I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation but knew I had other issues with it as well I had procrastinated on. I ended up needing a new alternator and oil pressure sensor and timing belt. They were upfront and clear about the cost of everything and turnaround time and sent texts and calls with updates. They also were realistic with what fixes were recommended vs necessary. I have gotten new tires from them in the past and that experience was great as well. They are all kind, professional and helpful.

I go to Huron Auto for all my vehicle needs! These guys are always professional and flexible to work with. I appreciate they give me access to a loaner vehicle as I work out of the city, and it makes not having my vehicle easier to manage. Their oil changes are affordably priced. I've never had any issues with any of the maintenance they have performed on my vehicle, except once and they corrected it free of charge since it was under warranty.

I had a nail in a tire of my truck, and the folks at Huron Auto were prompt and courteous with the repair. I asked for the actual nail so I could see the problem, and they provided that as well at the end of my visit. Enjoyed dealing with Huron Auto and will continue to do so.

Very happy with their service! Our car battery needed to be replaced and had a flat tire and we were needing both issues to be looked at as it hit us all at once before we are about to sell our car. They ran a diagnostic on the car and looked over everything. Our air filter had been so caked with debris from mice that we had no clue. We had brought the car to other dealership mechanics for other issues and this was never addressed. There were pine needles and insulation which we knew was from our old house. It had been over 2 years like this. I applaud their work and will be continuing to bring are other car there as well.

The staff at Huron Automotive took excellent care of us. They had amazing communication through the entire repair and were transparent about what needed to fixed, what the options were, and how long it would take. I would definitely recommend them and will be using their services going forward.

Mark and the technicians at Huron Automotive have been exceptional. I trust them to make repairs that are necessary and try to do it with as much cost savings as possible. Service is timely and honest.

About a month ago I was searching for tires online and found Huron Automotive . While being from out of town they located the tires as soon as possible and installed the tires , saving me another 45 mile trip . Again when a tire was punctured with a screw they took care of me as soon as they could . I highly recommend Huron for Great Service and accommability .

Just picked up my truck today for just an alignment and tire balance, they did ok at that. The "QA" guy that did the "2 mile" test drive destroyed my truck's clutch. They said it wasn't him, that only 2 miles wouldn't do that, they're too stupid to know it only takes 0ft of driving to destroy a clutch if an idiot is behind the wheel. To top it off the front exhaust bolt to the header just fell off, not sure why that would even have been touched. But yeah, 0 out of 0. Will be pursuing legal action.

Brought 2013 Chevy Maliby in for an estimate of what needed to be fixed to make the car road worthy once again. I also called on the morning BEFORE inpection and talked to Mark in regards to all my issues..Here is the list of concerns:Dash instruments flashing on and offBattery not staying charged (draw from unknown place)Check engine light onBAD rub coming from rear of car..brakes? Bearing? ABS Sensor? Dust Cover? Something causing terrible grinding noise from rear.A/C not workingAfter $144 paid for diagnosis of all these concerns:I knew the instrument cluster was not working and their are several known gremlins which could cause this in the vehicle. They immediatly wanted the cluster replaced and re-programmed. $595Software download and program $246New battery $236Headlight Bulb $37License plate bulb $14.52Serpentine Belt $109Tire Rotation $24The rear end was never looked at so the terrible noise was never diagnosed yet you could hear it just traveling around the parking lot of the garage area. I am sure once items they found were corrected and paid for they would charge another fee to diagnose the issue it was primarily brought in for. They went out of the way to find light bulbs and Serpentine belt but did not bother to dig into grinding noise from the rear end. I was told by Mark the his best tech didn't feel it was safe enough to test ride to diagnose the issue from the reat end. YOU CAN HEAR IT WITH A SIMPLE RIDE AROUND THE LOT..NOT ONE REAR TIRE REMOVED TO INVESTIGATE! I am not impressed with the best tech over looking something that was obvious and asked for, yet found it an issue to replace bulbs that are insignificant.

Great communication, willing to work with the customer and meet their needs/wants and good service overall. Would recommend for general automotive repairs/maintenance. I had an Emergency situation with a flat tire and I was out of town. Huron automotive answered the phone With a real person Is when I initially called.They replaced my tire and even rotated the tires so the new one was in the best position and got me on my way in a short time.The waiting room was pleasant With a Television.Very helpful and friendly staff.Excellent experience over all.Service: Tires

The people working here are very nice and straightforward. They tell you what is wrong and how that affects your car and the safety of it. It's very helpful when deciding what is important to get fixed now and what can wait until next time when money isn't as much of a concern. I recommend them to anyone in the area.

Our brakes went out and they got us in same day and fixed everything. Even gave us a loaner car to use for free. The manager understood the importance of a working vehicle for a family with small kids and a busy schedule. I really liked that I was sent a letter, reminding me that the brakes on my car were flagged as needing service. It felt that my safety was a concern of theirs. Good guys, good mechanics. We had a tire blow out on our way to Door County and Jim and the entire team were so helpful and courteous! They were able to get us back on the road quickly, and truly saved our short getaway up north. I had my vehicle in a couple months back for an oil leak, they got me in for service the day after calling which was good. They had to drain the oil, replace a broken part, perform a coolant flush and put fresh oil in. Upon returning home after picking my vehicle up I opened the hood just to do a visual inspection and immediately starting noticing details that were not as they were. First thing was that the coolant reservoir was nearly empty and not close to where it should be, second there were a couple tubes/hoses that were not fastened to their proper location and were just laying across the engine bay as well as one hose that was not even connected, like come on, and third a minor detail none the less a detail, was that there were several gobs of grease on the engine cover and even one on the hood itself. All of this seems like it could have been easily avoided if the tech would have slowed down/double checked his/her work before closing the hood and sending it out the door. Now we get to yesterday, the first oil change needed since that service of which I ve always done myself outside of that repair service. I get under the car to take the drain plug out and find it halfway rounded off/tighter than I have ever seen before. Unbelievable. I have to stop what I m doing and run to Napa to get a new drain plug before it closes and then I get home and still can t get that plug out so then I have to run to Home Depot and get a bolt extractor kit and go back home and with that as well as heating it up with a torch it finally breaks free. A should be 45 minute task took over 3 hours of my Monday evening. Unbelievable. I will never be bringing my vehicle back.Services: Engine repair, Oil change
