I was there for a license plate renewal and what I found bizarre was with all the taxes we pay in Wisconsin is a giant line waiting to get in! You have to go through the front desk to get a ticket for service and one of the windows and it's only one person in there doing it when there's three windows! :-(. Nothing that is here by the government is ever that good :-(.Once I got my number it still was a long wait Even though there wasn't that many people in front of me????On the upside, the woman that took care of me was fun and nice :-)

I am an instructor for a local driving school and was at the DMV with a student of mine for a road test. The testing examiner was Karrie. She was fantastic. She was caring and genuine. As she informed my student she passed, she pointed areas of improvement for my student to continue to enhance her skills. Although I did not get the other examiners name, she also was a terrific person helping her future drivers. I want to thank them. I know it can be stressful for staff and those of going to the DMV, but it is important to point out that these people are trying to keep our roads safer.

Rook my road test today ended up failing .I'm pretty sure the instructor was from mill road because she was my instructor the first time I took the test ,second time I took it it was an older man who was actually nice and didn't lie or make me nervous about driving. She failed me and lied about my mistakes, never want her again she's snobby and arrogant. How did I do worse this time then last time? She definitely discriminate me because I had her on milroad.no female next time. One kid passed and supposedly and did the same things I'm accused of doing I should have passed.

My son was the one who had to go in to get his license up to date & get an id. Said he was very pleased with the person who took care of him. She was pleasant & very efficient. We need more like her behind the counters.

Having been to several different DMV locations in the course of my lifetime I can say this is hands down the best location I ever had the pleasure to go to. Fast, efficient and the staff there is top notch. Friendly, helpful and just great. Thank you for the best service.

Hey it was a good day. It wasn't really busy at 3pm and I got to walk right up to get my picture taken. Then I waited about another 10 minutes to finish. Great

Amazingly friendly and efficient in helping people. Was greeted by the lady at the first desk and she was smiling and made me feel welcomed. The guy that helped me with my license was friendly and respectful. I ve been going to this place for 25 years and it s worth driving from the other side of the county.

I went to the DMV on September 22, 2023, at 4:15 pm to resolve a citation issue. I had paid it in full and had a receipt, but it didn't show a $0.00 balance, which caused a problem. The front desk staff were friendly, but the clerk at window 9, who called my number H441 at around 4:45 pm, was unprofessional and rude. I asked to speak with a different clerk. Despite it being close to closing time, I expected a more professional and helpful approach. The older individual she spoken with provided no assistance and she laughed when he couldn't help. A more courteous experience would have been appreciated. I'm giving it a 1-star rating.

Every staff member I came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes! I wish I would ve got the gentleman s name who helped me out because he was so kind and walked me through whatever paperwork I didn t understand

My husband and I both need to renew our drivers licenses, he needs to go in person because he got have a eye exam we can t do this on line , and when I called or on line they don t show their business hours it just says open at 8:30 but it doesn t say a what time they closed, costumer service???

examiner for road was on her PHONE the whole time, barely looked up. made crazy excuses on minor mistakes. specifically said make a WIDE turn on a road with no way to turn, a dead end in a neighborhood. examiner didn t even introduce themselves either.

I would give zero starts if it was available. The most incompetent workers at the check in counter. It takes them 30 mins to call the next person, just to the checkin counter. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! You can tell the are govt employees as the take there sweet time calling people up.

Road test instructor is very rude, I had to use the restroom before heading on the road & I let her know, she rolled her eyes & sighed so loud and told me better hurry up when we finally get to my vehicle, slammed my door, & started touching my heat buttons. I found her very unprofessional, maybe she was having a bad day but her energy was miserable & she definitely could ve handled things differently. Wont be coming back here!

Stupid $&&$$ web site lists hours, drive there it is closed. You cant call a live person first. Further checking reveals other pages later clicks say it will be closed. ,$&&& idiots only indicate on deeper pages not the first primary page that people will land on. Another infuriated forced customer standing at the front door looking on phone telling me that they are open but they are not.

