If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely unprofessional. Walked in to see if could get help finding a shorter belt. Granted yes there was only one person working so I understand having to wait a few minutes. But waiting almost 15 minutes, no one even acknowledged the fact that there. This isn t the first this this place has done this either. What a complete joke. Usually napa stores are supposed to be better than most auto parts stores. Last time I ll ever shop this place. C

I would give less than one star if I could. I called and asked if they made custom hydraulic hoses. They said yes no problem we even have tons of fittings so I m sure we can set you up in less than 30 minutes . So I ran right over with the broken parts for them to match. When I walked in I was the only customer there. Three employees were sitting there and I held up the broken hoses and asked who can help make new hoses. They each tried to pawn it off on the other. So the loser looked at the hoses and said we don t have that hydraulic fitting. We can t make it up unless we know what fitting that is that goes into the hydraulic coupler. I said well if we had two wrenches we could pop this off and see. He said well I think we might have a wrench somewhere around here. Hey you re the boss he says to his one armed fellow employee who actually seemed to try to help me. He looked around for a wrench but was talking about one adjustable wrench and one pipe wrench and that is when I left. Seriously???

I Have to say that these people were amazing. Especially the handicapped dude. He sure knew his stuff. I really really appreciate the help he gave me. This guy should be high up in corporate. I live In Minneapolis but will be back to this NAPA often because of him. Also it was around 11:30 am on Christmas Eve and the guy helped me out so much with my wipers. Much love to you all. Just wow.

If you can go somewhere else please go. This store in packer land is only for white people , they don't like anybody else. I tried to get a part for my car, I know they have it because I saw that in their web page or you can order it but the guy sent me over O'Reilly in less than 3 minutes without even try to help customer.

This place has very great customer service. There was one man Jon, who had 1 hand, and this other guy Colton, and they were just incredibly helpful. I came in needing a few parts, and they worked together to go above and beyond to help me out. The store was not busy, so they went in depth and helped me find all of the things I needed. Throughout the entire experience I did not at all get the feeling that I get at many car stores like Auto Zone, the feeling that I should already know this or I'm dumb. They have gained a customer for life and I will tell everyone I know about how great they are.

Everything I ordered came in on time, there was one mix up with paint but they corrected it on their behalf and their dime and made everything right so no complaints. As far as the people inside they were very nice and it's nice to see Napa employing people with disabilities, awesome job.

Great place,if they don't have the parts they'll usually have the next day. The owner is a people person. Buy your parts here!

Ordered a part last week. He got my information. Called this morning found out it's in on the shelf to sell and never a call. Never going here again. Poor customer service.

Helpful staff. Not here to just make money. They care. And help to ensure you have the right stuff. And if they dont have it. They will do what they can to get it!

Did the reserve your part for pick up the next day online. Showed up next mourning to pick up order and was informed that they did not have the part I needed in stock even though the online website let me reserve it.

You pay for quality parts . So if they are a little more expensive than Auto Zone there is a reason .
