The staff is very friendly and they communicated with me in ways I easily understood regarding what my Kia needed. They explained everything thoroughly to me before starting work, and all throughout the work they did too. They re very knowledgeable and did quality work. They re professionals who put my mind at ease; which is terrific! I really appreciate each person who helped me and will be taking my Kia there as needed.

The staff was friendly and answered any questions concerning the reason I brought my vehicle in. Afterward, the staff walked through what they found and follow on services they recommend for best performance. The staff did not push for any additional services. I did not expect the service I brought my vehicle in for to take 2 hours and would have appreciated an estimated time for completion or follow up the service was taking longer than expected.

After waiting 90 minutes for a oil change, which i found odd. I start to read reviews of this place and I'm immediately in fear.Apparently this is a known slum shop that will purposely cause issues to your vehicle while doing a oil changeSo now I'm hoping i wouldn't be another victim to this shady scummy businessWell i was not lucky cause now my car is making a severe grinding noise when hitting the breaks and i can ensure you it wasn't before.So i walk back in and ask what did you do to my car and the response i get was we only changed the oil sir. A oil change don't take 90 minutes in any universe when you have a scheduled appointment. His other answer for my breaks grinding was it was wet outside like i wasn't just driving in the rain all day..you can't be seriousWell it is a day later and not wet outside and the grinding is worst then yesterdayThis is a brand new car with only 46k miles on it and i should not ever be having car issuesI am very upset but it is a lesson learned to always read reviews even if you are just getting a simple oil change

While they had my car in for the alignment, they managed to snap off one of the adjuster bolts in the back end, then they ended up haveing to replace the bushing, which wasn't even replaced with the right bushing to begin with. You can see how they cut it off to shorten it and then they (cut off) a support mount on my rear sub fram brace and then (welded) it back in once they were all finished doing whatever it was they all did in there. So I'm going to have to replace the whole rear sub fram , because this one is junk now. It'll never pass my DOT inspection who's gonna have to pay for that? Who's gonna eat that cost? I'm probably gonna end up haveing to eat that cost. And then to make matters worse now there's a vibration back there and the whole back end of the car sway going down the highway. And even after all of that the steering wheel sill isn't straight, Which is what it went in for originally to begin with , was to have the front end realigned.

Took the vehicle in the morning to appleton and back. Had an appointment at 11am for an allignment. Brought the car in at said time and told them reason for it needing the alignment. Was in a car accident from previous owner. Didn't tell them i had the two front tires changed the day before because alignment is off for the front only the back tires stayed the same since the day i bought the vehicle. Waited until 3:32pm and received no calls regarding my car. Strange?? So i called them asking about my vehicle. They tell me they are just pulling it in right now. Wow, so booked appointment at 11 and didnt get the car looked at until i called. So I said thats ok. They tell me they will be able to get it done before they close shop.... waited until 4:42pm before i got a call to go back to pick up the car. They said i have an oil leak from valve cover gasket and oil pan, they even showed me. It had oil all over the oil pan. Funny thing is i know i did an oil change roughly 900 miles ago. No oil leaks when i did the change. Plus the oil all over the oil pan was fresh new oil (weird right). Also i have bad rear shocks that need to be changed out soon. They didn't do the allignment but charged me for the inspection (i agreed too the inspection fee). Got the vehicle back from them and checked oil levels right away since with a leak as bad as they shown and said i should be low on oil. Oil level is still full. All in all don't go to them for repairs. A little shady. Dont plan on going back. Stay away guys if you dont want to be scammed. Bad work ethics holding my car that long and doing nothing until i called with appointment. If anything take you're vehicle somewhere else.

My tire popped from a loose wire in the road. I made an appointment with Tires Plus online the next day for them to plug it. They plugged the hole and even put my spare tire in a bag when they put it back in my backseat so it wouldn t dirty my seats which was very thoughtful of them. The only downside was that it took them longer then they said it would take but other then that their customer service was great and I would recommend this Tires Plus location for flat tire repairs.

