Highly impressed with the new owner's credentials and professional service! Mike is an ASE Master Certified Technician who specializes in diagnostics. I stopped by without an appointment because my car was lagging in power. He took time from his lunch and fit me in. I ask a lot of questions, so he showed me the troubleshooting results from his diagnostic tool. He explained a complex issue in easy to understand terms. As a veteran owned company, he gave me a military discount when I showed him my military ID. Thanks Mike for your help!

Knowledgeable and welcoming staff! Communication was impeccable and the repair was expeditious! The crew dropped everything they were doing to help push my overheating car into the lot, would definitely use this repair shop again. Fair pricing, great turn around time!

I recently had my VW Jetta serviced at Ron's, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The staff were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. My car was repaired efficiently and effectively, and I felt confident in their expertise every step of the way. I'll definitely be returning for any future car maintenance needs. Highly recommended!

We contacted Ron and his crew to help us as we were two hours from home - on our way to see Disney on Ice with our kiddos. There was a mishap with our caliper/rotors, which made our vehicle not driveable. These guys were able to help us out and not only had our car towed and to the shop within 30 minutes of it happening, but also got it fix within the same day. Kyle spent the afternoon getting it ready for the road again for us. Hands down some of the best customer service we have dealt with in a very long time. Affordable prices, minimal stress, and overall great people. Thank you guys again!!

Bergstrom quoted me $4300 to fix what they thought was a transmission leak. I take my car to Ron's Repair, and they correctly diagnosed my oil leak issue for free. I ended up paying less than half of what Bergstrom quoted to get it fixed. I would do business with Ron's Repair over a dealership any day.

My family and I are from Michigan and my car was not starting. Mike got us right in and diagnosed the problem. Lucky for us it wasn t major but we are so very thankful for the honesty that Mike showed us. He also did not charge us for his time. If you re in the area Ron s Automotive is highly recommended! I can't begin to properly express how wonderful Ron and his staff are, but I'll try my best. I was in Ashwaubenon/ Green Bay from out of town on business when my truck overheated and nothing I tried helped. I was completely alone, and as a single mom with a broken hand, I have to admit, I was a bit afraid. I showed up at Ron's with tears in my eyes, and Ron came to my rescue, literally. He dropped everything and got to work on my truck. Ron even went out of his way and asked if I was hungry and ran got me some lunch while his tech stayed and removed the old parts on my truck. Who does that? Ron does! They completed the job replacing my water pump, belt and thermostat in a very timely fashion. Ron's prices were also the best I've ever seen and the customer service was beyond anything I would have ever remotely expected. After the job was completed, Ron took every measure to ensure my truck was fixed and safe for me to drive the three hours home. Honestly, by the time I left, they all felt like family. I feel truly blessed to have found Ron's. I actually plan to come back to Green Bay with my kids to enjoy the city and have both my daughter's vehicle and my vehicle's maintenance done at Ron's while we are there. I cannot recommend Ron's enough. THANK YOU, Ron!!!!! You truly are THE BEST in the business, and you have ours from now on!!!

CROOK do not go here. Brought my car in for overheating paid him to fix it 600. When I get it back half my stuff wasn't even put back in car(engine covers). And 20 mins later what you know it overheats and I take it back he just says huh. Use to b stand up guy now become typical CROOK mechanic. Even his own mechanics were complaining about him how he makes them look like fools.Taking to civil court!!
