They did a nice job. A little hiccup at first, but they were transparent about it and the overall price was still very competitive and the quality of the work was definitely top-notch. I was impressed with the work and the detailing of my vehicle when I picked it up. Vehicle seemed like it was brand new at pick up. Would recommend them to all and would not hesitate to use them again.

Very knowledgeable team! They take the time to research part options and explain everything that is involved with getting your vehicle fixed and back on the road. Quality parts and service are part of their core competencies. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

If you want to go to a place waiting for a simple quote for over a month go for it! Brought my vehicle a month ago to get it quoted. Was told I'd get it that night. Nothing. Than I call Ray a week later, he says he'll get me that quote soon and wasn't sure what happened...two weeks later still nothing. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to using their services from what I've seen in the positive reviews. Disappointed in the broken promises.

MJ Collision is hands down the best car repair/auto shop we ve ever been to. Ray and team go the extra mile to ensure top notch, quality service and quality work. We appreciate the explanations, efficiency and the honesty. All of that combined makes for a job well done. We would recommend MJ Collision to everyone!

I was recommended here by a friend and they did an a amazing job on my custom painted car! Got it done in one day and cleaned the outside and inside of my car for me! I absolutely recommend them for any repair you need!

Very disappointed in my experience with MJ Collision. I had called them on a Friday to look at my vehicle for an overspray removal. They told me that they were too busy that day and I made an appointment for Monday at 8 am. They apparently did get unbusy as the day went on as my coworker who had the same issue called later that morning and they did tell her to come over right away. Anyways, Monday rolls around and I got there a little before 8. I was told that Ray had decided to pick up supplies on the way in (even though I had an appointment) and would I like to come back later. I didn't want to drive back so I waited since I live in Howard so I waited. It was almost 830 before he even showed up. While I was waiting the person behind the counter complained that they would probably have to be on the one to clay my vehicle clean which I found unprofessional. We were done around 9 and I was told that I would have an estimate later that day. It's now 2 1/2 weeks later and I'm still waiting for that estimate (as is my coworker who they saw that previous Friday). I felt like my repairs were blown off and it's fine if they weren't interested in the work or didn't want to do it - I wish they would have just said that upfront instead of wasting an hour of my time.

I had heard nothing but amazing things about MJ Collision from others in the past so I didn't hesitate to make an appointment with them when I needed body work and painting done to my Santa Fe. Ray was extremely personable and although he was extremely busy as a result of lots of hail damage in our area and supply chain issues causing part delays, he kept me in the loop on the status of my vehicle. He took care of everything with State Farm for my claim and was very professional throughout the process. When I picked up my vehicle he took the time to explain what had been done including going the extra mile to point out some codes that they had run and what they had meant. Also checked the car over and aired up tires including the spare! This shop is amazing and I would absolutely use them again in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my car into the shop back in January, they had it for an entire day. Was told they would have the estimate to me the next day. Called at the end of the week, said they thought they emailed it and would get it out to me. Called the following week with no return call. My fianc� went into the center and they told him they re not sure what happened but they would get it sent out. Well it s March now and after multiple messages left on their machine with no return call and no estimate still, I am taking my money elsewhere. Absolutely horrible customer service. Don t bring your vehicle there. Also had one of the employees ask if I wanted another dent on my bumper included in my estimate when he was looking at my car. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he showed me the dent on my WHEEL WELL. If you don t know the difference between a bumper and a wheel well yikes.

MJ Collision has been our go to since moving to De Pere 2011. My Pilot was cared for three times and always returned looking like NEW! The most amazing service though I must give a HUGE THANK YOU and shout out for was when my Cadillac was in a near totaled collision and MJ Collision saved her for me. Because of their hard work, patience, and collaboration with Insurance is why I still have my favorite car today, I am forever grateful!

