Very poor experience with this company . Poor communication and is not helpful with first timers users for the device.Created car troubles and then gets locked out of car with no follow up or set appointments.

Giving kuddos to Brian who was working yesterday. He went above and beyond for me so I could avoid catastrophe and getting locked out of my vehicle. He was way overbooked but still understood my situation and without me even pleading he just went into action and got me out right away. Thank you thank you! Especially during the holiday season he could have been a Grinch but he was so helpful so I'm blessed he was working yesterday. Thank you!

Tony from Wisconsin ignition interlock is one of the most professional and sophisticated individuals that I have ever worked withHe takes care of your issues in a very timely manner and also addresses any concerns that you do have right away Tony understands that we are in a predicament and the services that are provided is not something that providers are very proud of nor are the clients.So it takes a person with a lot of courage and also strong temperament to be in the position that he is in because like I said, no one wants to hear that they need a interlock system due to some choices and behaviors that were not very safe and healthyService: Auto engine diagnostic

Josh was awesome, He took his time to explain everything to me I wasn't just a hurry up and get my interlock installed, He really does care about you as a customer. I was nervous about what place to go too. I'm truly happy that I choose Wisconsin ignition Interlock Devices Inc in Green Bay, WI. I know my mind with be at ease while I got though this process. Everyone at this company has been extremely helpful and nice throughout my experience with them. I ve had several technical issues with my interlock and there has always been someone available to help whenever I ve needed it. Alas, it s not my first go around with needing an interlock in my vehicle and I would recommend anyone to go is in need of one to go through this company. Great job guys!

Excellent, excellent customer service. Katie is extremely helpful with scheduling, rescheduling, returning calls and answering questions. Very knowledgeable. The installation and service technicians are courteous and quick. Never had a problem.

Very friendly and professional! Josh is awesome! However, I'm not a fan of the Draeger interlock. Sucks in the cold weather!

I personally go to the one on allouez avenue. If you haven't had an ignition interlock before I recommend this place because they walk you through step by step and they answer all of my questions. I want to thank Josh for all his help and quick service. Thanks again!

What ever you do go someplace else. A cimpleatly different company. All the money to have it put in and now break down. Have it towed it and them to say its not their device. When they have a table full of broken ones one a broke down pootable in the shop. Subpar service by far!!

Recalibration was always quick and easy great staff all around great service even during the winter when I had problems with low voltage.
