I made an appointment a week ago to get my oil changed because they told me if I just showed up it could take a hour before even starting it. I made my appointment for 3pm. I checked in and have been here for 2 hours and my car is still sitting out in the parking lot. The guy told me his manager Josh might be able to come get the oil changed quick but Josh decided to take his lunch even though I ve already been waiting a hour and a half at that point. They also told me when I made the appointment that it would only take a half hour. It s looking like in total I ll be here for 3 hours for a oil change. Everyone else that has showed up for their appointments also had a similar wait time for small services.

The people that work there are great. The problem is getting people to do a job you should be paying for instead of making people check out their own stuff. I'm a cashier and get paid for running a register. Why would I want to do it for free at your store. I won't. If I come up to the register and no lanes are open I leave my cart full of stuff and leave.To be honest I prefer to shop Ross, Five below, menards and Woodman and Aldis. Less stress shopping there

Waited over an hour for someone to realize all of their mechanics went on break at the same time. All I needed was a tire put on a rim and I'm still waiting. Barely a sorry. Who cares about my wasted time, asked for my tire back to go elsewhere and then was told to wait they'll be back soon.

Took 2 and a half hours to get tires changed, service started an hour after my scheduled appointment, and then the customer service rep laughs and tells me this very not funny story about how the idiot technician put 2 of my tires on the rims backwards. I'm never going here for service again absolutely Garbage

This would be getting a one star if the guy at the front wasn t so nice. He was awesome, very friendly and informative, love a straightforward customer service rep.I called last week to see if I could make an appointment for an oil change, I was told they were walk in services only, first come first served. Ok, that s fine. I get here at 6:50, 10 minutes before they open and am literally the first one here. I go to check in and then get told that there is someone with an appointment before me for their tire services so they will be working on her car first. That really ticked me off since I was told it was walk in services only, but seeing that there s only two of us, I stayed thinking it would only be an hour, hour and a half. TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER they pull my car in to be serviced. I ve never been to such a SLOW Walmart auto center. This place is not worth the money I am saving anymore my time is more valuable than this.EDIT: it took them more than 4 hours before I got my car back.Service: Oil change

Walmart Auto Care Center.Here you can find tires and auto services. Place is clean and staff is friendly. Prices are the "going rate" for most purchases.The Bad: This place is super slow and understaffed. They told me it work take 2-3 hours to mount a tire. That's unheard of for this type of business. Also when I told them I would take my order "to go". I had to wait an additional 30+ minutes for it to be pulled and checked out.I recommend avoiding any of these locations.

Zero stars if I could.... Sent my wife for a tire rotation. They told her the lug nuts were seized, neglecting to mention that they scratched up the wheels. Suspicious at this point, I got home from work and put the tire iron on. Brought my pregnant wife out and magically she was somehow able to loosen the seized lug nuts Apparently "Tyson" and "Javi" need to either hit the gym or get some training. 0/10, would not recommend

If you have a Chevy 3/4 ton and want tires mounted and balanced you can't have it done here according to the big dude at the desk... the cone on the balancing machine isn't big enough lol. Or the guy that takes your money is an idiot.... pretty sure I get which one it is.

Went to the Walmart on Mason two days in a row to try and get in for an oil change. Mind you I went as soon as they opened but yet they said it would be hours until they could get to my oil change even though both times I was the second vehicle there. Never plan on going there again and wasting my time.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They belittled me because I am a female. I felt as if I was talked down to because of the stereotype of women do not know about cars (I work on cars as a hobby). I came for a tire change and somehow was told my alternator is shot (it s not) and my battery is bad (it s 2 years old). I will never set foot in there again. I wouldn t recommend going there unless you are a male.

At my last visit to Walmart on Mason in Green Bay I went because I need air in a tire. The employees totally ignored me as I was standing at the counter in front of two employees. When they finally acknowledged me I was told by one of them that they did not do that there and I needed to go to a gas station or a tire store. Which is not true because I had been there before for a different tire but for the same reason. Then the other employee said "no we can we just need to write it up", and explained how. Then the other employee said to me well we cannot do it now and he didn't know how soon because they had a two hour wait. I told them I didn't have a problem with the wait but I did not appreciate how rude they were especially the tone and just left. I spent my money elsewhere. What has happened to Customer Service?

I had four new tires I bought from Walmart mounted here. The tires came in quickly, and the staff was friendly. They had me in and out pretty quick (I made an appointment ahead of time). Unfortunately, I began to experience issues immediately with my car vibrating at higher speeds. I brought the car into my usual place, and they informed me that the tires were not balanced correctly when they were mounted. In the future, while I will purchase tires here, I will have them mounted at my usual place. I cannot recommend Walmart Auto and Tire Center.Service: Tires

2.5 hours for 4 tires and an oil change, tires are out of balance , tpms was never reset , asked for new wiper blades and they were not replaced until I reminded them.Very slow , I do not recommend at all .Services: Tires, Oil change