Decided to try MJ Collision due to the good reviews and wanting to avoid the dealership. I needed the front and rear of the car repaired - a couple of decent sized dings and non-standard paint color. Ray was very kind and attentive and I truly feel he gave me a great deal. The car was gone a couple of days and I got a free loaner. When I picked up my car, it looked like new inside and out - yes they detailed the inside as part of the service. Amazing. I hope I don't need body work done again but if I do there's no way I will go anywhere else. Thank you MJ Collision Center!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After hitting a deer we tried using them to repair it. They were on on insurance recommended list and things started smooth. I thought the new owner was nice enough and seemed knowledgeable. After two months we had no estimate even though Ray repeatedly told us the parts were ordered etc.. When my wife stopped in to check on it it was very rude and demeaning towards her. Like how dare she stop in. (including eye roll) He did not even have an estimate or any parts ordered. Are insurance company picked up our car and removed them from their list. Turns out we were not the first complaint they had about them. DO NOT USE THEM!

After a collision, we went to MJ to get an estimate. They took the car right away and we left it overnight Monday so they had time to look at it. When we picked it up the Tuesday, we were told they would get us an estimate in a few days. It is now the next Tuesday and we still don't have an estimate. We have called and emailed many times but get the run-around. Each time we are told something like " I thought we sent you the estimate already" or " I will call you back in an hour or so" but never hear back from them. Now I am calling different places for estimates.

Heard good things about MJ Collision Center so I thought I would give them a try with damage after a small accident. Ray was great to work with and my car looks like new again. I can unconditionally recommend MJ Collision.The current supply issues and crazy inflation made this a difficult job from the beginning.The impact on me was minimal. Ray always kept me in the loop and provided me with a car to use.I m very pleased with the end result. They did an excellent job repairing a small dent on my hood left by a stone, it was like it never happened. Our car came back cleaner than when we left it. It took exactly the number of days they said it would and the price was comparable to other shops. The free loaner car was appreciated as well. If we ever have another issue, we will come back for sure.

My oh my where do I begin. First and foremost, I never write reviews but I felt the need to post for this business. I must say that Ray and his team are BY FAR one of the best body shops in Green Bay. I literally went to 4 other body shops and Ray was the least expensive by far. Not to mention, he gave me a nice discount because It wasn't an insurance claim AND he loaned me a vehicle at NO COST while my vehicle was being repaired. Additionally, when my vehicle was being repaired Ray contacted me because there was a manufacturer defect with my taillights. Ray told me I should contact the dealer asap so that it would be covered under manufacturer warranty considering I baught my vehicle brand new, and he was right it was covered under warranty. That being said, Ray not only saved me money for my repair, and a rental vehicle, but he saved me money for the repairs it would have costed me to take off my bumper and replace my taillights had my warranty been expired. I say that to say, thank you Ray you are THE BEST and I will definitely refer family and friends in the future. I appreciate your honesty and pray the good Lord continues to bless you.Service: Body & Trim

After a deer collision north of Green Bay, our insurance company directed our vehicle to MJ Collision. I was extremely pleased with the calm and professional response from Ray. He not only gave us a time frame for the repairs but also a very accurate assessment of the costs. When we picked up the highlander which was severely damaged earlier we could not tell that we had had an accident. He took the time to explain in detail what they had done and made sure that we were satisfied. The vehicle looks great and we are extremely satisfied. I would strongly recommend MJ Collision to anyone.

I was visiting family in the Green Bay area over Mother's day weekend and hit a deer. I live out of state and had no idea where I should have my body work done locally. Joe and team did an AMAZING job of not only making me feel confident about the work they were doing, but keeping me updated on the progress. When I picked up my car, it was beautiful and perfect. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. I was lucky enough that they were able to work me into their already full schedule. Anyone in the Green Bay area needing body work on their vehicle should definitely look to MJ Collision. Thank you again guys!

I was very stressed to say the least when someone backed up into me, but the staff here are absolutely fantastic! Got the estimate done quick and once I took my car in to be fixed I had it back in 2 days! Couldn t be happier with this place, will definitely be coming back if I need to! To make it even better they clean out your car for you :)

Overall great experience!!! I was nervous bringing my new Lexus in for body work after sustaining damage in Chicago. I appreciated the quality work. I would definitely recommend MJ's to anyone.

