Staff was courteous and friendly. Stopped because my car was not starting after I had a battery installed at another AutoZone and it was done incorrectly. The staff at Hartford AutoZone new exactly what the problem was and corrected it.

I want to say a big THANK YOU to David J at Hartford Auto Zone for not only coming out in the rain to check my headlight but showing me how to replace the light and changing both for me. I wish there were more people like you that go beyond just directing someone to what they need but also helping them fix the auto problem. Give this man a raise, he provided excellent customer service that you barely come by these days.

My battery light came on and we had Justice L test it for us. It turns out the battery in my truck was too small and was at almost a zero charge. We got a new battery of the right size and he installed it for us right away. Great and fast service! Thank you!

Mr. Morgan was so wonderful!! My back windshield wiper needed to be replaced and of course they make them so tricky I couldn t figure it out he was so wonderful to assist me on getting my new wiper on!! Thank so much

Stopped in for wiper blades. Two guys at the counter, no greeting. See a few but ask if they have more, get completley ignored. Walk up to counter and repeat my question to be IGNORED AGAIN. I asked if I should just go somewhere else. And the guy standing at the register finally tells me he'll be with me in a minute. I was the ONLY person in the store. I said na. It's cool, I'll go somewhere else. In on 1/2/22 at around 11:15 am for the owners reference.

Fantastic selection of floor items, unlike a competitor that just specializes in the commercial customer.Prices are about where they should be. No complaints.I have to say the cleanliness of the store and the manners of the staff are what I noticed the most. The employees were really helpful and knowledgeable. After purchasing a headlight bulb for my vehicle, I discovered that I was not able to replace the bulb on my own. I called the store back, knowing that Auto Zone offers installation services free of charge. Two of the store's employees, Benjamin and a young lady who's name I sadly can't remember, were kind enough to come out to my car and do the replacement for me. I was VERY grateful for their offer. My bulb was replaced in a matter of minutes and I was on my way. I want to thank those two for their assistance, and to make sure that management knows that they should be commended for their level of service. It is because of this experience that Auto Zone will be receiving ALL of my auto parts business going forward.

I needed a code read from my vehicle and I didn t own a code reader. Website says they can read codes so I headed over to the Autozone. I was in line when someone walked in behind me and she was helped first. Then when he was finished with her he was moving boxes and different tasks behind the desk. Oblivious or just didn t care that I was a customer. When his co worker finally told him to help me we went out to my vehicle and he was very short with me offered no help and didn t even say good bye or thank you. Won t be going back here.

David replaced my headlight bulb this evening right outside storefront without being asked. I was very grateful. This auto parts store is a good source for repair parts and assistance.Bigger ticket items are lower price on AZ website. Order then have delivered.Need to see from Highway 60 Sumner Street. Handicap parking handicap access clean store lots of parking options.

David T. helped me not only with suggestions on how to fix my problem but also how to avoid it in the future but also how to fix it cheaper next time by saving parts from this repair. Being out of town, I really appreciated it. He didn't talk down to me and stood by while I fixed to ensure I did everything correctly. Thank you!

Very disappointed with them. I will NEVER buy anyting from them again. I purchased wheel bearings from them. I had one go out and had a shop replace it for me. I brought the old one back to get my money back and they refused to reimbuse me. They would give me another bearing but not my money. This is not the first thing I had gotten from them that has gone bad. I found out that they buy what are called second's, this means that even though they may be with in the tolerances of the originally manufactured parts they do not meet the specs for the manufacturer and are infact rejected buy them. For a 108 dollar part they have missed out on 600 dollars worth of purchases I have made since then. Their lose.

Absolute worst place. Sold my sister seafoam and said shed need it for an oil change. Went in for a part on my car and the dude told me im doing it wrong then proceeded to give me the wrong part. He asked me my phone number about 6 times and the final time he still got it wrong. Needed a part for a ford, got a part for a Hyundai. Bunch of methheads work here but thats hartford for ya

Every time I come here the service sucks. They don't even let you use the scan tool. Avoid going if possible

Some of the staff is not entirely knowledgeable on makes/models/parts, but that is the same with most Autozone stores. I think they hire based on friendliness and not on how much someone actually knows about vehicles. The staff is GREAT to work with, but I wish Autozone spent more time familiarizing their employees on the parts they sell.
