First and foremost, I am not a fan of Bergstrom. Bad dealings with them in Oshkosh. Yes, this is now a Bergstrom dealer. Having said that, I have to say things went better than they have in the past.Service dept was very outgoing! I was amazed. I wasn't treated like a number as was my previous Berg experience. GoGreat job by all!

They told me my vehicle would be done at 12:45, at 1pm I still hadn t heard anything. I went and asked the cashier and was told I wouldn t know, go ask Brandon with the wave of her hand. Never telling me who or where Brandon is/was. So I approached 3 male workers chatting in the bay and said I was told 12:45 and it s now 1 the guy who answered me was rude and short with me. I obviously interrupted their little chat, he said for what? rolling his eyes. I told him, and he said go down there and pointed at a different guy all the while acting totally put out that I asked for help. When I found Brandon he was helpful and explained they were running short handed and offered to give me and ride somewhere, but by then the damage was done. By then 4 employees had been rude to me, and the 3 males had made me feel stupid and annoying. Who treats people that way, let alone CUSTOMERS? I had never been there before and instead of treating me with kindness or even basic customer service skills I was made to feel stupid for wondering why my oil change was taking over 1 hour 45 minutes. They did call me 15mins later to come get my truck and did not charge me, which is whatever at this point. Too little too late. You do not treat people like that. I had no problem paying for my oil change and I understand being short handed but communicate that from the beginning and don t treat your customers so rudely when you don t. We will NEVER do business with this establishment again.Service: Oil change

New to area, stopped in for oil change and tire rotation. Recently installed winch on truck and asked to speak to tech about issues connecting power.Sta in lounge for over an hour. No one came to speak with me. Asked an employee what the status was. He asked my name, twice, second time after absence.No response for 15 minutes. Tracked him down myself, in shop. He directed me to another desk. More waiting in lounge. Finally the original person I spoke with tells me I would have to make an appointment with service desk for winch but oil change is done after over 2 hours.Why was I not told of a different appointment needed for winch? Why was this not handled at same time? Is taking your truck in for service now like going to the doctor? "You need to be refered to a specialist for that" kind of thing??? This is a truck.Not sure if I will go back.Service: Oil change

I was there at 7am this morning for an oil change. The service was efficient and friendly this morning.Jason L was the service advisor this morning helping me and he was able expedite the appt smoothly.Thank you for continued excellent service and support!I definitely recommend Broadway!!

Prices seemed a bit steep seemed to have different service levels but didnt explain it very well not to mention NO weekend hours. To me sat morning would be best time to have service. Their loss,of business, must be nice to be making that much off people to not have to work weekends!!!!
