I just purchased my first new car through Witt Auto in Green Bay. My salesman Tony Jaslowski could not have been more helpful. Tony was very upfront with everything and did his best to get me into the best position possible. If you are in the market for a car I would highly recommend coming to Witt and asking for Tony.

Only posting on Green Bay's Witt Auto since I already made a review of the Crivitz one (when I first bought my car), and I cannot change my review.I bought a 2014 Ford Escape from the Crivitz location in January of 2022, which I THOUGHT was going to be a good car. Not even a year later I had a myriad of issues - leaking coolant (after Witt auto "repaired" my issue, I still have to put coolant in my car). In April of 2023 I had to completely replace my transmission after my Ford left me on the side of the road on Interstate 41. That was a $5000 repair, so I had to take out ANOTHER loan on top of the loan I already have to pay for my car itself. Now, transmission is okay but I have other issues. The turbo boost is faulty, I have to replace the wastegate solenoid in that. The switch in my driver's seat is no longer working. My exhaust is hanging because something was not hooked up correctly. The icing on top of the dirt cake? The arm on my wiper on my back window is faulty as well, whenever I turn it on the wiper hangs by my license plate.I contact Witt auto about this issue, as they are apparently the "home of the powertrain warranty for all new and most used cars". I don't qualify because I supposedly got this car at 90,000 miles. I remember specifically getting this car at 84,000 but I guess that doesn't make a difference. They tell me to "just trade it in so they can handle the repairs". I would absolutely LOVE to trade in the lemon that was sold to me, believe me, I would. But I am locked into a 5 year loan, as well as having to pay off the loan I had to take out for my transmission because I was sold a junk car in the first place. Another point is why would I trade in my junk car, just to get another junk car from you guys? I wouldn't be locked into a 5 year loan if I wasn't fooled into overpaying for it. 2014 Ford Escape with 84,000 miles, sold to me for $21,000??? SEVERELY overpriced, way above asking price per Kelley Blue Book. I am kicking myself repeatedly for falling for this trap.To anyone reading this, I would highly reconsider if you're about to get a car from these guys - from ANY location. They're overpriced, and clearly they don't take good looks at their cars before they put them on the lot.My advice to Witt Auto? Do better inspections on your cars prior to putting them up for sale. Just because an older couple drove it before the next customer, doesn't mean there isn't anything wrong. Another thing I would advise on is to stop price gouging and actually price your cars based on what they're worth.

Fool me once, I will never be back and leave an honest review so others don't suffer my misfortune. I purchased what I thought was going to be a great car, one owner and decent mileage and year. It was a little overpriced but the market was terrible and my car had over 200k miles on it.I have had nothing but trouble with this car, the only positive being it was still under factory warranty. I had asked Witt what to do when the check engine light came on less than a month after purchase and they told me to go to a dealership, they couldn't do anything. Red flag.We decided to trade it in due to the constant issues and to my surprise it was in a SEVERE accident prior to my purchase that was not disclosed to me. Yes, I was naive enough that I didn't ask for a car fax or if it had been in an accident before because I trusted that would be mentioned. Because it was repaired and the title cleared, they weren't required to disclose it. My trade was low in value compared to what it should have been and I owe more on it then I should. My stupidity, my loss.Learn from my mistake and shop elsewhere, don't trust these guys or DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!!!!Don't count on them to be honest with you.

Looking for a 3/4 ton truck but will never buy from Witt. The sceaming and yelling in the recent commercial is a huge turn off not to mention the other commercials that are idiotic. Time to get a new person to dream up ways to sell vehicles.

Commercials are just plain idiotic. I'm in the market to trade my Edge in, but never would I trust this lack of intelligence.

Witt Auto in Green Bay has been under new management since the beginning of 2021 and has drastically improved in all areas. Quality of inventory, cleanliness of facility, and professional staff is of the upmost importance. I'd recommend to anyone in search of a newer vehicle to give this place an opportunity.

I really wasn't looking for a car, though with dealing with the multiple sclerosis I wasn't being truthful with myself that I was having issues getting in & out of my vehicle that I had before. I met Jessie & George, they were very professional, not pushy, very easy to talk to. I did end up getting a different car that is easier to get into and was a good price after trade in.

Just don t do it! Many issues, check engine light on the day I drove it home and they made it Chevy s issue since I had a warranty. The car was not detailed or cleaned. Sold two cars to them and they sold me a lemon that has been in the repair shop more than my house. They definitely just want the money. Just go somewhere else.

We saw a vehicle they were selling that was a trade in online and decided to take it for a test drive. The staff were helpful and friendly. We negotiated a price we could afford and made an initial down payment that very evening. Even though it was later than their normal hours, they stayed to help us. I would recommend this dealership because they Will actually listen to you and care about what you need not just try to sell you a car for more than you can pay.

