My neighbor Ken calls this place his auto store. He shared his experience there with me. He had a broken distributor cap tab. Rather than place the repair part costing just over $30.00, that they have on the shelf right there, they charged him $900.+ for a new distributor, cap and rotor. He s 76 years old, and, does nothing but good for others! I ve stopped into their store for various items, they are not hurting for business I assure you. That is just shameful. Besides, the vehicle was working just fine with the c-clamp holding the cap in place when he dropped it off there. One of the workers there even offered to buy his truck from him for $1000.00. Give me a break. That s worse than disgraceful. I won t go further than this letter, Google reviews have worked well for me. I hope this sends the message to those whom understand that just wasn t right. That man should be contacted by o'reilly auto 2438 W Mason St, Green Bay, WI 54303 and refunded his money.

Went in for engine diagnostics test, as my service engine light was on. The dude said I just needed regular maintenance after asking if it was a service engine light or check engine light. While that sounds good & all (which is why I didn t fight I think), I know my car, & i wish I would ve told him (& the girl there also) that this light has guided me to issues in the past, no other light. It s blinked before, given code readings before, etc. I did mention it s the only light that I ve seen in regards to my engine. But I was pretty much dismissed by the young pair who just told me to get routine maintenance without checking anything. After an oil change, went to autozone & got the code I needed, bad 02 sensor. Thanks for nothing i understand it s your field of expertise & all, but maybe don t basically walk me off the lot into somewhere else.

Was super busy the times I ve went but the staff are always so kind and helpful making sure everyone gets served the best they can. The location is pretty convenient too if you need to stop other places. The oil is insanely overpriced though.

I read the reviews and thought ok it seem pretty friendly with awesome results.. let me check it out..I went to the auto shop in the back only to get profiled and not be served the same experience on these reviews.. from that moment he profiled me I knew he was not interested in fixing my car especially when I went there for an estimate in which he gave no price and shows me a hole that seem to gotten bigger than what it was before he took it back than tells me to junk my car.. I was hoping that when I went to another place they would tell me the same thing to give them benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately it only confirmed that he didn't want to help me because they gave me an estimate and it's also fixable..how dare u profile and misinform.. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone..

They keep trying to sell me something else and more expensive. Why are they advertising a product that they won't sell you? Disappointing, this was my goto store. Back to the competition brand

For the most part they are good and some what knowledgeable but I almost never leave with everything needed. Sometimes the people working are trying to experts too much and over step.

This O'Reilly store was Extremely helpful and friendly. The staff let us borrow tools to fix our Sprinter van in the parking lot. We were traveling through from Illinois and they helped us when we found ourselves in a Pinch. Thank You and God Bless. Greg and Lisa Patterson.

This store and it's employees are some of the best around.An employee did a couple tests, which has helped me to diagnose a larger problem.Good stuff.

I really like O'Reilly Auto Parts! The employees are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! Their prices on most everything I've ever seen is very competitive to AutoZone's prices and they look nicer too

Went in for a part that another store called and said they had in stock. Drove across town to get the part and still had to wait 30 min for them to find it. It seams all the O'Reilly part stores up north Wisconsin are very disorganized.

Had to take a starter back no problem he gave us a coupon and our order totaled about 36.00 and ended paying 5.something. very nice.

Very helpful and very knowledge crew at this location. And oddly enough, had a right rear caliper for a 2000 Jetta and saved our butt!!! Great place to have a great auto parts store !!!! I stop there often.

Always a fun place to stop for the light bulb your vehicle needs and to hear the employees banter back and forth with each other. I wish I could be a fly on the wall there sometime.

The lady didn't know how to use the battery tester. Points for trying to be helpful, but can't help if u don't know how to operate a simple tester. I recommend advanced auto parts a lil ways east of military on mason

I am ashamed of Oriely's Auto parts store because they will not keep your records in there system for warranty purpose. So if you don't have your original receipt then you are out of luck. I purposely test their system and they can't find my records and when I finally pull out the my receipt then they have no choice but to replace the part. If I was an employees there, I would be ashamed to work for such place. Unless the employees are told to pretend of not finding anything in their system so they can make customers pay again for something that is under warranty. Always keep your receipts, if you have life time warranty.I test AutoZone and they always have my records. Even if you change your phone number, as long as you still remember it, they will retain your records. So AutoZone will gets all or most of my business unless I can't find it anywhere then will I use Oriely's Auto part store.Test their system and see if they have changed or not. This review is to help Oriely's Auto to be better for their customers abd be a more honest business.So ashamed and I am not sure if the employee is ashame or embarrassed, probably not because he doesn't even apologize when I pull the receipt out of my pocket. I think he is told not to find anything in the system so customers would have to pay for the part all over again.

Had them test a car battery. They said it was bad.Took the "bad" battery to fleet farm that also tested it.It was a good battery. They charged it for free, we took it home and the car started right up.