Called for a wheel alignment yesterday and was told they couldn't squeeze me in that day. I asked about the following day. The lady says Sure and proceeded to ask when I wanted to schedule as they had times at 10 am, 11 am, 1 pm, 2pm. She listed all these to me. I asked for something around 3 pm. Im told No problem . An hour and a half later I get a call telling me that can t get me in that day and would I like to reschedule for Friday. I declined because I m curious as to what happened in 1.5 hours that you had a bunch of slots open and suddenly didn t.

I called and they had tires on hand for my car. They were able to get me I. As soon as I could get there, and was 400 less than the dealership!!While I was there the gentleman at the counter tried his hardest to find tires for another customer's vehicle before bad weather came in. He really cared about this family's safety!

Customer service is very poor here don t do as they say unfortunately this is the only authorized repair place in network for Carvana and they can t take care of the concern and needs to go to dealer. The service writer was suppose to call into the warranty company to tell them it need to go to a dealer to be fixed. Also we had an appointment for noon and car wasn t even brought in until a hour after the appointment.

Went in for a slow leak. The rep told me this place was really busy and I would have to leave my car there or come back the next day. I told him that I'd think about it cause I still need my vehicle to get around. I Googled tire repair and Mr. Tire was just down the street. I got it done at Mr. Tire in less than 30 minutes, and they were also busy too. This experience just shows you who cares more about their customers.

Worst place to go, took my car in for an oil change, valve cover gasket, and sway bar links. They had my car for 8 hours and all they did was an oil change and i had to reschedule. They have all my warranty info and everything they needed. I just dropped my car off and they needed my warranty info again and the man gave me attitude. Will never go back.

Had an appointment at 9am so dropped off my vehicle at 9 but when I called to get an update at 2pm they said ohh we re working on it now . Then why did you make an appointment for me at 9am?..poor poor time management.

Spent 1000 bucks on disc's and breaks. My suv came back in way worse shape. Front tire ready to fall off. Do not take your vehicle to these morons. They absolutely trashed the front end of my ford edge. What was an estimated 3 grand in repairs will now cost me about 8 grand to get fixed by the right people. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR. Worst experience ever .Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Went in to get a new tire and they fixed it right up. Unfortunately after leaving, my car's brake lines were completely leaking fluid, but I didn't realize that was the issue until about 3-4 hours later. I was able to get home with some pressure on my brakes, but fluid was leaking up my driveway and eventually pooling under my car in the garage. I took my car back out and the resistance for braking was almost nothing and I took it right back. I was told it would cost $700 to fix.It was an older car, but was braking perfectly fine prior to this work being done, no leaks, etc. and nothing was offered to be done, or any ownership that this could have happened there. Nice people, but a really unfortunate experience that I am left to handle now.Service: Tires

Ordered tires online/ set up an appointment. Got a call early in the morning while I was still sleeping saying they couldn t make the appointment. Called them back asking for a refund oh no we can t issue that you have to call this other number. Came in for a 4 wheel alignment and my car was pulling really bad to the right. I picked my car up when they called and said it was done and it was pulling worse. They told me they had no more time for me that day and to bring it back the next day. I brought it back in the next day and it took them over 5 hours with my car I went and got it and it was still the same and pulling really bad. They then made us bring it in a third time and it still isn t fixed. $120 down the drain. Will never come here again.

I went in because my brakes were squeaking, and I thought they needed work.The guy was honest with me and told me that my brakes were perfect, and that no worked needed to be done.They didn t push me to do something that didn t need to be done, and only charged me for the all over look over that I asked for!Awesome guys!

TLDR: Amazing service!On New Years Eve we were preparing our car for a cross country drive home with our infant son and went to inflate the tires when the stem to the tire broke! The tire started to leak air and we could not figure out how to fix it ourselves. We had a spare, but did not trust it to drive across the country. We called around to numerous tire stores and car maintenance facilities, but few were open on New Years Eve and none we able to fit us in on short notice - except Tires Plus! They were able to look at the tire and replace the broken stem right away! We were so thankful! And to make things even better, they did not even charge us for the repair! He just wished us a Happy New Year and we were on our way! We were shocked to find such GREAT service on such short notice. Thank you again Tires Plus!Service: Tires

Not happy with the new exhaust system I had them put on. It rattles and I can smell exhaust. With my schedule its hard to make an appointment in a reasonable time span. Had other work done and no complaints.

