Purchased my 2015 Chrysler Town and Country from M & J a year ago. They have been fantastic with service, always honest outstanding work performed. I recently needed engine work. They not only were honest but were conscious on performing the work without adding additional parts costs.Well done crew. Great business to deal with!

Went to just look and ended up trading in and buying a used Subaru. My daughter s first car she bought by herself. Matt made it so easy and Mary Jo was the sweetest! Would recommend looking here if you are in need of a used car!

Exceptional customer service. Knowledgeable Techs. While it really was a bummer our vehicle had a mechanical issue, I know we were in the best of hands for the repair at M&J. Amy Jo is very welcoming, efficient, honest and truly does care for the customer. Clean facility, great communication, more than fair pricing and they straight up do their best to take care of you. Whether it's an oil change, brake job or major repair (blown turbos for us) you can trust the service and care from M&J.

I had a busted wheel speed sensor on my Malibu. I called and got an appointment that was only about a week out. Most other shops and the Chevy dealer were at least two to three weeks out. It was super easy to schedule and explain the issue on the phone. I dropped my car off the morning of my appointment and it was done by close. I was blown away at the service quality- my man was held up so couldn t pick up before close- she happily said she would wait the extra 10 minutes until I got there. I could have cried! The bill was lower than what I was quoted elsewhere as well! I got a handwritten thank you card a week or so after. I would highly recommend coming here as the work was top notch, the staff are amazing, and coming in under budget for an unexpected repair is always a relief!

Phenomenal customer service and a great selection of quality vehicles. You can tell the care about their customers and their reputation in the community! They went above and beyond to help me out! I had a receiver hitch put on my vehicle. They came to pick my vehicle up and dropped it back off when it was done. Very friendly & great service! Definitely would recommend M&J Auto!

I always take my vehicles here for emissions tests and they're always very friendly and fast. Additionally on my recent visit they were able to give my a great quote on an exhaust repair I'm considering getting. I had my alternator, serpentine belt, timing belt, and water pump repaired with them and they did an amazing job. Mary Jo was so incredibly helpful on the phone before I even brought my car in and the staff is always so polite and respectful. My car was done in a timely fashion and ended up costing less than what we had expected with everything that was done. Highly Recommend for all your auto care needs. They also do intoxalock calibrations.

We went into the shop and were getting an emissions test. We didn't even see MOJO, the German Shepherd. MOJO was very friendly. Robert, the technician, was very personable and informative. Some of the nicest, friendliest people I have ever met with a great selection of very nice used vehicles to choose from and purchase! They also have a couple options of vehicles too rent at a very fair rate aroumd $65 a day. I recently rented a Kia Soul which is like a cube shaped car/suv and I was very impressed with the amazing customer service I received! Mary Jo who is the front desk lady and helps with sales I believe was so nice, and helped work with the owner to make sure I was well taken care of to rent a vehicle so I could visit my mother who is very sick and i have been so stressed out so this was very pleasant! I highly recommend stopping here and purchasing your next used vehicle as I believe they have nothing but quality vehicles and care very much for their customers as well!

Our car started having issues as we drove through Hartford. M&J Auto was able to sneak us in their schedule to figure out what was going on. They had an answer, an available tech, and parts handy. Went in for my first emissions test, and they were very helpful with the process and got it done quickly! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They even completed the renewal process so that I had my sticker that same day- no waiting for it to come in the mail. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional; I will definitely come back when my car needs quick, attentive service!

Matt and Robert are great. Matt was very patient with me. I called probably half a dozen times asking question about the vehicle. I'm very particular about things and he was great at answering everything. I came all the way over from Grand Rapids MI, so I didnt want to waste anyone's time.I may have missed some info he said he told me, but this vehicle met all my expectations, Im a big enthusiast and couldn't be happier about this vehicle. Thanks you guys and keep doing what you are doing!

Update:In Oct of 2021 I decided it was time to trade in my old Mazda for something new. Matt and his team were very helpful in finding me what I was looking for in a tough market. I was offered double what we had agreed upon for my trade in after it was inspected. Financing was quick and easy and I am very happy with my purchase. Hands down, the best car buying experience I have had.I use M&J Auto for my regular oil changes as well as unscheduled maintenance. I have always been met with honesty and professionalism from the staff as soon as I walk through the door. The location itself looks like something from HGTV and even has toys to occupy my 2 year old if I need to bring her along. This is not your typical used car lot/repair shop. Matt and his staff obviously take a lot of pride in their service and it will keep me coming back and recommending them to family and friends.

If you want first class service, a friendly and knowledgeable staff, good prices and honesty, M&J Auto should be first on your list. I've taken many cars to them over the years and have always felt like their #1 customer. I was a first time buyer of a vehicle here. Office staff was friendly and made the experience very positive. They allowed me to feel like I had some control during the process, which was great. The paperwork was straight forward, but they walked me through what everything meant and coordinated in advance what they needed to be done in one visit. Highly recommend! They also sent a handwritten thank you letter and free oil change :)

Was by far our best experience buying a used car ever!! Matt is NOT your typical car sales person, he is infinitely better!! We came with a specific vehicle we were looking at, he allowed us space to explore the vehicle to start, never hovering! When we began asking questions he then became well engaged, providing nothing but honesty and facts, we never felt rushed or like he was trying to "sell" it. The vehicle was priced very fair! In addition, the facility is very clean, they are well organized, and all staff we came in contact with were extremely professional!

Came a bit late for emissions test on a Friday but they were accommodating and got me tested asap. Cool rustic waiting room, but unleashed dog def turn off.

Matt runs a very honest and clean business. I took my truck in thinking it needed over 2k worth of repairs and after the mechanic looked it over found it did not need these expensive repairs. He did find another issue that I had no idea it needed but after he showed me the old part I'm sure glad it was taken care of. Their honesty and willingness to take great care of the customer has made me a customer for as long as I possibly can!!!. Mary Jo always has a smile and is ready to help. Awesome business!

Hands-down the BEST customer service experience! Matt, Mary Jo and their team take the time to get to know you as an individual and what your needs are and will go above & beyond to find you the best option, at the best price. Their service department is also outstanding - very clear communication in terms of service needs with their professional recommendations and are extremely accommodating if you need a ride to/from work or to be set up with a temporary vehicle while your service is completed. I will definitely be recommending M&J Auto to anyone in the area! Thank you :)

Friendly staff Friendly dog Very convenient location for me. They were able to do a walk in emissions test and we're able to renew my plates as well. I even got my sticker there. No waiting in the mail for it to arrive. I'd definitely go back again.

My review is before and after is pending. I have been working with M&J regarding a vehicle I will be obtaining tomorrow in Allenton. Robert and Mary Jo have been wonderful to work with. Polite, responsive and patient. I have been in the auto industry for a little under 20 years and I know that customers expectations and pre determined perceptions can be a lot to handle. I am putting my trust to drive almost 2 hours to purchase a vehicle that I have not even driven yet, however I believe it will be worth it. Since I have done as much research as I can from far away. More to come.Got the car and great experience. Everyone I worked with was wonderful. Matt is very responsive and is fantastic to work with. Considering this was far from home, it was worth the drive.
