They wont take anyone 45 mins before they close. I looked at the hours online. It says they close at 6:45. I was there before 5. Wouldnt take my vehicle. So much for trying woodmans oil change. Never going back.

I ve been coming here for years for oil changes and I ve been in and out within a half hour every time. Never had an issue but my most recent oil change took over an hour. As I was sitting in my vehicle waiting for my oil to be changed there was no sense of urgency to get done. Then as the employee was trying to unscrew my oil filter she kept complaining in front of customers about how my oil filter was difficult to take off and that she couldn t do it. It s understandable that some oil filters may be in tougher positions but I just thought it was very unprofessional to complain about it the whole time and to take a ridiculous amount of time to do an oil change at a little over an hour. Had an even bigger issue after their servicing, if you care about your vehicle you will keep it far away from this place. The lack of knowledge prevents me from ever coming here again.

The price is decent. Not great. Decent. Period.If you don't mind waiting (and waiting and waiting) while the staff jokes and talks to each other while they do nothing and if you like sitting foreverrrrr while they pull in and take care of people who came after you, then this is the place for you.

After having a bad experience with Kwiky Lube, I decided to come across town for an oil change at Woodman's. Ended up having to wait in line for an hour and a half, but they were very short staffed and restricted to two lanes because of it. Which is completely understandable. That's a widespread issue right now and they're obviously doing the best they can. In the end, I paid less than $30 for the oil change. That alone makes the wait worth it. The prices most lube shops in town charge right now are closer to $40 -$50!I noticed another review mentioned a lack of the inspection that is supposed to be included. I just want to make it clear for other people who may see this review. The inspection is not included in the $25 Oil Change. Nor does it say anywhere that it is. If you want the inspection, you have to at least be getting the $32 oil change. I don't think it's fair to leave them a bad review just because someone as a customer can't be bothered to look at the fine print. That's a good way to spread misinformation...Definitely will be returning!

They always seem to have lowest gas prices. Cash or Debit card.... no Visa or Master Card

Amazing gas prices. Amazing car wash prices. Fleet Farm gas station down the road is the only other place gas is as cheap. Haven't tried the oil change yet because lines are usually long but I'm guessing it's due to... amazing prices.

My daughter has gone here twice for an oil change and not once did they check the other fluids or tires (even after she asked/verified they would be doing so in the "multi-point inspection" before getting the oil change!). So just know, you won't be getting the "full service" you're paying for.

Waited nearly 45 minutes for an oil change and finally decided it was more trouble than it was worth. Both lanes filled with cars and not a single car moved in over a half an hour. Went to leave and there is a traffic cone placed behind my vehicle that had "closed" written on it. Not a single employee said anything to any of us waiting in the lanes. Strange.

Waited forever. Oil change itself took forever. Put the wrong oil in. Had to have them fix it. More time spent. Lol half my day on an oil change. Never again. Two stars cus they fixed their mistake.

Ugh ! The wait...went on a week day !Bring your phone or a book Love the ability to drive in & wait in the car. The service people are thorough & informative.Best price on full synthetic oil change.

One lane at the car wash has been closed for 3 weeks. 7 - 8 cars waiting in line every time I went. Eaited once took over 1 1/2 hrs for a car wash. Just really poor customer service.

The people of Green Bay Woodmans lube techs are not knowledgeable on what they are doing and it shows. We waited 45 minutes to get in the bay (two cars were in front of us) and another 35 minutes to finish our oil change. While we endured the wait we saw on multiple occasions the entire team (all of which were woman) contemplating and discusses what they should do (this is why you wait there for an hour or so). They were not able to open my hood so I had to do so. They bent another ladies dip stick next to us. They said if I ever wanted to come back I had to remove my skid plate or get new hardware and that it was not original. That statement had me at a loss of words because one it is a factory upgrade so it is original and two hardware was replaced 30,000 miles ago (2 years). To the techs that worked on my car no need to worry I will not be coming back and will continue to take my car to Appleton s woodmans Lube Techs. They are amazing professional and courtesy.

An oil change should take 10min. not 40! One car ahead of me, 1 already in the stall and it literally took 40min per vehicle! I won't be going there again. Each bay had its own person, and there were extra people handling other parts of the job and everyone was just walking around. Drain, filter, fill, its not rocket science

I went there today for an oil change. The guy working gave me directions so fast I could barely understand him. I thought he said put your foot on the brake but I guess he said don't put your foot on the brake and when I did he totally went off on me. My 3 grandsons were in the car and they were a little upset because they had no idea why the guy got so mad. At one point he said we can just close your engine and you can leave. Geeze, I really don't know much about cars but if he would have not been trying to act like a drll Sargent I might of understood him better

They have been doing my oil and filter for years and I never had an issue. Most staff are veterans and have been working here for years (decades). If the lines are long -I would probably pass, shop in Woodman's and see if the lines get better. Why wait if you don't need to?

Another gas station at the far end of the parking lot from the main Woodman's grocery store. They have 2 stall automatic car wash and the basic wash cost $4 and does a pretty good job. They also have vacuum cleaners and and oil change facility. Basic oil change with a filter is $19.99 and they do offer high mileage and synthetic oil and slightly higher prices. I have had my oil changed here several times and never have had an issue or concern. The station is not 24 hours and they do not accept credit cards however they do accept debit cards just like the store. OneNote regarding the car wash. It is not touchless, and you cannot use it if you have a trailer hitch on your vehicle.

Gas is usually the least expensive in the area. No pure gasoline though. Every grade of gasoline contains ethanol. Don't accept visa or master card. Does have car wash. Does oil change even though I don't use it.

Tons of food! Store is huge..good and bad..takes forever when you forget something..find myself running a marathon in the store but its quite a bit cheaper. Dont like the $5 charge for ordering online and picking up groceries so minus a star for that. Oil changes are priced great.

Prices are ok for an oil change but I've been waiting an 1 hr 40 min with 2 cars in front of me and my car isn't even done yet. Honestly not worth the discount price with how long I wait. And it's like this everyone my husband or I come. Insane. Definitely my last time here.

This is a pretty good gas station get $0.04 off after your purchase inside the store and it's even nicer that if we can get that gas and go in and get your car washed can't do that in Appleton button Green Bay you have that option in the car wash is very reasonable

I go here for the car wash. It's a brush type instead of touchless. I like touchless, but sometimes you need something more and this does the trick. Buy the code inside the gas station. Cash or debit, no credit cards.
