Came in at the last minute to get a tire fixed. They jumped on it right away and made sure it got done same day. Super helpful staff. I really can t say enough good things about my experience. Would recommend them anytime.

They were a little more expensive than Costco but they could get me in. Costco was really a pain to make appointments or cancel appointments and they are two or three weeks out. They were going to do an alignment but they checked it and it was fine so they didn't do an alignment and didn't charge me. Costco never mentioned an alignment. And on the car that we did get the tires for an alignment is usually recommended or at least checked. It was worth the extra money compared to Costco

Pomps on Cedar Street is great! They always take good care of all my tire needs! They are professional and courteous. I wouldn t go anywhere else!

Customer service was good time. It took to replace three tires was fantastic.Only thing that caught me off. Guard was the extra charges that should ve been discussed prior to the service being provided. No one likes surprises.

I was very happy to with how fast I was able to get an appointment. I called in the morning, and there was a 1 pm. Appointment open. They had my Tires in their warehouse, and I took the Appointment. Was there 10 minutes early. My vehicle was not taken in until 1:50 pm. That's the only complaint I would have. Otherwise, I am Happy with the service, and Happy with getting my new Skins on my GMC. I definitely needed them for Winter. The price was pretty much the Best around.

The wait was very long compared to service persons estimate of 1.5 hours but more like 3 hours. I am still satisfied with their service.

They got me in right away when another tire place canceled. The guys were very helpful and fun. Thanks to the lady employee who helped me into the building.

I called with a slow leaking tire. They were able to get me in the next day. They repaired my leak quickly and at a fair price. When I have tire issues I will come back. I recommend you do the same.

I went in recently for a tire rotation. Bought my tires at Pomps East in late April 2023 with the tire plan that allows free rotation. Super deal. They also check car over thoroughly. Kelley is my main service person. Since 1994. Outstanding honest and knowledgeable person. I refer him and Pomps to all my associates. A lot of them tried Pomps with Kelley as the lead and they all still go to him. Great place for tires , brakes, tune up and all engine issues

Kelly provides exceptionally professional/knowledgeable service. He had the replacement part for my wipers ready when I arrived. And, since I now walk with a walker , he helped me in/out of the building and made sure I safely stepped up/down the curb.

The staff was able to get me in same-day and didn't speak down to me due to being a female (other shops have previously). I told them what I wanted and they were able to provide me with great tires. Installation did take almost 2 hours which was a long time to wait around with an infant and toddler, but they did have a nice kids' table and chairs with crayons and coloring pages.The only thing that would make it better would be free snacks and drinks. There was a vending machine for drinks and the coffee wasn't ready when I got there, so having the staff make coffee and keep it filled would've been nice.

Kelly was helpful and called when the tires were in. Thought I would have received warranty paperwork since the tires have a 65,000 warranty??

Kelly S. provided absolutely outstanding customer service! He went up and above to help us save money on a very bad day. He completely turned us around from feeling horrible, to feeling thankful for his caring customer service. This is EXTREMELY hard to find lately, however an old school, friendly, respectful, and genuine concern for the customer is exactly what Kelly gave us. Thanks again Kelly!

Hadn t been back to Pomp s since I got my G80 Genesis, since all maintenance is covered. But I needed an oil change before heading out on a trip and couldn t get in to the dealer.So I called Pomp s and got the familiar first rate service that I had over the 15 years I had been there in the past.Thank you!

I arrived at Pomp s 15 minutes early which worked out good. Apparently my tires hadn t been ordered and needed to be picked up at the warehouse a short drive away. It may have taken a few minutes longer to wait but in the end it wasn t bad. Great service as expected. Tires a balanced excellent. The service under the circumstances was top notch. I had a 75 mile trip to home and when I got here it checked my lugs to ensure proper torque. All 20 lugs were perfect just like the service I received from Pomp s.

Great customer service. Service manager personally drove out to get a tire from another location so I didn't have to make a second trip in. Very happy with work that was done.

Picked up a nail in left front tire. Called several places, all were over 1 week out. Called Pomp s and they got me in the same day. Fix in less that 1 hour. Very nice! Highly recommend Pomp s

Had a leaky tire an appointment for Friday. We were able to get the car there early and they were able to get it in and within an hour they had it done. wonderful!

Pomp's tire helped us out with an emergency wheel on one of our customers mobility scooters! They were able to help us the moment we got there no matter what they were doing and went above and beyond to get the repair done with good quality parts and service. Thank you again!
