Had to bring my car into them twice this summer to get my AC fixed. Spent over $500 and had to be without a car for a few days, and it still blows hot air. Tried bringing it back in and they said there s nothing they can do. While I trust that they put a lot of effort into trying to make it work, very disappointing that my car is still blowing hot air after spending that much money on it.Service: Air conditioning

The only auto mechanic I trust! I have taken my cars to many locations throughout the years, but since moving up to Green Bay and finding Chad at Rabideau's, I've never taken it anywhere else and never will. Honest, upfront, and does great work. Very thankful and have told many people about him. Highly recommend!

My car was leaking antifreeze pretty bad and wouldn t have been able to make it home to get it worked on. I am very hesitant when it comes to going to auto shops because my dad and uncle perform all of the mechanic work on my car. A coworker highly recommended Rabideau s and I m so happy she did!! Chad is amazing to work with!! He answered all of my questions, had a diagnosis within minutes for me and got my car in and out and didn t clear out my bank account! Will definitely be going back!

Joe and Jen run the BEST sales/service departments in the Green Bay area! Joe was extremely professional and fun to work with! Normally buying a vehicle is a rather stressful process, but not with Joe - he sells a quality product at a competitive rate. Check them out and see for yourself!

I was going to pursue a car at Rabideau s Auto and was very excited about buying a Malibu LTZ. Joe helped me out, stayed in great contact with me, and was very personable. He was honest and very helpful in my journey to invest in a new car. Although I did not buy from Joe, I appreciate the wonderful customer service he had brought to the table. That goes a long way for customers like me.

I was referred to Rabideau's by Jim Knopf to get my daughter's transmission fixed. Joe was great to work with and Jenny did an absolutely amazing job on getting the vehicle back up and running correctly and in a short period of time! I would recommend them to all my family and friends!

Great people and great service! They replaced the engine in my SUV, and I haven't had any problems. The replacement was quick and the price was very fair.

I can't speak for the car dealership, but I can speak for their excellent service repair shop and they do a an excellent job! I have brought my car into Chad, a few times, in the past year and a half. I can tell you he does a great job. He is ethical and honest. The price is always fair and he has gone above and beyond a couple times. I have a Volvo S60 and finding a place to service a Volvo, the correct way, is not an easy thing. I have had shops but tires on backwards, oil change places not having correct filters, and etc.. Chad, at Rabideau's Auto, is on top of his game.The only thing when you call in to the main number, they cannot transfer you so you need a pen handy to write down a number to call. Or you could just drop by and speak with Chad like I did on my first time.

I love Joe Rabideau. The last time we did business with him was over 4 years ago and I still rave about him any chance I get. I especially appreciated Joe after doing business with the guy (Dan?) at M-R Motors on Packerland. It was after dealing with Dan's malicious salesmanship that has made my experience with these two men live on with me for 4 years. I hope good things happen to Joe because he is truly a good man.

1 star only because ZERO isn't an option.Long story, but to summarize: we took our car to get thermostat changed. Chad and his crew didn't put hose clamp back on.... engine dies. They wouldn't stand behind their work. It cost me $800 to get fixed. I would never trust this shop ! BEWARE... If anything goes wrong don't expect them to stand behind their work....

Joe was quite rude today. I've talked with him a time or three -- always pleasant. Today, I asked about a car (we're in the market) but he must have thought I was just going to waste his time.I would have liked to deal with him -- My daughter was very happy with him when she bought a car there.We don't buy a car very often, but when we're ready-- we're ready.Your loss, Joe ..... That Ford Edge was in our price range.

I have bought a vehicle from Joe and have all of my service done here as well. Joe and Chad always give honest and fair options for all of my service needs, as well as the great vehicle that I purchased. This is the only place I go to for my vehicle needs!

The salesman didn t even acknowledge our presence until my stepfather drove up. Then he said he thought we were waiting for a bus. We were no where near the bus stop. We were looking at a Jeep and we were ignored. Thank you for Ignoring us though. We ended up getting a really really nice car at Wisneski s on Packerland.

Can't say enough good things about this place... Rather than try to explain- let me tell you that I have sent my daughter here, my father, brothers and sisters, and friends and ALL of them have been VERY pleased and returned... Joe (Owner/Sales)is engaging and often brutally honest... He won't waste your time but won't tolerate being jerked around by tire kickers... Chad (Service/Repair) is AMAZING... 100% honest, efficient, and reliable... Trust him completely- he has always been accurate with diagnosis, and time and price estimates... He also saved me almost $2k when he was honest about the repairs needed after another local shop tried to screw me about necessary repairs... These guys are awesome and have a customer for life...

I have not purchased a car from Rabideau's but I have worked with Chad in service. I can speak wonders of Chad and his knowledge of all makes of vehicles and his passion to help people. Chad is my go-to guy for service now. I called and gave him short notice on an oil change and without a second thought he was willing to help me out. Thanks for your help Chad and Rabideau's.

Only had one person working who was unknowledgeable and rude. Only cared about making a sale and did a poor job at that. Would not do business with them and would advise others against it. The vehicles looked poorly maintained as well.

Really like their service center...Chad runs that part of the operation and we always go here for our repairs.