Most amazing body shop and and staff i have ever met in this field of work. They professionally fixed all my dents in my car with precision and done it all in a timely manner, the even took the skin of my all my dead relatives I have been saving and made a nice Necronamican skin wrap for my sweet 2012 Camero. A+ work fellas!

Fantastic work with phenomenal service! I needed some repairs done on very short notice and MJ Collision was able to come to my workplace, get the car, and return it all while I was at work! They also immaculately cleaned the car inside and out. Highly recommend

Awesome place to go!!!! It was BAD enough I damaged my car!!! But MJ Collision turned my bad day into a superior day.. they have a fleet of cars to rent!! They took my car in a week later after estimate told me to bring it on Tuesday and to pick it up on Thursday!! They went above and beyond!! The car was immaculate and there were a couple scratches that happened they filled those in my car was waxed it looked three times better than when I brought it in. They did exactly what they told me they were going to do they were very thorough. I would not look any further because it look like I never ran over a rock! I had a couple codes coming up all those are cleared my car is working better than it worked before. I have no complaints the best part they give you chocolate at the end LOL. They did an amazing job repairing the crunches on our car . I couldn't tell there was ever a problem. They did a detailed check of the car, found a number of issues that needed correcting, and fixed them. They also did a great job of cleaning the car inside and out before handing the key back to me.

I had my drivers side door nearly ripped off in a storm, which resulted in exterior damage and only being able to open and close my door about 18 inches and unable to latch the door shut. I stopped by to see what they could do, but I was in a time pinch due to work. They got me in right away and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. Best of all, they were nice enough to do it for free, which was totally unexpected by greatly appreciated! MJ is a great place with excellent service. This was my first time there, but I guarantee I will be returning in the future!

Shout out to MJ Collision Center in GB for taking amazing care of my pride and joy. My E92 M3.The roof looks beautiful! (A pretty major issue left for me by the previous owner .)Minimal swelling to the exposed carbon and minimal sanding needed, allowed them to save the look of the exposed carbon. I was mentally prepared to have to paint it black, and even had a wrap planned out in my head if it happened to go that route.I'm BEYOND impressed with these guys! Ray is awesome!( It was nice meet a fellow BMW enthusiast close by.)The clean-up afterwards was also very nice... and I'm VERY picky about my car lmao so that says alot. Kudos to them for doing such a nice interior clean up. 10/10 Would recommendService: Body & Trim

We brought in our truck after it hit a black bear going highway speeds. We were slightly in a time crunch as we were hoping to trade in the vehicle later in the week and MJ Collision got our job done quickly. They didn't have to accommodate our schedule, but they worked it in somehow. When we picked up the truck, it looked as good as new and somehow they were able to straighten the license plate that was one crinkled mess!I can't speak highly enough for MJ Collision Center for their service and how wonderfully they worked with our insurance company. Hopefully I don't need to visit MJ's anytime soon, but if I find myself in the spot of needing something fixed, I know MJ's is where I will be going!

They did some work for me on my truck, for some minor damage from a run in with a pole. The work they did was excellent, and the truck came back cleaner than when I bought it from the dealer. I wish they would run a car wash, seriously, it looked like a different truck, it was immaculate. Anyway, if I have any more run-ins with my poor truck I will contract them again. They also had some loaner cars, which was very helpful for me.

MJ Collision Center did a 5-star job on the repairs and 5-stars on service. Glenn's Towing works closely with MJ's and they dropped it off after pulling it out from the snow at 10:30pm. MJ Collision quickly had the status of the vehicle whenever I called and repairs were done timely, considering the winter weather that has been keeping auto body repair shops busy. Even dropped the vehicle off at my place of work so that I could avoid the logistics of getting arranging transportation and getting to the shop during business hours. They handled 99% of the back and forth with insurance and made thus stressful time a bit more easier on the mind. MJ's provides some of the best work, attention to detail and top notch customer service!
