Came in to get a broken wire fixed, and was told fixing the wire wouldn't fix the problem because the wire was cut "for a reason" and would likely lead to further problems. They didn't even want to fix the wire on the chance it fixed the light out, even though it had to be fixed anyway. I called my maintenance department and asked if I could fix it myself due to the shop not wanting to and got approval. 1 hour later, including buying the tools myself, the wire was fixed and the light worked fine.

Supervisor has no clue what he's talking about. Says the fifth wheel has damage because of high hook, tell me again how it's high hooked when landing gear is off the ground. And jaws not closing has nothing to do with a high hook..... coming from a place that has back yard mechanics working there

My experience at Master Fleet was great like always! I've being dealing with Master Fleet for about eight years now and they have not let me down once everyone is friendly and helpful they always go out of there way to fit me into there schedule

Great peoples, very professional. My dry van was wet , shipper refused to load it. Master fleet helped to dry it just under an hour and saved the day for me.

Absolutely fabulous!! Our BMC needed new airbrakes while on vacation. Can't thank Mark enough for getting us back on the road so quickly. Kind, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend to everyone.

absolute rip off! charged $350.91 too tighten bolts and a belt$16.71 was 5% sales tax on nothing, we didnt get parts just the invoice faxed over. another $19.60 for "shop supplies" and we truckers know thats a crock of crap--never used a shop towel or supplies one to tighten the bolts or belt....$69.62 call out but what they dont tell you isthat driving miles and hours are all together and they charged $245.00 for a 30 min job. NTTS BREAKDOWN shows this business right inneenah,wi but they arent....or so they say....they said they camefrom green bay,wi area. i asked the guy when i called if they were inneenah,wi and said that ntts showed them right there ....dave the guy who answered the phone said yes....but adam the guy who called forthe money said no....they came from green bay,wi.so basically this place sucks and they lie....another road call ripp-off.

Suspension airbags fixed and back out on the road and under an hour. Thank you Master Fleet. They have a nice driver's Lounge you can go up into while you're waiting for your truck to be fixed.

First time i'be been here. Got here for an electrical trouble with my trailer wire for the lights and a brake chamber to change. 7 hours of waiting... that trailer is inside. Never been updated. Very bad services.

2nd time I have used them. Both times they got rite on the problem. They do good work,and fairly reasonable. I will use them again.

If you are needing service always call ahead and have them get you on a schedule if possible.Masterfleet is in DePere (GreenBay), Neenah and Milwaukee so if you do need roadside service the tech could be coming from any of these depending who is available and the closest.Note: Not all service may be done at Masterfleet: More serious rebuilding work may be done at Kenworth (GB) Or goofy Volvo (Depere), Freightliner (Little Chute). -Depends on what computers are needed sometimes to scan certain problems with these newer trucks.Towing services are contracted out to local.Pretty good service and more experience than the young guys at Freightliner. Trailer work is top notch and they do it all.

Area was clear of snow, when I was there. I dropped off a empty trailer and hooked up to a preloaded trailer headed south.
