Good place for higher quality auto parts the pros use so it stays fixed. Private owned, not corporate store. Smaller inventory but they can get what they dont have fast. The online order for in store free pickup is great and often the best price in the area for what I want.

Very helpful staff. Had the parts I needed in stock, and got an automatic 10% off. Amazing people, would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Came in clutch when I had swollen OEM lug bolts on all four tires, had enough Dorman replacements in stock to swap them all. The Dorman replacements for OEM don t swell. Needed them so my weekend off-roading wouldn t be a hope I don t need that kinda weekend.

These guys are great. I had a paint code for my daughter's car and it came back with 2 possible options. The first one we chose was of course wrong but they remixed it and the new one was perfect. Of course, no change. They really know their stuff. Highly recommend

Needed to pick up a part for my wifes car. With the covid hours they have they are supose to be open till 5. I show up at 4:50 and the doors are locked and the lights out. All I needed was to pick up a part I already payed for. Now my wife needs to arrange transportation to a doctors appointment because her car won't be fixed in time. Thanks NAPA

Usually has what I need. However, for the guy that looks and smells like he hasn t showered in years. Someone needs to teach him how to talk to customers professionally. No wonder I don t ever see people in there.

They need to be open until at least 8pm weekdays and on Sundays. It's not like you can get mower or snowblower parts in Hartford anywhere else.

On line price was 95.99 for my order at the counter I paid 126.99 and they put a smile face on my part and I got charged twice online and at the store. Just a very bad experience stay away

Sign says open until 4 today. It is 2:47pm and the doors are locked and lights out. Wasted another trip to this dump.