For the most part it seemed like a nice and quiet DMV. Most people were nice but the woman who helped us today seemed very annoyed and wasn't pleasant to work with. My boyfriend and I were registering a car, both in our names, and we forgot to check AND or OR on the MV11 and she chose OR for us when we wanted AND and then complained she'd have to redo everything. Very disappointed that a DMV counter person would make a change to an application without asking.

Had never been to this location. Initially went two weeks ago and asked them information on how to replace my brother s car title. My brother cannot go to the DMV because he s stationed overseas in the military. He s selling me his car. They gave me two forms. They gave me the sheet to order my brother s title and one for my brother to fill out. I mailed him the form they asked him to fill out. They told me bring the title once it arrives in the mail and the form he had to fill out. I came back today and turns out, the form I mailed him, I had to fill out; not my brother. They also said the title he has to fill out in which I was never told the first time. They were very rude saying welcome to the government and gave me wrong info the first time. I have no idea why that phrase was said when they cannot even get their information correct. What sucks the most is I wasted my time mailing that to my brother and money, and my brother wasted his time filling out the wrong form. I will not come back to this location. They re nasty people!

The waiting time was reasonable for license renewal. The person at the counter appeared unsatisfied with her life choices and felt it was appropriate to take this out on her customers. I even asked her if I did anything to upset her. Quite a surreal experience.

Make an appointment and save yourself the stress. This is the 2nd time I've used the online resources and then made an appointment to finish in person for renewal and replacement of a driver's license. Helpful employees each time at both counters.

They usually say the DMV is hell on earth. This was not the case. I went in on a Friday afternoon (1 2pm time) to upgrade my license to a Star version. Thinking I was a fool, only to get in and out under 30min. That included a photo and filling out the application. Smiles and good attitude from all.

Went to this dmv this morning around 10:50am to get my little brother his permit and I must say for a Saturday I was in and out in 45 minutes and the representative that assisted me was excellent her name is deeneris, my brother previously went to the mill road dmv and was having issues and they were resolved here, highly recommend!

Almost everytime I go usually in able out within the hour. Which is pretty good. I usually go Tuesday's or Wednesday's is best.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Took my road test and employee slammed my door and hit my radio button super hard (that wasn t even on) then sighed super loud. I asked if the temperature in the car was okay before starting and they sighed again asking to just back up already. Put me in an illegal dangerous situation and yelled at me for merging into the right lane becuase the other was for turns only( she did not ask me to turn) didn t even write any notes but deducted 31 points???? I completed each task if not perfectly then close. They definitely failed me becuase they were in a bad mood does not deserve to have a job

We were in and out. It was a Wednesday morning. Got an ID for my son. We got there around 915 and heading home by 930. The workers were friendly and helpful.

Went in on a Saturday (only day I had free) assuming it would be an absolute mad house but honestly this location is ran really well. Got what I needed in a really reasonable amount of time despite it being fairly busy. Super painless process. As far as DMVs go, this one is legit!

They really need more staff. This place is always a big line. The government really needs to do something about these dmv it's Always a waste of time in there. To do anything, everything should be online and get Rid of these places there just a waste of tax dollar. This is the reason why half of everyone drive around without plates and cars registered.

I was regretting having to go here on a Saturday at 10:00am which I can imagine is just about prime time. Like so many people, the only way I could make weekday hours would be to take off of work. Without that option, Saturday it is.It was very busy......lots and lots of people. To my surprise just about every counter had someone behind it doing there best to get people in and out. Had there been several missing attendants then I would have had something to complain about. It still took a while but like I said there were just so many people doing the same thing I was doing when it was convenient for them. Pleasantly surprised to see it staffed so well on a weekend.Well done.

The people were friendly, helpful and efficient! Although the line was long, it went pretty fast. I was there on two recent Saturdays, both times about an hour before closing. I had a few more things to do on the second visit (new title, driver's license) it took a bit longer but that was to be expected. Shout out to the customer service rep, Cindy, on my first visit who was super friendly and very very helpful! Not your average DMV experience, it was well above average!