I've been to this Mason St. Walmart auto center on several occasions. Each time was a hit or miss whether they would or could do the job (or not). This time is my LAST trip to this auto center. My car developed a bad shake in the right front tire. The tires were originally bought at this same store three summers back. The Walmart service tech balanced my front tires and told me everything was good. I asked if there were any broken belts in the front tire, it shook really bad. He said no he didn't see anything and it balanced good. On the drive home it still shook, I took the car to a local auto repair shop and they laughed and said, "come look at this" With the car suspended on the lift the front tires wobbled like an egg. Their mechanic said "All the belts in these tires are broken, you need new tires". I used to have confidence in Walmart auto centers but not any longer.Services: Tires, Auto battery maintenance, Auto tire replacement

Had an appt for 10 AM, got to the appt 10 mins early was told by the associate, it should be an hour to an hour and a half. It s going on 2 hours and the tires are not on the car when I asked if my car was almost done, I was told the technician had to use the bathroom ok??? Anyways, if you don t have time to sit and wait, don t botherService: Tires

Too busy to even test a battery.My battery was dead on my vehicle and I was asking about a warranty because the battery was less than a year old. I was told that I would either have to bring the vehicle in and leave it until they had time to look at it (about 3 or 4 days) or drop the battery off and they would look at it 3-7 days later. I can't be without a vehicle for that long for a battery testing. Don't buy their cheap batteries here. Go get and Interstate battery.When asked why it would take so long for a test I was told that they are busy. I get that, but the attitude was rude and demeaning. Would not go here for anything other than getting parts.

I bought four brand new tires from there several months ago, one of my tires was going low and thought I could get in to get it looked at. I was told they don't take appointments for that and that I could try my luck coming in and waiting to see if someone could fit me in. My tires were under warranty and I think they should have found a way to get me in quickly. I waited over 3 and 1/2 hours and finally had my tire fixed and left. I was never told sorry for the wait and it was a horrible experience.

Friendly staff, affordable, best to drop your vehicle off in the morning due to there only being Walk in Appointments only. I went on a Monday and to have all 4 tires put on, my vehicle was ready in 3 hours. I arrived around 1pm. So not too bad. If you're not the patient type, I would suggest this is not the place for you.

I came in a 7am to get 4 tires. There was 1 guy ahead of me. They told me 1-2 hours. After 1 hour and 45 minutes the staff asked me if I could come back at noon due to appointments. Overall it took almost 5 hours to buy tires. Next time I will pay more for better service and integrity with service times. I will never use this service again. Fits the pattern of the Walmart experience.

I had an outstanding experience servicing my vehicle at this location. The staff was extremely friendly and thoughtful, kudos to Kristen, Stuart, William and Amie. I'm female with low auto knowledge, I came in thinking I needed one service ($190 value) but my assesment was incorrect, and I actually didn't need it. I was so impressed with their honesty, I left saving a lot of money, better informed and with a correct assessment. The wait time was reasonable, but regardless, the feeling of being treated with respect and honesty was one of the best experiences. I highly recommended!

Super slow. I don't blame the staff. You can only do so much short staffed. I am usually a very patient person but when my appointment is for 1pm and i am thereuntil 230 when I was told 45 min I got a little irritated. I live 20 miles away and still had to pick up my child from school. So if you get your tires done here make sure to allow PLENTY of time for anything else you have to do.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR CAR SERVICES. I came in at 3:19, waited about 20 mins for the customer in front of me to be helped and another 20 after that to get set up for an oil change and free tire rotation (since I bought my tires there). Once it was said and done they told me an hour and 15 minutes approx, we came back after that amount of time and they were not done with my oil change yet and told me another half hour for my tires to be rotated. It was almost 6 o clock! 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours is ridiculous for an oil change!!!! I told them to cancel the tire rotation and that I had somewhere I needed to be. Took another 10-15 minutes before I was able to pay and leave. They talk, walk, and work slow. And NOBODY apologized for the wait. Ridiculous. Save your time and go somewhere else!

Good prices, and the end product is good. They are very slow and have interesting rules about using tools. The handle of the pulley to open my hood broke off, and they went use a pair of pliers to pull the thing that's left, so I have to do that vehicle somewhere else.It is convenient to have it in-store, so if the deals are worth the wait to you, it's still a good option.

I only had to get a tire patched and they did extremely well with how busy they were that day. Gave me a call when it was all done, cheap and easy fix.

Waited for one customer ahead of me for twenty minutes for him to be helped for simple oil change, simply slow and not quite friendly customer service first off. Long story short took my vehicle to Fleet Farm where it was taken care of with no problems immediately. I wouldn t even take my kids big wheel to Walmart for repair!

Went to get two tires replaced and oil changed. Four hour wait which was fine, didn't need the car at the time. When car was done, come to find out they were unable to replace my tire cause lug nuts were seized. Had to take to another shop.

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. There employee told me that the last person who put an oil filter in put the wrong size in and it got stuck. I ve only had it changed at the dealer and they never had a problem. They pushed my car in the parking lot and told me I had to get it towed! Never ever bring your car here. Not worth any savings. I don t think I ll ever step foot in Walmart again!