Staff doesn't listen, very high pressure, and rudet.Went in since I got a flyer about a sale. My car runs fine but is getting old so thought I would go see what they had. I barely get out of my car and I am greeted by two people. After a short talk they have somehow narrowed my interest down to one car. They are also dismissive to my claims that I am only looking and would not be buying a car today. According to them:my car was in poor shape and ready to give out at any time.As I was ready to leave giving up on the notion that I would buy a car from this group they asked if I had my mailer that they could at least check the mailer and see if I had won anything. I went inside and was asked to sit down while he went and checked the number.Looking at the unhappy faces of other people sitting in the cramped room it was obvious this wasn't over. A couple new people came over to the table where I was seated and positioned themselves so I would have to climb over them to leave. They reduced the price on the vehicle I had been shown. The more I said no the quicker they were to come back with even lower prices. Then one of the people who had greeted me outside came in saying he had given my car a closer inspection and it was only worth $500 in trade in. This was insulting to me since i pride myself in how I take care of my car. It had no rust, large dents and the maintenance schedule was being followed. Then someone else came over to say that my credit had been approved. I don't recall providing any information beyond my first name so I don't know how what sort of a credit check they ran. By the time I forced my way passed them and had a clear shot to the door they had dropped the price on the vehicle they were trying to sell me to almost a third of where they started.I have no intention of ever going back and do not recommend anyone else do so either.

I went here to discuss the purchase of a used vehicle. I was not impressed with the sales associate that was there at the time. I used to be in this business so I'm very wise to different things that a car salesperson is going to say and do. I was told that trading a car in hurt your credit however returning a vehicle that you owe money on to the bank does not hurt your credit. This is completely inaccurate. I also arrived late in the day and the sales person seemed to be in more of a hurry to close up and get out rather than take the time to make a sale. I was disappointed to say the least especially with the advertisements the Witt boys put on television and other media. Whether they are aware of this type of service at the Green Bay location I don't know. Hopefully they will read this review and take action to improve the service at this small satellite location.

Had a friend who stop by with the purchase of a 2010 ford edge. Look like a nice car. 2010 ford edge sel with 118k on it. I guess she paid around 8500 for it. They charged her 10k plus a 5k trade in. She paid 15,000 dollars for a car that had KBB for a dealership at the highest mark of 8700. They took her for around 6,000 dollars. Then there is a check engine light that came on due to the inlet of the gas fill cap which they refused to fix. The front right shock was bad and they are still waiting to find out about more. This place is a scam that prays on those without vehicle knowledge. They don't inspect there vehicles much less test drive them before sale or they would have known it had issues.DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THEM THEY PREY ON THE UNINFORMED!AS THERE COMMERCIALS SAY"THEY ARE GOING TO BE THE REAL DEAL" the thing is that deal is for them not you!

Not very professional bought a SUV from them in March went back to them with a few problems and was told they would take care of it but if the cost was over a certain we would have to pay. So to take care of the oil leak they changed the oil which they said was done before we bought it along with new brakes. Well needless to say we still have the leak and just replaced the front brakes. Not to mention all the other things we had to fix!!! Needless to say I will never buy from them again not should anyone else

Very poor service ... My girlfriend and myself looked at a few trucks and the manager was very rude to us and treated us very badly... He told me that I didn't know what I was talking about... I'm 46 years old and been working on cars , Trucks and even tractors since I was 12 year old...When a 5.4 TRITON motor in a f150 sounds like the 7.3 diesel something is not right.. He proceeds to tell me that all the 5.4 sounded like that I told him no they don't I have a 1999 f150 with the 5.4 and mine never sounded like that.. He then told us to go look somewhere else for a truck .. I will never do business with this place.. I even sent a message to Joe Witt himself about this place...

We are in the market for a Taurus, if we buy from you or not depends on price and availability, but WE LOVE the commercials! They are great! Keep it up Witt boys!

everyone was friendly buttt i bought a 2004 Chevy avalanche used and under 6 months the ac controller unit went out, speed wheel sensor is going out, the driver side and most likely soon passenger side window tension belt snapped, the windshield cracked from the heater usually caused by not using the proper glue, MAF sensor is bad, driver side rocker is almost rusted through was told there was anti rust on it and that is what the little discoloration was .... if there was did not work. the rear tailgate had to be fixed. these are all of the things off the top of my head im sure there is more.

If youre visiting this place based on their commercials, I waen you thar its not what youre expecting. This place didn't even seem interested in selling me the car i was intersted in. Very disappointed in the service and the misrepresentation they display on television.
