Saying that the company couldn't deliver direct, that for some paperwork process they needed to first stop at distribution. Well, have a good day, bye. I feel a courtesy call in both instances, not informing me that it is being worked on when the tires hadn't arrived yet, and waiving the fee for the lug nut would have prevented this review and any bad taste in my mouth. As I said in the beginning, I've had no issues in the past, I just expected a lot more from them based on the past. I'm not looking to bad mouth, just explain an experience I've had that may make cause me to be reluctant in future work with my vehicle or at least tires in this case.

I haven t been here yet but my college aged daughter has twice. They have been kind, very thorough and reasonably priced. Hands down the best place to get your car serviced in Washington County. Jeff and Jerrad & co are the most professional mechanics and will take good care of your vehicle at a fair price. I've been going too them for over 15 years and will not go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

We had a horrible noise issue with wife's car , we thought it was a converter . After a short test drive & ten minutes they fixed a loose heat shield. Very nice people to deal with as well . Very professional folks here .

My emissions test was painless by going to Pro Auto Center in Hartford. At the corner of Monroe and 83. It was simple and quick got my results and now I got my registration. Helpful friendly service clean facility handicap accessible.
