Went in here looking for a battery charger for my 99 wrangler. Never bought one b4 so didn t know a thing. Received help from an associate who answered all my questions and sold me on a charger/maintainer that he thought would suit my needs better. It was 1/2 the cost of what I would have spent for a charger and he was spot on! Worked great!!!

Went in to get parts for a battery. Tried to speak to the person at the front counter and she was blasting music. I asked nicely for her to turn it down because I could not hear myself speak or them speak. All she did was move her phone an inch away.Don t expect business again.

I ask if they had a part. The guy said yes. We have 9 on the shelf. I get here and now they don t have any. I drove an hour for him to try to give me the wrong part. Was very clear about what I needed.

God bless Eddy S! He is truly so kind and helpful. My car had died twice so went in to purchase a battery. Elliott was very helpful finding the right battery but wasn't sure how to change my battery due to its unique location. I was hoping to figure it out on my own with You Tube and when I went in to ask about a tool to use, Eddy S. overheard and offered to help. Lifesaver. Truly so kind and helpful. As he explained things to Elliott he was also a great teacher showing Elliot how to navigate this unique set up for future customers. Thank you so much Eddy S. and Elliott. You saved the day. Very grateful

Let me tell you, I'm not even from Wisconsin and I went in there In Distress and in trouble. All odds were against me. When I tell you that the whole entire staff helped me with every aspect of my issues. I have never experienced customer service so well and strong. The courtesy, care and consideration is just phenomenal and I appreciate each team member at that location! All great individuals! I am forever grateful!!

I m so grateful to Eddie, he was able to explain and show me the problem with my truck! I was so lucky to have someone so kind take a look at my vehicle, he definitely went above and beyond, I will definitely be coming back again if I have any issues again.

Milan was a great help! He came to check out my battery percentage. Taught me how to put my wiper blades on myself once I had asked him. All around great experience and I do plan on coming back if I need more help with my car.

Stopped in to get a windshield wiper replaced! Was pleasantly surprised that there were 3 super friendly and helpful ladies holding the fort down. It was empowering to walk into a stereo typical male dominated establishment and be greated by boss babes! Keep it up ladies!

About a week ago I purchased a low beam replacement bulb. I installed but it ended up going out. I went to the store and Brian O., a 4-day "new" employee, was spectacular along with the Manager. They exchanged the bulb at no additional cost and even helped with an angle socket wrench to put the new one in. In a world where many have lost their focus on service, it is wonderful to see knowledgeable and caring employees! I am an AutoZone fan and loyal customer!

About 30% of the time they don't have what we need, and about another 30% of the time they give us the wrong part, so we have to come back and get the right part, if they have it. There are times when the employees are not helpful, like your being there is too much of a bother for them, even though we've waited politely for over 15 minutes or more to be waited on while they're doing whatever they're doing on the computer or phone. Once in a while we get a helpful employee who gets it right without an attitude. 2

Awesome service, the man behind the counter was able to change out my windshield wiper blades in less than 5 minutes. When another auto parts store on the same block sent me on my way with a refund and one windshield wiper right before a snowstorm.Save yourself the drama and 1/2 hr lost and go where they know what they are doing. Many thanks for starting the new year, off right.

Have been shopping for auto part at this specific branch now for over a decade. The manager Jim is easily one of the kindest gentlemen I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and his staff is always eager to help anyone needing additional assistance. I would recommend this store over every other autoparts store located along this busy strip of hwy 100, Hales Corners.

Most of the employees are awesome and super helpful! However the assistant store manager has never been able to help me without another employees assistance. The store manager solved a problem with in minutes that the assistant had me sitting around for for over an hour with no resolve. Other employees are fantastic and super helpful. When I walk in and see the one non helpful person I always cringe knowing it s going to be an interesting visit.
