I had an issue where my rear wheel was bent inward and was told it was a forward control arm. Over 5 reputtable repair shops told me that they were unable to fix it and my car was too old. Thank God I found REIS Auto. Not only were they able to fix my car, but at a super reasonable price. Kudos to the skilled mechanics and thank you for your help. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND REIS AUTO!

My vehicle literally broke down as I was pulling into their parking lot for an emissions test. Everyone came out to help & diagnosed the issue on the spot. They all were so kind and courteous 10/10 recommend Reis Hales Corners!!

They patched my flat tire and it works perfectly. The price was great and they were very nice. They were able to get me in right away after my husband called to see if they patched tires. I d definitely go there again. Convenient location on Hwy 100 too.Service: TiresService: Tires

Had a connection between my exhaust and muffler rust through. They were able to repair it within 45 minutes! Waaaaay faster than I ever expected! I highly recommend REIS Auto and will return with any car problems in the future. Thank you!Photos added of the spot that needed repair.Service: Exhaust

The service staff were extremely friendly, they spoke to me in a respectful manner - in plain language without being demeaning or too jargon-y - and they made the whole process clear! The prices were incredible! We will not be taking our cars anywhere else! Highly recommend!

My name is Steve Lin.Recently I visited REIS twice, for oil change and for a major repair (starter was broken). I had a great experience all around. All the people work there were friendly. They were very honest and were fairly priced. About six years ago, I tried to replace a battery by myself. It looked very simple but turned out to be a trouble. I broke a mounting screw and couldn't remove the broken screw. I drove to REIS. Duane quickly fixed it and didn't charge me. (But I insisted to pay for labor cost). They are very nice, very friendly. I highly recommend REIS Auto to everyone.

I took my car here to fix a flat tire and was impressed with the service. I was able to drop my car off after they closed and it was ready by noon the next day. They sent a video showing the puncture and offered a way to pay online and pick up after close if needed.

My favorite, bar none, auto repair shop. They are honest and do quality work. Duane is a top notch guy that runs the shop. It is refreshing to find a place like this that will not over sell you, is honest and does great work at a fair price.

I needed all 4 tires replaced, and although I wasn't in a hurry, they completed the job in less than 1/2 hour. The salesperson was informative and walked me through a few tire options depending on needs. I'm very happy and beat the impending snowstorm by a day.

I would recommend REIS AUTO SHOP in a heartbeat to anyone. They are caring people. They are fairly priced. They bent over backwards to help me out in a very difficult situation. They put me at ease with their humor and kindness. And I will be eternally grateful for the recommendation to take my vehicle there. My hope is that this rather lengthy description of my personal experience will convince someone out there to definitely give this place a try. If you are looking for a auto repair shop with knowledgeable, fairly priced, and honest service, this smaller operation with a sincere "family" feel is where you should be! I promise, you will not be disappointed!!!!!II had serious car trouble (car wouldn't start, wouldn't turn over, not the battery, could not even be jumped...nothing, no power) while visiting the area from Up North and Reis Auto was recommended to me as a place to have my car towed to. (It must be a popular place as the tow truck driver told me I was his second drop-off there this particular morning. AND while I was waiting, he came back again...with a third drop-off)I just cannot say enough about the excellent service I received there. When they heard I was from out of town and on my way home, they got me in immediately recognizing it was sort of an emergency. *"This is without an appointment, mind you, spur of the moment, they got to work not days or even hours later, but immediately!!Duane put his best mechanic on this problem and it was NOT an easy fix. Hours later it became apparent it would not be fixed this day so I prepared to stay over and they kept working. Finally figuring out what had caused all the electrical failures, they set about first finding the parts they would need, and then personally sending someone out to get the parts they would need. Duane promised to keep in touch.I was pleased and quite surprised when we talked early the next morning and he told me my car would be done in about a half hour and someone would come to give me a ride back to the shop to settle the bill (which was very reasonable and actually less than I expected!) and collect my vehicle. WOW!!!!!They did not HAVE to get me in immediately. They did not HAVE to spend their own time personally collecting the parts to make the fix expeditious. They did not HAVE to to provide me a ride. BUT THEY DID!! And that kind of customer service is a rare find!

Had my car brought in to diagnose an issue. Turns out I needed a starter, battery and also fuel pump that was replaced twice. The cost to replace all these items was less expensive at a dealership than this shop. However every one was very nice here and their diagnosis was spot on.

My friend suggested this place because she s always had great service here. She was NOT wrong. I flipping love this place. Easy to schedule, upbeat team, and awesome mechanics. This is the 2nd car I ve had them work on. Everyone is polite & helpful and the price was alot less then the what the dealership quoted me. Plus they move quick & got my car in and out the same day. Definitely recommend if you need work done!

What a great experience! Autumn at the front desk was welcoming, and Duane was fantastic! We were coming from out of town and able to have repairs done on my daughter s car within the day. Highly recommend!!!

Would love zero stars if I could. My daughter stopped at Autozone to get a scan that called out to replace the O2 sensor. They said we don't take autozone scans. They found iw was the O2 sensor. What a shock. Thier scan is 120.00. Then a quote for 650.00 for that repair. SCAM. A single mom struggling to make ends meet and these goons try to get rich on her. Found the repair for 180.90 Stay the hell away from this joint

I had an alignment done at REIS and had a great experience. They got us in quickly, got the job done fast, were friendly, and had a very clean waiting area. They were very honest about what work I did not need to have done at that time, and consequently saved me money. Great experience all around.

They are all super at Reis honest & helpful on 1/17/24 I came in with flat tire, it was 2 degree outside. Tech..Anthony went beyond the call of duty to get me safely back on road !!! Wonderful auto repair shop. Had an emergency flat tire and stopped in and Kyle and staff were so helpful to get me back on the road with a new tire. Clean shop! Staff was professional. Great job! They found my problem and repaired it within an hour. Very professional, friendly staff. Duane was great in explaining the problem and what needed to be done to repair it. I ll definitely be backThese guys are great! I recently returned for a repair. They again diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired it. Duane is very informative and helpful. Easy five stars for them. I highly recommend REISTEN STARS!!!! I had a brake problem and needed immediate attention. It was a Friday afternoon, but Duane had me come in and had my brakes repaired within an hour. They are very talented and professional. I went in with a diagnostic from autozone that my o2 sensor needed to be replaced I went into Reiss and showed them they told me they don t accept autozone codes and they had to do their own diagnostic for 120$ I said fine they call me saying it s the o2 sensor charge me the 120$ then told me it was going to be 650$ to repair on a part that online costs about 100$ they are scammers go to the south side or your family mechanic before you to them they will rip you off I only gave one star because I had to fir a review but they are a big ZERO

First went there for an emissions test on my car Duane was great. Within a week after that my air conditioning in my car went out and so I called them. They were able to get my car in the next day and Kyle was wonderful to deal with he kept me informed on everything they were doing. They did a fantastic job and are such a pleasure to work with I will definitely be going back to them for any other services for my vehicles.Service: A/C installation & repair

They give military discount. I am very pleased with the service I received. They had a friendly atmosphere and it seemed like the workers were very on point in fixing the problems that came in . Would recommend in fact I already sent some one their way.

REIS is hands down one of the best places to go to have my car taken care of. Everyone I ve interacted with there is extremely friendly and accommodating. The work they do is great it s detailed yet efficient, as well as reasonably priced. Any time I ask about something I m concerned about, they give me an honest opinion. 10/10 would recommend to anyone to get their car taken care of with REIS.
