Always always professional and pleasant, hard to find that kind of customer service now days. I would also say honest to their customers. I will always take my business there and recommend their place of service.

Very nice guys. They took me home when I dropped my vehicle off and picked me up when it was repaired. Tony kept me informed about the progress of repairs. I will go back again!

Came in for regular maintenance on my car. Scheduling was smooth over the phone and the worker (Tim/Tom?) was very patient with me and my questions. I like to wait for my car while it s being serviced usually. When checking in, I didn t feel like I was looked down on as a little girl which I greatly appreciate as I come from a family who works on cars. I was treated with respect and not upsold on services that I didn t need. The shop, waiting area, and coffee area were kept clean. Service was relatively quick and very reasonable in price. I ll be returning when it s time for more upkeep, tires, and such.

Fast & friendly service as always! The group at Richlonn s were very professional, attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions. I got my tires replaced here today and couldn t be more pleased with the results!

We originally went to Richlonn s for an emission test. Even though there s a line of cars and they were busy doing low profit generating emission tests for them, the employee was extremely nice and professional. I said if I ever had a problem with another car, I would bring it back there.I had a relative that needed work on their car and we brought it there to get it done. Not only did they get it done faster than they said they would, but again only replaced what was necessary. They work and explain everything to gain their trust, and I will definitely bring vehicles there again if we have any problems.

They handled my oil change timely. I requested they check my battery, they did and got me a battery within 1 hour. My tire pressure light kept coming on they found the problem and replaced the sensor. Everything was complete within 1 and 1/2 hour. Great job!

Richlonn provides fully professional care of my vehicle in a timely manner. My car was in and out in just a few hours for oil change, new brake pads/rotors and tire rotation. Great service!

Went to Richlonn with a flat tire problem. Turned out be a cracked rim causing air leak. They gave me a couple of options to resolve the problem. Decided to buy a rim online, not thru them. They were highly respectful of this, and kept with this great customer service model from start to finish. No charge for initial visit to determine problem, then very reasonable charge to dismount/mount tire onto new rim and replace valve assembly that had corroded to the old rim. Every conversation and explanation was very professional. Work was completed same day as promised, not one thing I could complain about. Will definitely return if ever a need to.

Greendale Richlonn's is the BEST! I had a 2 inch bolt in my tire and Ron and Hal took the best care of me! They went above and beyond! I am so grateful for their continued professionalism and caring service! Thanks guys!

The group at Richlonn s were very professional, attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions. I got my tires replaced here today and couldn t be more pleased with the results! They even took me into the shop to show me the equipment they use. I had a bad experience at a dealer where they damaged ALL of my rims so I was very worried it would happen again. The mechanic at Richlonn s was very meticulous and took great care, NO DAMAGE! I m looking forward to coming back for brakes, oil changes, rotations and so much more. Thank you!

Excellent staff from service writers to mechanics. Knowledgeable in all types of auto repair. Highly recommend.very quick the oil change and answered all questions, always upfront with cost and quick with repair. Straight forward and gets right to the task at hand. Had a check engine light on. Corrected the problem and gave me insight on what to look for. Very helpful..

Stop on the day it was snowing and nasty out. My tire pressure light came on and Ron came out while it was snowing hard and checked all my tires and put air in them. It says alot for their customer service. I know where I will be going when I'm in need of new tires. Thank you Ron!!

Had to get a tire repaired due to a nail puncture. Richlonns was able to get my vehicle in on a Friday without an appointment. The tire was repaired and I was back on the road in one hour. Excellent work and friendly staff. This is the type of service that is hard to find today. I will definitely be returning for any other automotive needs and recommending them to friends and family!

I can only appreciate how quickly Richmond Tire & Service Center were able to change my tires. My car was in and out in 1 hour!I called in the morning and got an appointment the same afternoon!And I have the tire warranty for the duration of tire life!!Driving home was very smooth and quiet, nice tire choice!

I have been pricing tires for replacement at several places last week including Costco and Discount Tire. I stopped in to this Goodyear Dealer and had a great experience. This dealership listened to what I was looking for and made some excellent suggestions. I had a flat tire that day and limped into the dealer. Their pricing was very fair, and I got the perfect tires. The service was first class. The dealer made a special trip to pick up the tires he recommended from the warehouse. Because of how I was treated I surely would return. Thank you.
