Called to get my car jump started. Joe was here within 15 minutes. Jumped my car, went to his shop where he tightened the cables. Gave me an estimate for a new battery, but NEVER tried to sell me one. Also, he closed his shop to take time to come help me. Thank you Joe. Will keep you in mind when we need something. Definitely would recommend Joe's Service.

My engine was a total breakdown. Joe removed the engine, completely, took it apart piece by piece. As he went along, took pictures & text them to me, of all the parts laid out on the floor in the order to reasemble. (Like setting up for a recipe.) Some parts he had to send out for machineing.Needless to say, it took quite a time but he is patient & works to perfection.My 2004 CadillacDe Ville runs perfectly. I would have had to buy another car, (which would have cost me much more) but why, there is no rust, interior is perfect, with a comfortable ride.Joe was like a good physician, kept in touch with me throughout the whole procedure.Cadilalc has beeneout of recovery now for 5 months now and never an engine problem after Joe's magnificent service!Trust Joe with your vehicle, he is honest & extermely epedndable.THANK YOU JOE!!!Sincerely,Darlene A.Service: Engine repair

Joe was so helpful with my vehicle! My driver side door was dented and scuffed Joe gave me the fairest price out of three places I went to and he also was able to do the work sooner than any of the other places I had estimates from. My door looks great! He was able to order me my new door and the day he received it he was able to put on my door and have me pick up the car the same day, amazing service and very very nice guy!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Joe is very honest and straight forward with you on your repairs. His prices were way better than a dealership or the chain repair places. I would feel comfortable sending any of my family or friends to Joe s for anything from a oil change to a major repair!

Cannot say enough good things about Joe and the job he did getting my wife's 1972 Olds Delta 88 operating again. This guy loves a challenge and solving problems. If you have a Classic Car bring it here for personalized attention. Joe seems like a good man all around. I had a friend who needed a quick fix and Joe did amazing work. I have also come to Joe on my own before and the work was done well.I noticed some clocks and models made of parts. They looked wonderful! He makes them himself. I highly recommend checking those out too. They're beautiful and it shows an eye for detail.

I have been going to Joe since he opened. Two weeks ago I had some breaks done and other services that I feel were unnecessary. After asking around, I feel like I was taken advantage of as a woman. The services done may not have been required like Joe informed me and the prices seemed outrageous to other mechanics in the area. I contacted his shop yesterday and asked to speak with him. His wife answered and when I explained the reason for my call, she became very defensive and said " I'm not just saying because I am his wife, but he will not refund any of your money". I kindly asked if he could call me and he did only to also be defensive with me and say "obviously you don't trust my work, I don't do shady things, who gave you that information because I bet they don't do as many brakes as me if at all, I am disturbed.". No Joe, I am disturbed that you took advantage of a good local customer. I will never return nor recommend anyone to go there.

Dealt with joe a couple times now. Nice and honest guy. Needed a new tire; he had it delivered and replaced, in about an hour. Also at a very reasonable cost. I ll go here every time when I need a mechanic!

Needed to get my truck fixed and did not want to go to the dealership wanted a good family shop and found Joe's services center. Joe was very nice and professional keep me in loop on everything. No experience, really just a review of a review... Colin... if you were a mechanic how come you couldn't spell mechanic? I mean, I would imagine at some point filling out a job application or creating a resume, you would have had to write the word down on more than one occasion... my thought's are that Jim can probably spell mechanic, and therefore may have the ability to charge what he pleases for services. That being said, any business owner can charge what the market will bear. Perhaps you would have felt better paying a wrecker to come tow you, or charge you $100 for the jump instead of the $25... trust me, you got off easy.And if Jim said you need an alternator, he was probably right. You did't denote what make or model you're driving, or I too may be able to ascertain (I know, another big word like mechanic) whether you need an alternator or not. Many vehicles have inherent issues with electrical systems and charging. Not to mention most folks opt for an aftermarket product when replacing an alternator, and therefore the part itself may be to blame.Signed,A Former Mechanic

I called Joe stranded during a snow storm and he was able to talk me through how to get my car started then diagnosed the damage for me. He was even going to drive to me and help.

Stopped in desperate with low tire pressure & every gas station s air machines were down. He wasn t even open & he still checked & filled all my tires. No way I would ve made it otherwise. Now he has a customer for life, highly recommended!

Great service. My car blew the radiator hose across the street from the shop, pulled in there and he did everything he could to get it up and running as fast as he could. Very happy with this place. Will be back

Brought my Caravan in for a simple service... Prior to bringing it in no leaks whatsoever.. After his service... Oil is leaking like a geyser..TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!! TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!!! THX JOE FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE..!!! NOT!!!! REPORTING TO THE BBB....WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY....THINK TWICE!!!!!!

Recently knew someone who had a $100.00 engine management part replaced on his vehicle, 20 minute job, Joe charged 5 times the price. Really talking about ripping off a customer.
