My son and I each get our vehicles serviced here, and ever since finding this place, I would never go anywhere else. Their service is outstanding, and I always trust them with the recommendations they give. Pricing is incredibly reasonable, and the entire crew that works there is kind and professional. Best place to take your vehicle hands down. They do quality work in a timely fashion and always have the best communication. They re reasonably priced and don t push you into fixing things that don t need fixed! One day I was riding my motorcycle and I really needed help. I went to hale Parks auto a screw came off of my engine from the frame of my bike, I went and talk to the owner and he was very very helpful. Advise anybody to have any kind of engine problems any kind of vehicle problems to go look at those guys right there they always out to help anybody in need no matter what race or color helping people they love their customers and they love people thanks Hale Park for looking out and taking care of me.

Made an appointment for a wheel alignment on my 2001 Mercedes Benz S430. I was surprised to learn that they weren't able to do the work. I had spoken with someone at their shop 2 days prior , explained what I needed done, and then drove 25 mi to their location only to hear that their alignment computer couldn't locate a profile for my car and that was it. They claimed to be unaware of anywhere else in the area who could do the work....except the Mercedes dealer. I was in Milwaukee for a short time on vacation so was really at their mercy for a recommendation. They were,in my opinion, quite unwilling to assist me in solving this problem. I would not recommend this shop, even for something as routine as a wheel alignment. Sorry.

Great experience from start to finish. Max did a thorough job during the diagnostic process and explained the issue to me. He was able to fix it right the first time. I will be a returning customer.

FANTASTIC service, free loaner cars as long as you fill up the tank, wonderful place. The employees are super friendly and very good at educating you about what needs tti be done, how much it's going to cost, and what caused the issue. They can be a little more expensive than other mechanics but less so than most dealerships.... but their work is worth well above whst they charge, especially with the free loaner vehicles for repairs that take longer than a day. Once they fix something, it STAYS fixed!Our family has been trusting our vehicles to Hale Park Automotive for three decades, and we will continue to use them as long as we live in south eastern Wisconsin.

My home town mechanic retired and had to find a new one. My coworker recommended Hale Park. Highly recommend them, they are nice and don't think any question is stupid but most of all are honest. I had such an amazing experience at Hale Park Automotive last week. I noticed some loud noises coming from my vehicle so I visited Hale Park Auto for the first time to have it inspected. I was concerned that I would not be able to get my vehicle in soon enough with my busy work schedule, but after talking with Ben Harris, he was able to allow me to use a loaner car so my work day would not be interrupted. They called me as soon as it was complete, and the price was much less than that the quote I got from the dealer I purchased my vehicle from. Hale Park Auto made a lifetime fan out of me because of their quality work, professionalism, and accommodation. I will be sure to recommend Hale Park Auto to all of my friends/family going forward.

Excellent service! They gave me a free loaner car, while they were working on my car, which helped immensely, as it allowed me to go to work and not have to take any time off. Very friendly staff and they explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Hale Park Automotive.

I will be taking my business elsewhere. I went to these guys a few months ago because my tire was leaking. They patched it up and sent me on my way without ever explaining what was wrong or how they fixed it. A few weeks ago I noticed that the leak was back. I'd fill it with air, it'd be nearly flat again in a week, so today I took it back. Not only did they charge me for the re-repair, the service consultant tried to pressure me into buying four new tires when my front set is only a year old.

Great customer service and have great loaner car program while getting your car services. I have been going here over about 21 years now. Good staff and friendly.
