I work at U Haul in downtown Green Bay, and would be absolutely dead in the water if it wasn't for Pomps. Hunter is FANTASTIC. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I really appreciate them!

Noticed my boat's trailer tires weren't looking the greatest. How I over looked it is beyond me. Was headed out on a 4 hour trip north and noticed the cracks in the tires. Called around and Pomp's East was the only one who could get me in within an hour. They had to order the tires quick. I showed up and they replaced them very quickly. They were absolutely awesome! Thank you for getting me in so last minute before we left for our trip that afternoon!!! Life savers! I will be back!

There's way more ego than skill here! Had the guy tell me how he's been doing tires for 20 year an they can change my tires cuz its a 22 on a milled 22.5 so went down the road to Goodyear an they had no problem the guy with 2 month experience an a real manager with 10 years in an out in 45 minutes

Pomps is the place to go if you need a repair or a new tire for your big rig. I was in and out in less than an hour. Make sure you come in through the front on main Street and you drive straight up to the bays.Super nice and they even have coffee

shop manager shouldn't be in customer service. Not sure if there is a drinking problem or just a mean person but the idea that we are paying to be treated this way is pretty crazy. Find a better place to get your equipments tires replaced.

Been here 5 or 6 times now. Normally oil change and tire rotation takes about a hour. Today it took 2 hours. I had an appointment for 3:15 showed up at 3:10. It took until 5 and I was rushed out the door so they could close.

They always know how to treat there costumers with respect and explain things to them if they don't understand.

I just stop by for consultation, and Scott was so professional and helpful, really get into explaining me what's the problem and how to fix it. More guys like him in this industry are more than necessary.
