Outstanding Service. Honest and hard working people. Wayne, Kevin and Sabrina took good care of my older pickup truck which had a leaky rusted out oil pan. It was m and it y first experience with Preble Motors was excellent. I feel fortunate to have found a nice automotive repair shop to take care of both of my vehicle maintenance needs in the future. Have an o1 740il. Have taken it to many shops. Kiley is the only one I ever went back too. Honest, fair priced, knows his sheet. And quite the character. You might have to wait a little to get your work done sometimes. But that's what happens when you're a honest and intelligent business owner. Hope all is well Sir!

Brought my 97 K1500 to them for some work on a brake light issue, and got the most amazing service ever!!! They know their vehicles, they know their work, and they know their customer service. They managed to locate the issue, and another issue waiting to happen, and got them taken care of quickly and at a very reasonable price. Coming from someone in the automotive maintenance industry, I can tell you, I will recommend them to everyone, and will be returning to them for repairs I don't have time or the know how to do. Definate customer satisfaction here!!!!

Kiley's has the best customer service around. They are also very honest and don't trick you into buying anything you don't need. Once I went in for an oil change but they made sure to do a check on my car and told me when I should expect to get new breaks as well. The next time I went in they noticed my car still had the original battery and wasn't doing good. I was glad they told me because we were experiencing extremely cold weather and I would have hated to be stuck somewhere with a car that didn't start due to the battery.

In my opinion, there are the best mechanic shop around. They helped me out last minute and were super fair with pricing and took the time to explain and show me what was wrong with my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who doesn't wanna get ripped off and wants great service.

I come here constantly for all my car needs. The Kileys all know their stuff about cars and have very reasonable prices! My parents also come here and we never had any problems. Highly recommend.

Power steering hose on my Lexus came off today and these guys got it on a lift right away to look at it, heated the hose in boiling water to soften it up and reattached and clamped it back on for me. The guy that helped me was very friendly and knew that the PS in my car actually needed transmission fluid which I never knew. Will definitely come back here again if I need any other work done on my car.

Haven't even take my car in to get fixed yet and Kiley makes whatever issues I have with the car seem like number one priority. If I have a question he won't do what most other autoshops do and pressure you to first schedule an appointment so they know you're paying a load of cash first. I'm a do it yourself-er, but for the difficult issues needing professional care, I wouldn't look at any other 4.5 - 5 star shop other than this one. If you're still unsure, take it from a guy who invested hundreds of dollars towards other 5 star autoshops.
