If I could rate zero or negative stars, I would. Horrible experience with the child who does my calibrations . He was very rude, and would not supply me with a proper receipt? How can a business operate without providing a proof of purchase? Also, just went in for another calibration, and to my surprise, the price had gone up $10 per month AGAIN, and I was no longer able to pay with cash (with no proper notification). So tired of this place.

This company is a scam Their equipment malfunctions and they do nothing but place blame, lie and charge $183.00 to have someone unlock it... PLEASE file with BBB and Consumer Protection if you have had a similar experience..You can also dispute the charges with your credit card company...In response to the "owner" that's to embarrassed to state her name? There was zero abuse, or signs of abuse to the handset... Your tech tried blaming my battery when my vehicle wouldn't start immediately following a calibration, only to find out after I waited an hour and a half that it was something defective that he installed under the hood ! Your company is a scam, your equipment is defective, your ownership of anything is non existent....

Very professional and ethical! I d suggest a friend to come here if they were in need of their services. The technician was very skilled and polite. I had an overall good experience dealing with them.

Do not go through them, I've had nothing but problems with their equipment malfunctioning! I shouldn't be getting locked out when leaving work or stopping at a gas pump. And they'll just tell you it's something youre doing wrong. If im not consuming alcohol, I shouldn't be getting locked out period!

Your service has so far been very satisfactory to me. This interlock works perfectly, and I couldn't be happier. I am relieved to know that my son and others driving will be safe.

This companys equipment malfunctions and when it does they charge younto fix it. Driving down the highwaynevery 10 minutes you have to blow into this thing. Also unforseen cost they dont tell you about. This company has more wrong with it tggan right. They say saftey equipment on there front page totally false.They dont carw about your saftey one bit. If you act up about any of the things i just mentioned theynwill call the police and tell you there done working with you and tell you to leave the property.All there interests lie in your money and not helping you one bit stay far away from this company. 1 star is being nice.
