This dealership did body work repairs to a truck of mine. 3 years ago. Funny I had to return the truck because the front bumper was not aligned correctly, last year I was missing a head light. I reported it stolen. Cause the bolts holding it in were gone. That was not the case. It feel out, that is why I had to buy new boots to hold the headlight assembly in. My inner fire wall is also coming lose. They had to also replace a front rim. Not on my quote. Yet was found during repairs. They replace a rim, yet no front end alignment. Did they look to see what damaged the inner side if the rim. No. My upper control arm is broke. Lower bent. I take it back to them explain this? They can't. They did not even have a copy of the repair file from 3 years ago. I had to pull out my copy. Never take a Dodge ram 4500 to a Chevy body shop. Especially this place. Customer service is terrible .Funny they call me back yesterday, want me to schedule another stop by them to look at my truck. Been there 4 times. They should of caught it the first time. Thank God this did not cause any accident.I would not recommend this business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Chuck and Todd were both great to work with. I went to about 7 different body shops, but it was clear holz was the only option. My paint and body work turned out great, color matched perfectly and no blending required. I wouldn't trust anywhere else to work on my Corvette.

They estimated 5 days and $2,600 in damage. They had a two week notice I was bringing my car in and insurance sent them the check in advance for more money (around $4,700). Over 18 days and $4,600+ later I was able to take back my car from these thieves. The car needed no additional work or parts from the estimate. Rich and Todd had every excuse in the book for the time and price discrepancies.I wouldn t trust Rich and his crew to even change my oil. I look forward to watching karma unfold for Rich, Todd, and any other scam artist employed here.
