My first service appointment at Le Mieux. I was impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the employees. Very clean and organized shop. The service was executed quickly. The price I paid was as predicted and most importantly fair for the service. All good. I will definitely come back!

This place is just exciting right when you walk in the doors. The easy going nature of the team made me feel like I was just shopping with a friend. Marcus was just straight good vibes, didn t push one bit and just got me exactly what I wanted, for now! Justin in finance, just all around easy going, straight forward, my kinda people. Pretty sure I had way too much fun buying a vehicle from them. I ll be back and will be sending others. Thanks guys :)

Excellent service. Signed up for an oil change and a tire rotate. They measured the tire tread and advised against the rotate. Hats off, Le Mieux. Their shop, showroom, bathrooms, and waiting areas are extremely clean.

Overall everyone was friendly except the lady told me it was going to be $30 to change my headlights which would come out of my $80 diagnostic fee. I told her that is fine.I ended up getting charged $116 which was definitely way more than expected just to change my headlights. I decided not to even complain because the cashier was very nonchalant and I didn t want to have to put up with a fight when they re going to be thirsty for money anyways.

I worked with Joe in finance to transition from a lease to a buy-out. Joe was extremely helpful with getting the necessary paperwork to the bank providing the loan for my buy-out. The final stages of the transition went smoothly and quickly. It was a pleasure working with Joe. We have leased and/or bought out numerous vehicles through LeMieux and will continue to do so because of their excellent customer service and care.

Completely satisfied with their service. I was a walk in customer and they told me it s be about an hour or hour and a half wait for an oil change. They finished the job in about 30 minutes. They suggested I change the cabin s air filter and informed me that I had two burned out lights around my rear license plate. They informed me of the cost upfront. I declined service figuring I can manage these fixes myself. Never was the customer service rep pushy about letting them do it. His service was utmost professional from start to finish. Definitely going back for future service. Thanks you Le Mieux Toyota.

Great experience every time I use them for services. Usually go in for oil changes. Techs keeps me informed on any recommended maintenance and repairs. Advisors are also great and helpful with questions. Only thing about the last visit is that it seems like there was difficulty locating the appointments I booked online otherwise everything else was great as always.

Nice location and facility.Challenges:1. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle from Le Mieux the vehicle was hit from behind when stopped at a red light. Because I purchased the vehicle through Le Mieux, and they are a Toyota new and used shop, I assumed they would be the best place to have a bumper repair completed. This work was completed via an insurance claim. Le Mieux issued an estimate without looking at the damage. They were booked months out. I requested the vehicle receive an inspection since it was a new vehicle and the estimator never physically looked at the vehicle prior to creating the estimate. I was told I can pay for an inspection if I wanted one done. When the bumper was replaced and I was trying to receive the vehicle back the insurance company was trying to have me pay extra days for a rental vehicle. I told Le Mieux about the situation and they were unwilling to help. The insurance company has a 3 day limit on rental vehicles for a bumper replacement. Le Mieux had the vehicle for roughly a week. I paid for an inspection to be done and they found issues to fix.2. Additionally, When I arrived to pick the vehicle up, the quality of work was poor. The bumper did not fit on the vehicle correctly and the color was from any distance or direction obviously different than the rest of the metal and plastics. They told me it was acceptable work. I was not able to connect with a manager same day and was told to pay now and "because they are a reputable business things would be fixed". It took weeks of return trips to the dealership during my work day. I was given multiple excuses from Le Mieux as to why it was the way it was. I repeatedly requested the vehicle or bumper be looked at a second time and correctly aligned if possible. Maybe there was more impact damage than just a plastic bumper cover. I never once asked for any monetary compensation. This was a new vehicle and I wanted it to look and function as such. They ended up telling me to accept a portion of the claim money back for the poor work or get lost. I now have a new vehicle that looks old, may have frame damage, and not enough money to fix any of it.3. I eventually spoke with the owner and was told I can wait for another 4runner to arrive and see if I am interested. This would cost roughly $5,000-$8,000 more than I originally spent. All while interest rates were increasing. I was directed to work with my original sales person. I communicated I was not wanting to pay more and was told, "you'll like the tires better on the one we have your name on because they're better in winter". I have had the original 4runner for 2 winters now and the replacement 4runner "with my name on it" HAS NOT YET ARRIVED. I continue to reach out monthly for updates with little to no response. However, I am always asked how many miles are on my existing vehicle so they can adjust how much more I pay to swap the 4runners out.4. Terrible customer service. The departments work in silos and expect the customer to pass information along between employees/departments.5. After purchase, the vehicle Title was sent to the wrong party. I had to fix the issue directly.6. A week after purchasing the vehicle, Le Mieux wanted to completely remove the automatic starter (in place when purchased) from the vehicle after the key fab stopped working.7. When local dealerships were straight forward about offering a minimum $4,000.00 trade in, Le Mieux was not. Multiple conversations occurred before they would offer a max trade in of $4,000 for a vehicle. The Yaris traded in ended up back on their lot and sold.8. I have not been happy with how Le Mieux implements Toyota care. Toyota care will not be a selling point in my eyes for future purchases.There are plenty more examples and specifics. I hope this is enough context to help someone looking to purchase a Toyota or thinking about doing business with Le Mieux.

