Travis the tech was amazing, helped me put on a new muffler for my g37x. He was able to cut off the old muffler and replace it with a brand new muffler. Car is super quiet now. Thank you Midas on military

Fantastic service and fantastic people. Called for a emergency tire repair. I travel for work. So it was an emergency. They got me right in. Found a huge piece of metal in the tire. Wasn't repairable. They put my spare on. Actually had to make a tool to get the spare down. When they finished my bill was $0.00. I have never experienced anything like that before. Wish I lived closer. They would do all my service work. 5 stars is definitely not enough

I was in a bind and Travis took care of me right before close. Had a screw in tire and it couldn t wait until Monday. Dude was on point! Highly recommend for any auto maintenance since he was so nice and willing to help a brother out! Thanks Travis!

We had a great experience with this store! We were visiting from Florida and needed a tire checked before driving long distance. Everywhere else said they were backed up 2 weeks. Not here, they were willing to help us out and examine the tires even though they were short staffed. Great customer service, highly recommend.

Midas Staff was extremely helpful and amazing! I needed some Exhaust help on my SUV and they were willing to get my vehicle in right away. The midas staff was extremely respectful and kind i definitely recommend if your in need of some help Thanks guys!

My son needed new tires on his older Lexus. I called last week and spoke to Rez the desk manager. He gave me quote over the phone which we were very satisfied with. Rez went above and beyond and we scheduled an appointment a few days later to have them installed. We were very satisfied and the car drives well again. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend.

AVOID THIS PLACE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.I had my oil changed and head gasket replaced ~4 months ago to fix an oil leak. I moved to Green Bay recently and needed an oil change. I decided to go to midas. I went in and they changed the oil and proceeded to tell me my head gasket was leaking and needed to be replaced. They were quick to give me a quote on a head gasket replacement and that they could get me an appointment set up to get it fixed!I dont wanna say they tampered with my head gasket causing it to leak but i went in there with a new head gasket not leaking and left with a leaking head gasket.AVOID THIS PLACE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE.EDIT: NO RESPONSE MIDAS????

Great costumers service, on a busy week where every other tire place was busy. They took the time to look at my tires and do a small service check without hesitation. Friendly and humble staff. Fast and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend this place, for any other car service.

Came out of work to a flat tire. Made it to gas station and filled it up and started calling around . 2nd call was Midas on Military in Green Bay. Spoke with Travis and he was great said come on over and we will get you taken care of. Upon arrival he was super friendly and great customer service. They repaired my tire plus checked my tred life and made sure all were well. Definitely will be going back for my tire rotation soon! Highly recommended!Service: Tires

MIDAS ON MILITARY St. in Green bay Wisconsin did a completely HORRIBLE BRAKE LINE job. I tried to call the owner and his manager wouldn't give me his number and only gave me another number to their other shop in APPLETON. The store Manager told me after i paid for my brake lines to be done that if my pedal goes to the floor then i should take it to BMW because they don't have the right tools to fix it. I looked at the work done by midas and they put a coupling at the bottom of the bend. this is very dangerous and any engineer would not recommend doing this because of the failure rate at a joint. They did not even form the brake-lines and just let them hanging down out of the clips and all bent up and zip tied them together I would never recommend this place to anyone. They do not pride them self's on quality workmanship and quality of work. The work done by MIDAS costs me $700 for them when the OEM parts were $256 and they didn't even call me to ask at any given time to install OEM parts in. At no time was i called stating they did not have the tools or parts to work on my vehicle. They also Filled my fluid with the wrong fluid DOT 3 when it is specified DOT 4 i recommend to not go to the Midas in here or any other ones in this region because they simply do not care about saftey i offered a remedy and they did not even respond. The work Messed up on my vehicle will cost me up will cost $2600 to fix. Worst work done i have ever seen. The Lines were pushing out of the clips and didn't follow the rails i told the owner to look at the work done to my car The Owner even looked at it and i told him what i wanted to do. Midas has not responded....Midas Refunded my money $695 i Paid and left me with a unsafe vehicle and up to $2600 worth of work to be done on my car.

Came in for an oil change today and tire rotation. Service was great and rez is awesome! Well deserved 5 stars. I Recommend this shop to anyone!

Absolutely saved the day for me. I got a nail in my tire & was not able to get into my usual mechanic for a plug to be placed. I woke up to a flat tire & they were able to fit me in on a Saturday afternoon before the closed to fix my tire. Friendly & personable while I waited what seemed like minutes for the repair. I was shocked to see what I thought looked like a small nail was actually 3" long which now makes sense on why I lost tire pressure so quickly!!! I would give 10 stars if possible, but will settle for 5 stars and a million thank you!!

Went to get help. Tired pressure was low in my car. Travis was wonderful. Took care of my problem. He filled my tires for me and sent me on my way. I was physically unable to do it

Very awesome place to bring in your car.With the help of Midas with repairs and maintenance needed, I love my car again like I did when I first bought it.I've had a few issues over the last few months and they have been really great with me. Twice during my drive home from work I've had two different issues happen out of the blue. They were really great with getting my car checked out for me and if a repair is needed, giving me a reasonable quote. If I needed a ride to work while they worked on my car, they were able to help me get to work. Overall the customer service here has been top notch.Travis here has been beyond amazing with going above and beyond with helping me with getting my Honda Civic fixed and helping with a ride to work after I dropped my Honda off for a timing belt change.Also just got my car back from a timing belt replacement and helping to find and take care the low grinding sound that I was having and I love it! First time I've ever heard my car not have some low grinding sound to it (which was getting worse last week).

We recently brought our 2015 Chevy Silverado for new tires. With helpful and informed guidance, we confidently selected the right tires for our truck. We use our truck for work, and are grateful for this help to make it easy through the process- and the peace of mind that we ve got a safe and secure ride. And you can tell! It s amazing what a set of good tires can do, and with a vehicle we hope to have for the long run- to make choices that support holding on to an investment. We also observed while waiting - Rez, desk manager, help several other clients- to make decisions that protected their vehicles and clearly didn t abuse their trust. My job wasn't completed correctly the first time, but they were incredibly apologetic and fixed the issue without charging me extra and honoring the warranty. The guys in there are great and always try to help you out as best as possible. I was traveling from out of town on a cross country family trip when I had brake issues. Midas was able to work me into the schedule, diagnose the problem (turned out to be the parking brake), and fix it w/in about 2 hours. Went there for a wheel alignment because another place told me I need $1350 worth of work. And the guys here were honest, helpful and even took my car for a spin to make sure it was good to go for a 4 hour drive. No cost to me. I ended up not needing anything other place said I needed. Was nice to not feel like I was getting screwed over and someone honest. I would 100% recommend for any service they offer. I plan to take my vehicle there for any needs in the future.Service: Wheel alignment

The guys at the front desk vary nice. I set an appointment for 330 they called me and fit me in earlier then my appointment vary appreciated.but the oil chang price is outrageous I paid 80 here I can go to a different place and pay 40. I will be going to my original place. I see this place everyday it's closer to my house but I'll take the extra drive to pay half price and on top of that they had a deal going on and didn't even receive it.Service: Oil change

The guys are customer service oriented which is nice in a mechanic shop... they listen to my concerns about my vehicle and are good at trying to troubleshoot (even when I'm not quite sure what I'm talking about). The prices of services and products are comparable to other mechanic shops in the area. I would recommend :)
