Had my exhaust issues turned away at two other places and Mazda quoted me over $1500. Brought it here, they quoted me a reasonable price to fix it and stood by their quote even when it took longer than I think they anticipated. It was about 5 minutes to closing and I had a flat tire, they were so helpful and caring switched out my spair and ordered a new tire and wouldn't take any money down . Awesome work!! Took my lancer ralliart to them this morning for exhaust work and Dave did awesome work!! Very happyAdded below another great experience on 11/2/23D and D is the place to go for Auto Repair in Hartford, WI. Had a great experience working with Ryan and Lisa behind the counter and Ray did an awesome job aligning my truck. Truck is not the easiest to align being a 2500 lifted and on 35 s but they got the job done! Best alignment think I have had done. Everything was centered in the specs.Simple alignment was turning into a nightemare to get done after working with two other shops in the Hartford area one being an absolute nightmare and wasting hours of my time just to have the situation mishandled and unprofessional to say the least and the other being West Side Auto who was honest and very much earned my respect recommending D and D as a better fit for my truck.Very happy customer. Thank you!

I scheduled an online appt with D and D, and they got me in the very next day at my preferred time. The front staff and mechanic were so friendly, the waiting area is clean and cozy, and the service was incredibly quick and reasonable. Was great when they charged me $100 to put flex pipe on my car in February. The gasket on it went bad and they want $150 to fix it. That is like a $3.00 part

This shop is amazing first and foremost the staff is fantastic! I had two separate issues that I could not accomplish on my own and both times D&D pulled through when 2 other local shops could not help! The owner is a super good guy that cares about his clients! Honest, straightforward, reasonably priced, and they do good work. What more do you want in a mechanic? Update: After being in the area for a couple years now, these guys have proven themselves time and time again. Just recently, they rushed to fix a surprise issue that came up with our family vehicle, getting it done in time for our cross-country trip. I highly recommend them.

Would recommend anyone to these guys. I've used them a couple times in the past and most recently I had a scary incident and needed to get my truck towed and repaired so I got it towed to d&d. They got my truck repaired the day after and were more then fair with pricing. They were very kind and professional and will be using them again.

I pretty much use them exclusively for tire mounting and balancing since I do all my own repairs/maintenance. They were recommended by a coworker and I've been really pleased with their service. I'll drop old wheels and new tires off and they're usually done same day, never more than 3 days regardless of how busy and they're always up front with how long it will take. A lot of coworkers use them for normal vehicle service and have nothing but good things to say. Highly recommended.

Very honest and helpful and do good workI want to update my review of D&D Muffler.... the first time I took my car to Ryan I was so impressed with his honesty and reasonable prices, my wife and I have taken our cars there several times now and we are more impressed than ever!We would not take our cars anywhere else!

If your looking for a auto repair shop that's fair priced, knowledgeable, and will take good care of you and your vehicle, look no further! I have come here for years to get all of my auto repairs done and have always been taken care of. They did a muffler delete in my 2012 Dodge Ram a few years back, and gave me an awesome price and did a nice clean job!

Recommended by a friend and was not disappointed. Ryan and his staff are top notch! Came in to check a leaky tire. Had my 4 month old son with me at the time. The waiting area is a huge couch that is very comfortable and spacious that allowed me to keep him occupied. My appointment was made that same day for 4:00pm, they got me in as soon as I showed up at 3:50pm and was out the door by 4:25pm and only $25 out of pocket. Cannot thank you enough for working so quickly to allow me to get my son home before he had a breakdown. The bright lights and Christmas decorations also helped keep his attention. We will definitely be back for any auto needs that they can fix.

We enjoy taking our vehicles to D&D. Craig and his staff are friendly, professional and efficient. They repair what is needed and consult with us if there are issues we weren't aware of. I would highly recommend taking your vehicles to D&D. They do more than tires and mufflers. We take our vehicles there for all repairs including routine oil changes. D&D is locally owned and unlike no other!

I stopped in after work to get a quote on my wife's car for tires which took maybe 5 minutes. I went home and checked some prices which I may have gotten for a few dollars less but decided to go to D & D do to the prompt service and guarantee. I called yet that night and they scheduled me in for the coming weekend. Got there on Saturday and basically in and out within an hour. Best of all they gave me a $70.00 rebate for the tires which made my bill even less than what I found. I would go back again as this is the second set of tires I have put on my family's cars and each time was a pleasant experience. Friendly staff and prompt service. Thanks D & D Muffler & Tire Center.

They installed new exhaust on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They were very friendly and fast. Best of all, the final bill was $50.00 under the estimate. I will be going back next time I'm in need of there servicecs.

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to these guys at D&D...had a slow tire leak and fixed the Tpms and resealed it...got me in the same day and only $30 to fix! Wow! Give them a try!!