I heard alot of great things about this dealership. When I went in with my family I've never seen a salesman all over the place, make you feel unwanted, and ask you multiple times If you are serious about this sale. After lots of frustration and having to feel guilty about asking him to grab more paperwork. After all of this I decided to make a offer and tried to negotiate a bit.He would not budge even a little, told me to look at a cheaper one or go to a corner lot. After that I disagreed with him and tried to negotiate agian being very serious about this deal, and he finally threw his hands up and damn near yelled on the showroom floor "YOU WIN, ILL TAKE THE $378 OFF TO MAKE IT A EVEN 41K!"After that I was so disgusted with him i said I guess that's why they call them stealerships. He proceeded to corral my family and me to the front door and saying "you have insulted me for the last time" smiling while he is kicking my wife myself and my 8 and 4 year old kids out. After that we left and I called the manager that tried to make it right by immediately giving me a discount. Really wanting the vehicle we accepted the new price, and worked with a different salesman.When we also When to pick the Car up this rude salesman was walking around the building make us all very uncomfortable. This experience was not at all what I expected and I will nor be going back or referring anyone to this place.

We were greeted on your beautiful service department by friendly people who joked with us and made us feel welcome. We waited all of 35 minutes for our car in your very comfortable lounge. And, check out was effortless, friendly, etc. We will be back. We cannot imagine how you could be better. Thank you!!

My experience was mostly fantastic. My car needed servicing, the mechanic worked impressively fast & was very helpful when I had questions. The only issue was the Service Assistant I worked with was extremely apathetic to the point of being rude. She barely looked at me as I entered the shop & barely spoke a word as she was helping me, as well as missing clearly stated concerns about my car in the appointment notes.

Dealing with LeMieux Toyota was absolutely the best experience. They respected me as a woman and didn t direct questions and information to my husband. I have run across that issue in the past at other dealerships. Preston was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The Finance team was top notch. Loan approval was immediate.

He was very informative and took time to get us all set up even with the Toyota app. Earlier in the day he sent me pictures of the car and there was almost zero wait time. I haven't bought here but have done serious shopping here twice, each time ultimately buying a different brand. NOT for any issues with this dealer. I've been treated very well in both shopping experiences and appreciate the time and honesty of the sales people. One day when a Toyota is the right choice this will be at the top of my list.

Nice job fixing my flat tire. You guys found the screw causing my tire to flatten. Two weeks ago pomp s said it was a sealant issue and wanted me to schedule another afternoon appointment. Had my oil changed as usual too. Thanks again.

I was disappointed that the tech did not topped the fluid level as in the checked list. My vehicle did not warm up as quickly as usual. Suspect low antifreeze when I dropped it off. The check list was checked as topped off. My vehicle still not heat up as usual. I had to fill it with half gallons of antifreeze. Vehicle heat works fine after that.

Sales through financing we're all wonderful and every time I come here for service they are also great can't recommend them enough.

Our salesperson was very unhelpful and not on top of our needs or proactive at any time. We initiated all calls for updates or checking to make sure he followed through on what he said he would do. We also felt as though we were always on a time crunch as he was always checking his text messages. Not sure we would return in the future. My current vehicle was 20 yrs old, so it's not like we buy a car every day. We just would have appreciated a little more attention and less worry. Thank you.

I had absolutely the best experience. Sergei greeted us and asked a few questions, opened the card up and sent me out to test drive. I drove 2 different RAV 4s and ended up with one I drove first.I am so excited about my new to me RAV4. She s perfect. When I went to pick her up tonight he had her all cleaned and touched up, showed me how everything worked and sent me on my way.This is my first Toyota but it won t be my last.Such a great car buying experience from beginning to end. Thank You.

I was recently in a bad car accident and needed a new SUV asap. I worked with Nathan L. Willems at Lemieux gave him my price range and told him where I wanted to stay with mileage as well. He went out of his way to send me what he had and set up a time for me to come in and test drive. He made the process so smooth as far as purchasing and waiting for settlement check from the insurance. And then when it came down to today to go and pick up my vehicle and sign papers he went even further out of his way to help me install my brand new car seats from the insurance company as well. I could not have asked for a better experience and sales person!! Will highly recommend him to others!!

I've used Le Mieux for some time now. It has occasionally been difficult to get an appointment scheduled. The price is also not cheap. However, I haven't had any complaints about the quality of the work nor the people. It's a pretty easy recommendation for most people who own a Toyota.

I have bought 2 cars from Le Mieux Toyota and both times, my experience has been great. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I had Nate help me with my new car this last time. He was super knowledgeable, and when I texted him after about a car's feature, he was super thorough in getting back to me with an answer! The process was straight forward, customer service is awesome! Toyota's are a superior car, so it may be a few years before I need a new car, but you can be sure I will buy my next one from Le Mieux Toyota too.

I went to the collision center last week to get a new part for my car. They appeared to be kind of confused as to what part was needed for my car even though they had my VIN. They said they d call me the next day and then didn t so I called them back and they estimated a week for the part to arrive when the original estimate was a day or two (I was only in town for the holidays so this was important). When I arrived for the fix they told me that they weren t sure if the part would fit or look the same as the original. That was frustrating to me because they could have called to let me know or asked what I preferred instead of me showing up the day of worried that I wasn t going to get what I wanted. The gentleman I interacted with was kind but perhaps not a great problem solver/communicator.All in all, the best part of the whole interaction was that the final total cost did end up being less than the estimate and the final part did match the original.