I've been going to this location for all of my oil changes and they are always professional and handle things in a timely manner. They even took care of making sure my service was paid for through my Vehicle Service Contract. Never had any issues with this location.

I worked with/spoke to both Mario and Andrew. They were so friendly and helpful. One of my tires had lost air so I brought it in on a Sunday so they would look at it. I could tell they were busy and they stayed late to make sure everyone's car got finished. Great service- Thank you

When I was in bind and needed a repair quickly, they squeezed me and repaired my vehicle. Customer service was good despite how busy they were. I did wait a while, but they were busy.Edit: Had to go back up there 4 days later because they didn't torque the replaced sway bar link correctly. In the process of replacing my struts, they need to take off the windshield wiper arms. They didn't tighten one down correctly and it stripped. They didn't want to own up to it and replace it.

This was the first time I have used this company for an oil change. I called in the morning and got in the same day. You can't be a hurry here. It took over an hour for a standard change, no extras. Not sure if it had to do with not enough help right now or if this is standard wait time. I need a special additive in my oil so I was pleasantly surprised with price. Clean, comfortable waiting area. You may have to do a U-turn to get to the entrance because of a median. Service clerk was pretty busy but remained pleasant throughout.

I had a screw in my tire. since I have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, I would need to replace all 4 tires. So, I prepared myself for a hefty bill. The gentleman that took my car into the garage came out and told me the screw was almost laying in the tire tread and didn t puncture anything. He checked all of my tires and said they were all in great shape. So instead of paying a lot for 4 new tires, I walked out without having to pay anything. Super honest shop, and I would come back if I need anything. The only negative is that it s super difficult to get to.

After an oil change, my wife was complaining about an oil smell coming from the front. I opened the hood, and realize what the problem was. Our technician from Tires Plus never closed the oil cap and got oil every where. We're lucky the car didn't catch fire while driving. Never will I come to this place again.

I went in to get the tie rods replaced on my vehicle and they had me wait almost half of the day... I was fine with the wait... prefer that over them being quick and not thorough.The actual issue came when I was leaving and heading back home. I noticed that the engine sounded louder than usual and the CEL light was come on: It was the first time since I had purchased the vehicle a few year prior for this to happen.So I call them again and the service manager, who was very polite and professional, told me to come right back. I was actually a little surprised that they didn't try to deny that the new symptoms had anything to do with the service they performed. (Might've been the only positive part of this entire experience.)When I got back, the technician that worked on my car walks over by me and asks me to open the hood...he didn't ask me to pull into a spot or shut my car off.It was almost as if he knew what the issue was... because he took the air intake hose and clamps it back on..!!!HE had undone the air intake unit at some point and forgot to reattach it... it happens......but there was no reason for them to have ever done that when I had gone in for a suspension issue!?!

Our alternator went out in the middle of a family vacation. They were one of the only places that had the part and could get it fixed the same day. Shout out to Cody for getting it fixed quickly so we could be on our way. Thanks to the whole team for great customer service during a stressful situation.

I'd seen a lot of older reviews for this TiresPlus on google while I was waiting for my SUV to get worked on, so I thought I might as well add my opinion. I actually ended up going to the wrong TiresPlus in Ashwab and the dude at the front was nice enough to call up the other store and tell them id be there late. When I got to the Main street store they were already waiting for me and had no issues with me being 15 minutes late. They took my car in for my tire repair, ended up needing a new tire all together but also my radiator fluids and fog lights were out after they did their courtesy check (which not gonna lie is awesome, didnt know they had a courtesy check) and the employee told me he could do a pressure check for $30 so I was like "Why not". All was set n dandy and they told me I just needed a coolant flush and a new tire, ended up gettin the tire done and ill go in withing the next two weeks to get that flush. Cory Anderson was great, great customer service agent, and the dude "Technician 3" did great with my tires. Overall Id seen some bad reviews of the place from awhile back with some serious negative reviews, but whatever they've done in the mean time to make the place better has my 5 stars any day of the week. Huge misconception of mechanics trying to scam you and all that, but at the end of the day the guys workin back there are just trying to make everyones lives easier. One mechanic is different from another, so of course everyones inspections are going to be different. Well done guys.
