Brought my SUV to Mastertech and recieved excellent customer service, prompt repairs and above and beyond assistance from them! I will definitely bring my business back to them! Highly recommended!

They are not honest with their estimates. Took my vehicle to get looked at, and they gave me an estimate with parts, labor, shop fees and tax. Then after getting it repaired they charged me $100 more then what the estimate included. I checked the receipt of the work done to my vehicle and it matched the estimate they gave me before but for some reason they charged me $100 more for taxes even tho the original estimate included the taxes in the final price. They also had my vehicle for quite a while and were constantly delaying when I was able to get it back. This shop is a bit pricey as well they always charge a lot for labor compared to other shops in the Green Bay AreaServices: Steering & suspension repair, Brake service & repair

Kevin was recommended to me by another mechanic.. When the rear calipers hung up he got us back o the road quickly and at a reasonable cost and the price quoted was the price I was charged. I've been taking my car to this guy for years! Every since he was on Main Street. He's a superb mechanic, honest and fairly priced. I finally broke down and bought a new car, plus I have moved to the Westside so I haven't seen him lately. My fiancee and I have used Mastertech Auto Repair for our vehicles for the past 5 years. Kevin and his crew are great at what they do. They are honest and reliable. No one likes to pay for auto repair - but we have found their prices to be fair and accurate. They even drove me to work when I dropped my car off!My son, parents, brother and some of our coworkers also now go to Mastertech. I can not say enough about them.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO TO THIS WORKSHOP, THEY REALLY SCAMED ME, I TAKEN THE CAR TWICE FOR A PROBLEM, THEY CHARGED ME TWICE *$1188 + $1247 FOR A TOTAL OF $2437, AND THEY DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM, EACH TIME I GO TO CLAIM WARRANTY THEY COME OUT WITH THAT IT IS SOMETHING OTHER, IN THE END I LEFT WITHOUT A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM AND WITHOUT MY MONEY, PLEASE DO NOT GO THEREService: Exhaust

Kevin and his crew did an awesome job installing performance parts on my Subaru STI. Work was done in a timely fashion and at a fair price. They even stayed open an extra 30 minutes for me to pick up the car. Car drives awesome now!

We have never used this company before and we are very glad we did!!!! We own a service company and one of our trucks broke down in the middle of the day!!! Kevin at Master-Tech squeezed us in that same day, diagnosed the problem, had parts over nighted and we were back up and running as promised early the next day! Could not have been happier with the service we received. Highly recommend this company!!!!Service: Engine repair

They did not fix the truck we brought to them. 1400$ later and the truck still over heats tires shake worse and to top it off the locks on the doors unlock and lock when we hit bumps. Took it back to him and he said nothing was wrong. He fast talks people and has this smirk on his face when talking. They definitely get over on their customers

Had our car for over a month when it wouldn't turn over. He let it sit for several weeks not looking at it. When told it would be picked up regardless of state, he quickly did some work on it to at least get it started and running. It last for three days before she shut down on us mid drive. Took it to another shop to find out he left the throttle body disconnected and the temperature sensor he replaced was not the correct one for this car. He was also under the influence when we came to pick up the car. Would not bring any car back here. Very unimpressed
